Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of peer conformity on consumptive behavior in students in the city of Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS of Senior High School in Bandar Lampung, which consisted of 17 schools. The sample in this study was taken by dividing 17 schools based on the ranking strata namely high, medium, low, based on the value of passing grade to enter the school, then selected three schools randomly to represent each rank. Then the researchers had a population of 414 people. The sampling technique in this study was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, with a total sample of 165 students. The questionnaire used in this study uses a Likert scale, which is a measurement scale used to measure people's attitudes, opinions, and perceptions about social phenomena. The results showed the influence of peer conformity on consumptive behavior by 32.4%. Conformity is one factor a person becomes consumptive, the higher a person's conformity, the higher the consumptive behavior

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the Talking Stick Learning Model on Economic Learning Outcomes in Class X Students in Even Semester of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the talking stick learning model on economic learning outcomes in class X students in the even semester of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019. This study uses an experimental method, where research methods that require the writer to practice teaching directly on the subject under study using the talking stick learning model. The population in this study were 98 students of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung, amounting to 98 students in which the sample consisted of 2 classes namely X Accounting as an Experiment class which amounted to 34 people and X Sharia Banking as a control class of 32. After hypothesis testing on the two similarity tests - the average and the calculation of economic learning outcomes data using a statistical formula, then it is obtained 3.52 and at a significant level of 5%. This means that there is the influence of the talking stick learning model on economic learning outcomes in class X students in the even semester of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019

Abstract

The problem in this research was the teacher conveyed the learning materials through the talkative method that focused on the teacher and gave the test or task that inclined boring so that impacted to the low of the result of economic learning. This research will apply the learning model of cooperative script that has purpose to know the learning model of cooperative script can increase the result of the students’ economics learning. The method that used in this research was experiment method. The samples that taken in this research was 2 classes, those were Perbankan Syariah class and Akuntansi class. The main technique which was used as the research instrument was 40 questions of multiple choice test. Data analysis technique used Dependent sample of T-test and Independent sample of T-test. After having the hypothesis test on commonality two average test and counting of economics result using statistical formulae, it can be gotten = 3,51 and = 2,00 with the significance 5%. It can be concluded that cooperative script has an influence and can increase the students’ learning result significanly in the Perbankan Syariah class at SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in 2018/2019

Abstract

The problem in this study seen from the identification of problems is the economic learning outcomes of students are still low, lack of interest and motivation of students in economics. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning models Simulation on learning outcomes of students in Economics subjects. The researcher used the experimental method as for the population in this study were the tenth grade students of Gajah Mada High School, Bandar Lampung, the sample consisted of two classes namely X1 and X2, where class X1 as the Experimental class used 36 simulation learning models and class X2 as the control class using conventional methods in the form of lectures with the number of students 36. The instruments used are in the form of multiple choices. The results of testing the hypotheses that have been done are obtained ttes = 4.70 and from the distribution table t at the 5% significance level it is known tt (1-0.5 α) = 2.00 so that it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes using influential Simulation learning models positive for student economic learning outcomes compared to Conventional learning models

Abstract

The problems in this study are 1) the low student learning outcomes, 2) the lack of student activity in the teaching and learning process, 3) and the CIRC learning model in the classroom has never been applied. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of XI graders in the even semester of Gedongtataan 1 Public High School 2018/2019. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The population in this study were all students of class XI.IPS 1 Gedongtataan High School totaling 94 students, the sample consisted of two classes namely class XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 3, where class XI IPS 2 as an experimental class which amounted to 33 students and class XI IPS 3 as a control class with 33 students. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling technique. The instrument in this study used multiple choice tests and hypothesis testing in this study using the formula ttes. Hypothesis testing using the statistical formula t-test obtained t hit = 6.22 and the distribution table t at a significant level of 5% is known tdaf is t (1-1 / 2 α) = 2.00 so that it is proven thit> t daf. Thus it can be concluded that "there is the effect of applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model to the economic learning outcomes of the XI graders in the even semester of Gedongtataan 1 Public High School 2018/2019".

Abstract

The problem that was found by the writein in X grade of IPS 4 Gajah Mada senior High School Bandar Lampung is the low activity of students and student learning outcomes during the learning process in the classroom. In this study the author uses a Learning Cycle learning model that is expected to improve the activity and economic learning outcomes of X. IPS 4 students on economic subjects at Gajah Mada High School Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018 / 2019. This study is a classroom action research ) conducted in two stages of the cycle in which the application uses the Learning Cycle learning model in the learning process. The subjects in this study were students of class X. IPS 4, Gajah Mada High School, Bandar Lampung, amounting to 36 students. student learning has increased from an average of 2.1 in cycle 1 to 3.61 in the cycle 2. The percentage of students' learning completeness increased from pre-cycle to 27.78%, cycle 1 was 52.78% and cycle 2 was 81 %. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that learning by implementing a Learning Cycle model can improve learning activities and economic learning outcomes of class X students. Abstract

Kondisi efektivitas kerja masih belum optimal, hal ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu masih ada pegawai yang menyelesaikan pekerjaan tidak tepat waktu, masih ada pegawai yang belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal, masih ada pegawai yang kurang inovasi dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Penyebabnya adalah diduga karena Kepala Dinas belum optimal dalam mengawasi pelaksanaan kerja, diduga Kepala Dinas belum optimal dalam melaksanakan koordinasi secara terjadwal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang dengan sampel 28 orang dengan taraf kesalahan 5% menggunakan rumus slovin.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi dan penyebaran angket atau kuisioner kepada responden penelitian.Hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuisioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Dinas belum sepenuhnya optimal sehingga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majalengka. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi Kepala Dinas terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu dimana rhitung lebih besar daripada rtabel atau 0,891 > 0,374. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu 79,4% artinya efektivitas kerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh koordinasi Kepala Dinas dan 20,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain dan tidak diteliti. Tetapi diharapkan kepada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majalengka dalam hal ini Kepala Dinas atau pucuk pimpinan supaya lebih meningkatkan koordinasi sehingga tingkat efektivitas kerja pegawai lebih optimal serta supaya dapat mempermudah dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi.
