Abstract

Health Analysis of Rural Banks (BPR) Based on the Decree of the Board ofDirectors of Bank Indonesia no. 30/12 / Kep / DIR Date 30 April 1997 onProcedures for Rating of Rural Bank Health Rating (BPR). The Health Ratingof Rural Banks (BPR) is measured using the parameters of Capital, AssetsManagement, Earning and Liguity. This study determines the healthpredicate of the bank. Data used in the form of bank financial statementspublished in 2011 - 2015. data collection techniques used financial studymethods, methods of documentation, method keperpustakaan. The capitalaspect shows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta is able to maintain themanagement of its own capital and risky assets, and able to cover the losseson the loans. The quality aspect of productive assets shows PT. BPRSindang Binaharta is less able to overcome business risks contained in thegiven credit component. aspects of management, during the year 2011 -2015 PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta has a level of effectiveness that has notbeen well connected with the results of NPM calculation in 2015. The profitaspect shows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta is able to bear the existingoperational expenses with received operating income. Liquidity aspectshows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta has the ability to meet the obligationsthat must be met and can repay its depositors.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, leadership on employee performance, work environment on employee performance, leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. as an intervening variable in Lubuklinggau Selatan I and Selatan II Districts.       The initial design stages in this study were formulating research problems, making hypotheses, tracing references / literature as study material, making research instruments or questionnaires, distributing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to 102 employees of Lubuklinggau Selatan I and Selatan II Districts, then to analyze data using regression test, partial test, Path analysis and Sobel test with the help of statistical analysis tools IBM SPSS 22 for windows.    The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the tcount for the leadership variable of 2.024, with a significant 0.046. Work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the tcount for the work environment variable is 2.464, with a significant 0.015. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the tcount for the work environment variable amounting to 10.818, with a significant value of 0.000. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with that the tcount for the work environment variable is 3.643, with a significant 0.000. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with tcount (2,74) greater than ttable (1.98), so there is an influence between leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable and work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with tcount (5,56) greater than ttable (1.98), so there is a direct and indirect effect between work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable. Keywords:  Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, PerformanceLeadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Komitmen seorang pegawai merupakan hasil (resultante) dari dukungan dan penghargaan yang diberikan organisasi pada pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil tentang pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Pegawai, Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Kelas II Lubuklinggau (Muara Beliti). Tahapan penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, pengelompokkan data hasil observasi, mengidentifikasi masalah, merumuskan masalah, penelusuran referensi/literatur, membuat kerangka berpikir dan hipotesis, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data, penentuan populasi dan sampel, membuat instrumen penelitian atau kuesioner, melakukan penyebaran kuesioner, menganalisis data dari hasil jawaban 96 pegawai ASN di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas IIA Lubuklinggau (Muara Beliti) menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu komputer menggunakan program Lisrel 8.70. Adapun langkah-langkah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dilakukan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Identifikasi model, modifikasi model dan menguji kecocokan model (Goodness-of-Fit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefesien pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi pegawai sebesar 0,43, dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,35. Karena nilai t hitung sebesar 3.35 > 1,96, maka komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai. Dengan demikian dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi motivasi pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to obtain results about the effect of work ability on employee performance, motivation on employee performance, work ability on service quality, motivation on service quality, work ability on service quality through performance, and motivation on service quality through performance in the Undergraduate Education Program. (S1) Faculty of Economics and Business Management and Accounting Study Program, with a total population of students who are active in the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2020/2021 as many as 1148 students. The number of samples taken using the Slovin formula and an error rate of 5% (0.05), obtained a sample of 297 students. The distribution of the questionnaires was carried out offline and online (google form).Stages of research by conducting observations, grouping observational data, searching references/literatures, making frameworks and hypotheses, determining data collection techniques, making research instruments or questionnaires, distributing questionnaires both offline and online (google form), analyzing data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a computer tool Lisrel 8.70 program. The steps of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) carried out by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), model identification, and Modification of the Model as well as the Goodness of Fit Index.The results showed that the coefficient of the effect of work ability on performance was 0.68, and the t-count value was 7.91. Because the value of t arithmetic is 7.91 > 1.96, then work ability has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be interpreted that the higher the work ability, the higher the employee's performance. The value of the coefficient of the influence of motivation on performance is 0.20, and the t value is 2.87. Because the t value is 2.87 > 1.96, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be interpreted that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee's performance. The coefficient value of the effect of work ability on service quality is 0.82, and the t-count value is 8.62. Because the value of t count is 8.62 > 1.96, the work ability has a significant effect on service quality. Thus, it can be interpreted that the higher the work ability, the higher the service quality. The value of the coefficient of the influence of motivation on service quality is 0.16, and the t-count value is 2.45. Because the value of t count is 2.45 > 1.96, then the effect of motivation on service quality is significant. Thus, it can be interpreted that the higher the motivation, the higher the service quality. The coefficient value of the effect of performance on service quality is 0.46, and the t-count value is 5.72. Because the t value is 5.72 > 1.96, the direct effect of performance on service quality is significant. Thus, it can be interpreted that the higher the performance, the higher the service quality. The value of the coefficient of the effect of work ability on service quality through performance can be seen from the magnitude of the indirect effect of work ability on service quality through performance of 0.32 with a t value of 8.62 > 1.96. This shows that motivation is able to be a mediating variable by 32% for the relationship between work ability and service quality. While the value of the coefficient of the influence of motivation on service quality through performance can be seen from the magnitude of the indirect effect of motivation on service quality through performance of 0.08 with a t value of 2.45 > 1.96. This shows that performance is able to be a mediating variable of 8% for the relationship between motivation and service quality Keywords: Work Ability, Motivation, Performance, Service Quality

