Abstract

Sharia hotels are hotels with the concept of Islamic syriah, namely hotels that implement sharia in Islamic religion into hotel operations. Not only the label but also must adhere to Islamic rules. Where in this research article focuses on two problem formulations: (1) how the mechanism forwards the values of Islamic business ethics in noor hotel. (2) how is the implementation of the guidelines for the implementation of sharia hotel business in hotels with sharia concept in the hotels Noor Tourism and creative economy Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014? This research approach is qualitative research that produces findings by solving existing problems by presenting, analyzing, interpreting research results. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study in the Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics Values and the Implementation of Sharia Hotel Business Implementation Guidelines according to Permen No. 2 of 2014. has been in accordance with and has implemented the values of Islamic Business Ethics, including having implemented the principles of Tawheed, Fairness, Free Will (Freewill), Responsibility (Responsibily), and Ihsan (Benevolance). And Implementation of Sharia Hotel Business Implementation Guidelines according to Permen No. 2 of 2014 namely Products, Services, and Management that have been applied.

Abstract

Indonesia's tourism sector has grown rapidly and significantly. The contribution of high income from the hotel sector shows a significant development, thus affecting the welfare of the community. One of them is the sharia-based tourism sector which is currently developing in various regions, one of which is Bandung. Currently, many people are competing to invest to create Islamic tourism. The tourism industry is of course very closely related to the accommodation business, especially the hotel business. This study aims to examine the Projected Potential of Hospitality Tourism Development with the Concept of Sharia in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of Islamic swimming pools in Indonesia has a positive trend. Several cities in Indonesia have established Islamic swimming pools. Including in Bandung there is a sharia swimming pool called the Muslimah Arcamanik Swimming Pool. Located in a strategic location. The swimming pool at Arcamanik has facilities that meet the needs of visitors but the number of visitors is not maximized. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation. The selection of informants in this study used a sampling technique. The research sample consisted of three people, namely managers, employees, and visitors. The results of the analysis show that the Arcamanik Muslimah swimming pool is not much different from a public swimming pool, it is open to all groups, both Muslims and non-Muslims. What distinguishes only the swimming pool where the Muslimah Arcamanik swimming pool does not accept male visitors.

Abstract

Renting a place to stay in Rancaekek, Bandung Regency is a promising business field, and this business cannot be separated from any collaboration that will aim at the best agreement, where this collaboration is carried out between the tenants and the boarding house rental business owners. The composer chose the research location in Cicalengka Kelurahan, because in that area the majority of the population had a boarding house rental business, and the population had a boarding house rental business, and the area had a fairly high level of migrants. As for the main problem, how is the contract to implement the practice of renting is legal or not according to Islamic law, and has it reached an agreement on the fair price and the term of the lease determined by both? And what if there is a default in the implementation of this rental practice? To answer the question above the research method used is the type of field research, the nature of this study included in descriptive abalytic that is describing the practice of renting and clearly describing the problems contained in this study and assessing the research in a review of Islamic law. Data collection techniques with direct observation, interviews and supported by data taken from relevant data sources. The findings of this study indicate that the agreement that occurs between the tenant and the owner of the rented room is done verbally and in writing. This is done in accordance with Islamic law by meeting the pillars and conditions. For determining the price and rental period, it has been determined based on various facilities provided, such as physical and non-physical facilities. Where as the default contained in the practice of leasing is settled with a compensation agreed previously by both parties. To avoid violating the contents of the agreement, the terms or anything related to this agreement must be clearly written so that in the future it will not cause confusion and misunderstanding. And the government should also participate in regulating the practice of renting by making regulations or clarifying norms in the community, so that later in can create a safe and comfortable atmosphere in social life.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors that contribute in improving the economy of a country. Currently, tourism is becoming a trend of sharia tourism in which its operation in accordance with Islamic sharia. The existence of a new sector of sharia tourism is expected to have an impact on the increase in income and welfare of the community. The level of people›s welfare is measured by how much income levels are earned. This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of Islamic tourism to increase income and welfare of society in Lombok by using qualitative research methods. From the results of research conducted in the Department of Tourism and tourist sites by using three techniques of data collection that is observation, interviews, and documentation can be concluded that overall Islamic tourism has a positive impact on the increase of income society and affect the welfare of the community it self.
