Abstract

Tujuan dari ini penelitian ini ada dua yaitu: Untuk mengetahui Jumlah Tempat Hiburan, Jumlah Penduduk, Pendapatan Perkapita berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penerimaan Pajak Hiburan di Kota Kupang. Untuk mengetahui Jumlah Tempat Hiburan, Jumlah Penduduk, Pendapatan per Kapita berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penerimaan Pajak Hiburan di Kota Kupang.. Terdapat 40 sampel dalam penelitian ini kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan Eviews 10 yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data yaitu Statistik Inferensial, Analisis Regresi, Uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh variabel Jumlah Penduduk, Jumlah Tempat Hiburan dan Pendapatan Perkapita berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Hiburan di Kota Kupang. Secara parsial variabel Jumlah Penduduk, Jumlah Tempat Hiburan dan Pendapatan Perkapita berpengaruh positif terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Hiburan di Kota Kupang. Dengan hasil koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,826187atau 82,61 % variabel dependen (Penerimaan Pajak Hiburan) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel independen Jumlah Penduduk (X1), Jumlah Tempat Hiburan (X2) dan Pendapatan Perkapita (X3). Sedangkan 17,39 % sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This type of research is quantitative by using a survey method that was conducted in North Central Timor District. The sample in this study used all existing DPOs to represent past and future DPOs. The variables used are human resource competence (X), government internal control (M) and the quality of financial reports (Y). The data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the two hypotheses proposed in this study. Each hypothesis will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software, namely the WarpPLS version 3.0 software. to test the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence between human resource competence on the quality of financial reports in the district government of North Central Timor. The test results with the moderating variable show that there is no influence of HR competence on the quality of financial reports in the TTU district government which is moderated by the government's internal control system.

Abstract

This study pretend to explore the question on who we mean with female vendors? They are females whose model of trade is using small stand in the traditional market. In facts, large contributions they contributed to household economy in terms of income, expendeture, and saving haven’t been denied. Whilst supporting and inhibiting factors are always in common and come together. There are two goals of the study. To capture the income, saving and expendeture of the females vendors and the sircumstance of household economy before and during the Covid-19. In addition, the study is to detect supporting and inhibiting factors during they are undertaking the roles belong to them. By using 50 informan of female vendors in traditional market of Oeba as research subject, the study are developed with descriptive-qualitative analisis method. The results showed that Covid-19 has brought effects to the female vendors. Unfortunately, their contributions to household economy in terms of income, expenditure, and saving during Covid-19 aren’t comensurate with that of before. Supporting factors are emerging through several factors such as self-motivation, economical and environmental need and inhibiting factors such as income decreased, much more competition, and poor in trade experience. Much more hope to government in order to give more concern on trade facilities for female vendors in traditional market, security and control to the market facilities which are not deserve to use in order to be repaired. Vendors and buyers are hoped to obey to government’s health protocol of Covid-19.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung variabel Media Iklan, Pesan Iklan dan Kreativitas Iklan Terhadap Efektivitas Iklan dalam Menumbuhkan Brand Awareness Produk Lee Minerale Pada Masyarakat Kota Kefamenanu Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Kefamenanu yang mengetahui produk ikllan le minarale sehingga jumlah sampel yang dijadikan sebagai responden sebanyak 100 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan anlisis jalur (path analisis). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Variabel media iklan (X1) tidak mampu memediasi variabel efektifitas iklan (X4) terhadap Brand Awarnes (Y). Hal ini disebabkan karena nilai hubungan langsung pengaruh media iklan (X1) terhadap brand awarness (Y) sebesar 0,052 lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan pengaruh secara tidak langsung antara variabel media iklan (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) jika dimediasi oleh efektifitas iklan (X4) yang nilainya hanya sebesar 0,006. Variabel Pesan Iklan (X2) juga tidak mampu dimediasi oleh variabel efektifitas iklan (X4) terhadap brand awarness (Y), dikarenakan nilai dari pengaruh tidak langsung diperoleh sebesar 0,07 lebih kecil dari pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,219. Variabel kreatifitas Iklan (X3) juga tidak mampu dimediasi oleh variabel efektifitas iklan (X4) terhadap brand awarness (Y), dikarenakan nilai dari pengaruh tidak langsung yang diperoleh sebesar 0,071 masih lebih kecil dari pengaruh langsung yang nilainya sebesar 0,262.

Abstract

Poverty is the inability of society to meet basic needs and other needs. The majority of Takarai villagers are classified as poor. Natural resource factors, human resources, and infrastructure are not only contributors to community poverty but also the complexity of the problem. The capacity of the government as a protector to bring people out of poverty is still very limited. The side effects of poverty are the lack of formal education levels at a higher level, less nutrition and stunting, maternal and infant mortality rates, and a higher government burden for social assistance.

Abstract

The family company is a phenomenon in the business world. In addition to the numerous numbers, the family company also has a significant amount of the nation's economy. In Indonesia, for example, business people are dominated by a family company. Based on the results of the PWC survey in 2014 showed that more than 95% of businesses in Indonesia were family-owned and had a contribution of 25% of Indonesia's GDP. Small and medium industries in West Sumatera based on the 2018 BPS data amounted to 35. 592 Company and absorb 120,060 Labor. Micro and small companies totaled 108,588 companies and have absorbed 202,330 Labor. It is demonstrated that this sector is the largest sector that absorbs manpower in West Sumatera. Thus, it is necessary to formulate a family business resilience strategy in the MSME sector in West Sumatera. By using the analysis based on the study of literature that is formulated that to be able to grow, develop and endure in a long time SMEs actors need to 1) get the capitalization easy, safe and transparent, venture capital should be considered to be the main choice as a source of financing because it has a more "friendly" system and more suitable for SMEs entrepreneurs, 2) Pay attention, the understanding of SME entrepreneurs to institutional, human resources, accounting, networking, information technology and so forth will certainly be needed, 3) think of innovative marketing, where to be able to compete entrepreneurs need to create their own "blue ocean" market rather than having to compete in the "Red Ocean" market that nudges more bloody and have a lot of competitors, 4) always doing sustainable innovation, it becomes an important key for SMEs to survive, information technology developments and market uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital and working hours partially and simultaneously of the traders income in traditional market “Kasih Naikoten 1”. This study located in traditional market “Kasih Naikoten 1” with a sample of 50 respondents. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. The result shows that capital and working hour have a partially effect. The result of Multiple Regression Test shows that capital and working hour have simultaneously effect to the income.