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities have a level of risk that the possibility of credit can not be billed, then it is necessary the correct credit analysis by employee cooperatives. Referred to as problem loans because the debtor has a delay in returning the credit. Bad credit should be quickly resolved to avoid greater losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of bad loans using the method 5c on the cooperative savings and loan "RIAS" P1 Mardiharjo. The method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used is qualitative method is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. During 2011 up to 2015, the percentage of nonperforming loans in the "dressing and lending cooperatives" is 0.65% and 2.27%. When compared to the percentage of the maximum limit of bad loans determined by Bank Indonesia of 5%, then the performance of savings and loan cooperatives "2011-2015" is said to be good. The cause of credit in the cooperative savings and loan "riass" of which from the debtor who is likely due to his business less smooth, stuck, even bankrupt, due to the character of the debtor is less good, and or because of the lost guarantee that causes the debtor does not pay. From internal cooperatives due to human error, fictitious credit, and / or misalignment of credit analysis. From other parties due to natural disasters or can also be due to technological developments.

Abstract

Regional Autonomy is the embodiment of government policies to encourage the improvement of services and public welfare in various aspects of life. . In supporting the implementation of regional autonomy, the availability of financial resources is certainly not small, if an area does not have sufficient or adequate funds, the region will not be able to implement the planned development program. But the size of the budget is certainly not a guarantee that the programs and activities that have been set in a certain period of time will be achieved. Principles and objectives of the transfer of financial management authority or government budget to the regions in a comprehensive manner so that regional finance can be managed in an orderly, law-abiding, efficient, economical, effective, transparent and responsible manner by paying attention to the principles of justice, compliance and benefits for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial statements of the Sustainable Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in fulfilling all obligations if the cooperative is liquidated using three ratios, namely the current ratio, the debt to assets ratio, and the debt to equity ratio in the period 2011-2015. The financial statement measurement standards in the study are based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2008. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the financial conditions in the Lestari savings and loan cooperatives (KSP) were seen from the Current ratio level of 2011 at 28.5%, 2012 at 557%, 2013 at 32.9%, 2014 at 151%, and 2015 by 311%. So, according to the established standard the current ratio is at the HEALTH standard. (> 200%). Viewed from the level of Debt to assets Ratio in 2011 of 31%, 2012 at 1.6%, 2013 at 27%, 2014 at 6%, and in 2015 by 2.8%. Being at the HEALTH standard (<100%), because the cooperative is less than ten percent financed by total debt in its operational activities. And seen from the level of Debt to Equity Ratio in 2011 of 62.5%, 2012 of 2.2%, 2013 of 66%, 2014 of 88%, and in 2015 of 4.3%. Based on existing standards, Debt to Equity is at the HEALTH standard (<100%), due to the decrease in the use of capital to pay the total debt. The suggestions for this study, namely the Sustainable Savings and Credit Cooperative (KSP) which has reached a standard with satisfactory value, for that cooperatives have more responsibility to maintain good conditions by re-evaluating the finances of each period. only assets owned can still be operational. Because it is feared it will only add to the burden of cooperatives in repaying debt and interest on loans.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and the effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau for the period 2011 to 2015 This type of research is associative research. The data sources used are secondary data with time series methods originating from financial statements in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss and quality of productive assets between 2011 and 2015. Data collection is done using the documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and is equipped with the classic assumption of normality to get a regression model. The hypothesis is tested using simultaneous and partial statistical tests at a significance level of 5%. Based on the data used in this study, the data are normally distributed, so that they fulfill the requirements of multiple regression models. The results of the study showed that using a 0.05 level of significance, namely CAR / KPMM, LDR and NPL simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on ROA. Partially CAR / KPMM has a negative and significant effect on ROA, LDR has a negative and significant effect on ROA while NPL has a positive and significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This research was conducted under the title of Comparative Analysis of Return On Assets (ROA) and Economic Value Added (EVA) in Measuring the Financial Performance of BUMN Banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In measuring the financial performance of state-owned banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, conducted using Return On Assets (ROA) and Economic Value Added (EVA), all data used in this study are secondary data, measurement of financial performance of state-owned banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2009-2013 by using Economic Value Added (EVA) shows that BUMN banks are positive or in good condition (EVA> 0) so that they can create added value for the company. Based on the Independent Sample T-Test statistical test shows that there is no significant difference between the calculation of Return on Assets (ROA) and Economic Value Added (EVA) in measuring the financial performance of state-owned banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This is evidenced by the value of profitability (sig)> 0.05 and probability> 0.05 / 2 (two-sided test).

Abstract

Research aims to understand cash flow report in the cooperative Lestari Lubuklinggau savings and loans. Methods used in this study descriptive use of quantitative data analysis technique used cash flow, the calculation of data the ratio of cash flow and the ratio of investment and funding. Data collection technique using a technique observation and documentation. In obtained data use secondary data with the object research financial report loan and save cooperative lestari lubuklinggau during the past 5 year from 2014 until 2018. The results of this study are based on the calculation of cash flow data showing the cash flow of operating, investing and financing activities has increased / decreased every year. Based on the cash flow ratio shows the ratio of operating cash flow to interest and to net income in good condition because it has a large ratio of more than one. The ratio of operating cash flows to capital expenditures, to current debt and to total debt must be paid more attention because it has a ratio of less than one.
