Abstract

The marketing strategy carried out by the company has an impact called marketing performance. and evaluation of benchmarks is something that is very much needed. To get an evaluation as well as a benchmark, a marketing performance measurement is needed. One of the tools to measure marketing performance is marketing materials where in this measurement there is a calculation of financial metrics. Measurement with financial metrics is usually oriented to measuring profitability with financial ratios of profit on sales from the business carried out by SD Baiturrahman. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach. Where this research will explore the company's performance which is calculated through the marketing metric of profit on sales. Based on this research, the marketing strategy process carried out by Baiturrahman Elementary School to increase the interest of parents to send their children to school is by conducting strategic analysis and internal and external analysis of the company, conducting strategic planning, and developing marketing programs.

Abstract

This Research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques In this study used a questionnaire with the number of respondents 80 students of Informatics Engineering FKTI Unmul Samarinda class of 2016. Analysis tools used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression obtained means there is a low influence between self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education on motivation to become a technopreneur. With the results of the T test between self-efficacy on motivation to become technopreneur which means there is a significant influence. While the results of the T test between entrepreneurship education on motivation to be a technopreneur means there was no significant effect. From the results of research conducted, researchers give advice to the Informatics Engineering Study Program, namely: 1) Improve the facilities and infrastructure of the classroom information engineering laboratory and supply library space to support student activities. 2) Reactivate activities such as industrial visits or field trips to startup company and create bazaar to show student new discovery. 3) Implement OJT (On The Job Training) activities through cooperation in technology-based companies such as Telkom or Indonesian Bank for Informatics Engineering students to improve students ' entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. 4) empowering and building a partnership with alumni information engineering student program in implementation of technology based entrepreneurship program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Berlian Beauty Clinic Samarinda ,. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS statistical software version 22. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), which is a method that takes all populations to become respondents in this study. The number of taking samples was 83. Derived from the Berlian beauty Clinic sample on A. Wahab Syahranie street No.199A Samarinda. Data collection used is the technique of observation, questionnaires, and literature writing. While the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that the product quality variable (X1) with a significant value of 0.05 because tcount = 7.569> ttable = 1.990 and the sig = 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study concluded that the variable service quality (X2) with a significant value of 0.05 because tcount = 4.554> ttable = 1.990 and the sig = 0.000 <0.05. thus the service quality variable has a partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The background of this research is to remember the importance of marketing to be able to maintain and increase product sales from Confetti Project.The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategies used by Confetti Project  in increasing the number of sales of these products. This research uses descriptive research methods in the form of written or oral data from interviews with industry owners.The results of this study indicate thet the implementation of the mareting mix strategy in increasing sales volume at Confetti Project Samarinda Kalimantan Timur has been going very well.

Abstract

The low business capacity of SMEs is the result of the majority of SMEs (93.33%) still being managed traditionally. The limited capacity of SMEs can be overcome if SMEs are willing and able to change the way their business is managed, which is still traditionally replaced with web-based information technology, which is able to manage business and transaction processing without limits on space and time, such as the Prestashop back office application system. This application provides 2 types of modules, namely Back Office which consists of purchasing, sales, inventory, cash and bank modules, Front Office which functions as cash sales, so it is very easy to use by SMEs.

Abstract

Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Crow of Kutai Kartanegara.This Type Research of researcher use quantitative research, with amount of sampel rounded up to become 86 research sampling employees the used propabilitas sampel. used Data analysis in the form of used doubled linear regresi to know influence of independent variable (X) which consist of vertical communications (X1) and communications of horizontal (X2) to variable of dependen that is Performance Employees ( Y).Result of research of showed that doubled linear regression test by simultan found that entire/all independent variable that is Vertical Communications and Communications of Horizontal have an effect on signifikan to variable of dependen Performance Employees at PT. Abstract

This reseach was conductad at one of the franchise located in Samarinda, which is location on street Sentosa Gg Kembali, namely Best Fried Chicken (BFC). The rose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and brand image of purcasing decisions at Best Fried Chicken (BFC) Sentosa branch Samarinda. And to find out among the variable of produc quality, price and brand image that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Best Fried Chicken (BFC) Sentosa Samarinda Branch. The sampling tachnique used is non probability sampling. The number of sample used was 91 respondent. Data obatained from distribusing questionnaires. The conclusion of this study is that the calculation of this study is that the calculation of the F test variable product quality, price and brand image simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as Best Fried Chicken Sentosa Samarinda Branch. while the calculation of the t-test of product quality variables partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for best fried chicken (BFC) Sentosa Samarinda Branch. In the dominant test, the brand image variable is the most influential variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the calculation in determining the selling price between the UMKM Saputra Snack method with the cost plus pricing method with full costing approach and to know the selling price use the cost plus pricing method with full costing approach at the UMKM Saputra Snack can be able to competitive. The type of research is used quantitative. The research method used case study. The analysis technique used to calculation of the selling price using the cost plus pricing method with a full costing approach. The data used in this study are data on production costs and non-production costs during 2019. The results show that there are differences in setting the selling price because of the inaccuracy in treating cost components, namely the components of factory overhead costs such as equipment depreciation costs, production building depreciation, administrative costs, marketing costs in calculating the cost of goods manufactured which are used as the basis for determining the selling price. So that the calculation of the selling price with the cost plus pricing method, the full costing approach is greater than selling price of UMKM Saputra Snack. The results of the evaluation of the selling price of product using the cost plus pricing method of the full costing approach at UMKM Saputra Snack can still compete with similar products, because the selling price of similar products on the market is still high. Therefore, the results of the evaluation of the selling price of UMKM Saputra Snack's product are still reasonable and the selling price of the product can be increased so that it can increase the profit as expected.

Abstract

Serayu Lestari Baths is an artificial tourist destination and one of the leading tourist destinations in Samarinda. This study aims to find out and analyze how the strategy for developing the tourist attraction of the Serayu Lestari Baths in Samarinda and what obstacles are faced by managers in developing Serayu Lestari Baths tourism. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of research data are Key Informants and Informants. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are data redaction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Serayu Lestari Baths Tourism Attraction Development Strategy in Samarinda, the manager of the Serayu Lestari Baths has made developments in terms of, Accessibility has made road improvements, made directions to tourist sites and can be passed by public or online transportation. In Amenities, the manager has completed adequate facilities for visitors. In Hospitality at the Serayu Lestari Baths, the surrounding community and employees are very friendly to visitors. In the Serayu Lestari Baths Attraction, several attractions are still under construction. And the obstacle in developing the sustainable Serayu Baths is the lack of budget funds to develop the attractions in the Serayu Lestari Baths.

Abstract

Organizational commitment are important for companies who want to improve employe performance. PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia Samarinda is a branch of PT. Matahari Department Store, tbk which is distributedin several parts of Indonesia. PT. Matahari Department Store is a company that’s sells a wide variety of fashion needs ranging from clothing for children to adult, shoes, slippers, beauty products, accessories, children’s toys to household needs. This research aims to determine the influenceof organizational commitment to the consignment employee performance of PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia in Samarinda. The organizational commitment (X) are used as independent variables while the employee performance as dependent variables. Primary data is obatained by conducting interviewsto 57 respondent using questionnaris. Secondary data is obtained by conducting field observation. Analysis data uses a simple linear regression technique with SPSS 22 software. The result showed that the organizational commitment variables (X) significantly influence to employee performance (Y) PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia in Samarinda. Suggestions for PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia in Samarinda the company should build an emotional bond, convince employees to last long in company, make employees aware that leaving the company will harm the employees themselves, pay attention to loyalty outside the working hours that have been given by employees in order to reduce the level of permits or delays.
