Abstract

This study aims to see: Determine the tourism potential of the Gondang Dam. knowing the direction of the development of the Gondang Dam tourism object, knowing the impact of the Gondang Dam on the economic conditions of the surrounding community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data technique used is through field observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques were scoring and descriptive. The results of this study are: Gondang Dam is a very potential tourism object as well as the most potential reservoir tourism object of the existing reservoirs in Karanganyar Regency. The Gondang Dam still needs further development directions, including the following aspects: recreation / attractions, accessibility, infrastructure, superior products / distinctive products, and promotional efforts. The economic impact felt by the community after the Gondang dam tends to be positive. Positive impacts: Increasing community income, creating job opportunities, encouraging community creativity. While the negative impacts: Some of the community no longer have land to work on, there are more competitors to open businesses, processed traditional products will be left behind by modern processing, because there are more people.

Abstract

This study aimed to discover: (1) The effectiveness of online learning to student learning activities of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo during the COVID-19 disaster response period of 2020. (2) The readiness form of FKIP & The Univet Institution in online learning utilization during the COVID-19 disaster response period of 2020. The method in the study was qualitative descriptive and the sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data collection technique used was using observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data analysis. Based on the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The online learning utilization to student learning activities in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education has been effective, but it still needs improvement or refinement in several aspects. (2) The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education's lecturers using online learning during the COVID-19 disaster response period were mostly ready, but need gradual training to be professional lecturers. (3) The presence of multimedia components and sufficient e-learning procurement by the institution of Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo for online learning during the COVID-19 disaster response period.

Abstract

Utilization of land in the river border area in Grogol Sub-District, Sukoharjo District in 2018. The purpose of this research is to : (1) Knowing the Land Use of River Border Areas in Grogol sub-district; (2) Knowing the types and characteristics of buildings that dominate in the River Border Area, Grogol Sub-District in 2018; (3) Knowing the Suitability of River Border Area Land Use in Grogol Sub-District in 2018 with River Border Regulations. This research uses google earth remote sensing image interpretation method with Quickbird satellite imagery, which describes and knows land use, types and characteristics of buildings and the suitability of land use with boundary regulations. The data collection technique used is through interpretation of satellite imagery, direct field observation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. The results of this study are : (1) Utilization of land in the river border area in Grogol Sub-District, Sukoharjo District in 2018, that is Bengawan Solo and Kali Samin rivers consisting of 5 land uses, that is Rice Fields, Garden, House, Empty land, and Factory. (2) The type of land use for house buildings with the characteristics of permanent buildings is more dominant. (3) Most of the land use is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing Number 28 / PRT / M / 2015, because the use of building land in the river border area in Grogol Sub-District is only about 25 percent or about 42 hectares of the 168 hectares of the river border area in Grogol Sub-District in 2018.

Abstract

The study aims to learn: (1) the behavior of palur village people in the face of the pandemic. (2) government policy understanding of social distension. (3) the impact of a pandemic in palur village of mojolaban district sukoharjo district district district.The methods used in this study are qualitative disticized, depicting or enhancing and learning about people's behavior in dealing with the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) in palur village, government policies on social distension and knowing the effects of the corona virus (covid-19) in palur village. The data-gathering technique used is through direct field observations, interviews and documenting. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and chart data.The results of the study are: (1) citizens are more accustomed to clean and healthy living, implementing health protocols in accordance with government requirements. (2) palur villagers are aware of the social censorship and prevention efforts in dealing with pandemics in accordance with government appeals, but there are still a few places where crowds are. (3) the impact of inequality on people is social, economic and health.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution map of tofu industry in Karanganyar Village, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, to know the marketing coverage of the tofu industry in Karanganyar Village, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, to determine the socio-economic characteristics of tofu entrepreneurs in Karanganyar Village, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used field observations, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. The results of this study are the distribution of tofu industry in Karanganyar Village, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, there are 44 industries spread  in several hamlets. The marketing coverage of the tofu industry in Karanganyar Village covered the area throughout Soloraya and Yogyakarta such as Sukoharjo, Klaten, Wonogiri, Karanganyar, and Gunungkidul. The socio-economic characteristics of entrepreneurs are the majority of men, aged 15-64 years, are married, average education level is elementary school, length of business is 10-30 years, working hours are 7-10 hours per day, income level is more than IDR 2,000,000 and family dependents of less than 3 people. The socio-economic characteristics of the workers are the majority of men, aged 15-64 years, married status, average education level of elementary school, working more than 10 years, working hours 7-10 hours per day, income level of IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 2,000,000 and family dependents of less than 3 people.
