Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian tentang “Peningkatan Kompetensi dan Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik PAUD melalui Komunikasi Efektif di Kota Bandung dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan menjamurnya lembaga PAUD yang didirikan oleh masyarakat dalam upaya menyukseskan program pemerintah yang disebut PAUDISASI. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini disusun untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja pendidik melalui komunikasi efektif di lembaga PAUD meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi terhadap program pengembangan kompetensi dan kinerja tenaga pendidik di PAUD Al-Jannah dan Psy Center Kota Bandung menunjukkan: 1) Perencanaan program disusun dengan baik; 2) Pelaksanaan program dilakukan oleh semua stakeholder disertai sosialisasi, pengarahan, pencatatan dan pengawasan dari kepala lembaga; 3) Evaluasi program dilakukan oleh yayasan, kepala lembaga secara komunikatif 4) Faktor pendukung berupa tersedianya sarana berbasis IT serta buku-buku panduan kurikulum, adanya alokasi anggaran (walau relatif terbatas), serta mayoritas guru berkualifikasi pendidikan S1. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah masih adanya guru yang belum memahami pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi dan kinerja, serta belum terbiasanya guru menghadapi rambu-rambu regulasi yang dilakukan. Kata kunci: kompetensi, kinerja, tenaga pendidik PAUD, komunikasi efektif Abstract The research on "Improving Competency and Performance of PAUD Educators through Effective Communication in Bandung is motivated by the reality of the proliferation of PAUD institutions established by the community in an effort to succeed a government program called PAUDISASI. Therefore this research is structured to find a picture of increasing the competence and performance of educators through effective communication in PAUD institutions including planning, implementation, evaluation and supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of observations, interviews and documentation studies on the competency development program and the performance of educators in Al-Jannah PAUD and the Bandung City Psy Center show: 1) Program planning is well structured; 2) Program implementation is carried out by all stakeholders accompanied by socialization, direction, recording and supervision from the head of the institution; 3) Program evaluation is carried out by the foundation, the head of the institution communicatively 4) Supporting factors such as the availability of IT-based facilities and curriculum guide books, the existence of budget allocations (although relatively limited), and the majority of teachers qualified with S1 education. Abstract

ABSTRACT The sports stadium is an important element in organizing a football match. From a number of negative cases related to the behavior of football supporters in Indonesia, the story of the destruction of stadium facilities by the supporter is quite often become the headline in various media. One of the major  events that occurred was the destruction of the Gelora Bung Karno National Stadium (GBK) facilities in the 2018 Presidential Cup final by some individuals who were thought to be supporters of the Persija Jakarta club. The biggest problem is, the stadium facilities are still in trial after renovation and  will be prepared for the 2018 ASIAN Games. Encouraged by the guilty pleasure, Jakmania as Persija  Jakarta's Supporters took an independent initiative by raising the #JagaGBK movement without any interference with the club's managerial. The purpose of this campaign is to maintain the surrounding  environment and sports facilities inside the GBK stadium. This grassroots movement involves all  Jakmania who are estimated around 45,000 people from 66 Regional Coordinators. The purpose of  this study is to understand the use of campaign techniques carried out by Jakmania in performing the  #JagaGBK campaign. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through  in-depth interviews with three resource persons: the main chairperson of Jakmania, the Jakmania  board of trustees, and the Head of branch Jakmania East Jakarta. This research resulted in findings  related to strategies in assembling member participation, similarity goal associations, efforts to unite  (integrative), giving rewards, delivering messages, gaining empathy, and giving coercion to members  who are not involved in running #JagaGBK campaigns. This research is expected to find a  formulation that can be an inspiration for other campaigns which held by the football supporters, specially regarding environmental preservation and the sports facilities.Keywords: Supporters, Football, Campaign #JagaGBK, Jakmania, and Persija Jakarta.

Abstract Pada era Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, proses pembelajaran memiliki perbedaan signifikan dibanding pengajaran sebelumnya. Pengajaran zaman sekarang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, menuntut guru untuk kreatif sebagai bentuk praktek kehumasan tentang citra materi pembelajaran di sekolah . Guru harus disiapkan untuk mengajarkan bagaimana anak menjadi kreatif dan kritis dalam praktek pencitraan materipelajaran sehingga dapat disukai siswa. Dengan demikian, siswa akan menjadi pribadi yang siap untuk menghadapi perubahan zaman melalui perannya sebagai aktor individual relation (IR). Selama melaksanakan perannya sebagai actor individual relation maka program kehumasan di persekolahan dapat diwakilinya. Adapun bidang kerja yang menjadi target sasaran Individualrelation praktek kehumasan dipersekolahan mencakup model, metode,kurikulum. Praktek individual relations ini sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kapasitas, profesionalisme guru, kurikulum yang dinamis, sarana dan prasarana yang handal, dan teknologi pembelajaran yang mutakhirdalam rangka menghadapi era revolusi 4.0. Dalam prakteknya (IR) ditentukan oleh keberadaan dari teknologi informasi untuk mengolah, mengemas dan menampilkan serta menyebarkan informasi pembelajaran yang dalam studi ini mampu menghasilkan kajian virtual learning dan dan E-learning.Pada akhirnya produk dari IR iniakan membuktikan bahwa prkatek kehumasandi persekolahan sangat dibutuhkan. Kata kunci : teknologi informasi, komunikasi, inovasi, humas pembelajaran. Abstract In the era of Information and Communication Technology, the learning process has significant differences compared to previous teaching. Teaching today utilizes information technology, requiring teachers to be creative as a form of public relations practice about the image of learning materials in schools. Teachers must be prepared to teach how children become creative and critical in the practice of imaging learning materials so that they can be liked by students. Thus, students will become individuals who are ready to face the changing times through their roles as individual relations (IR) actors. During carrying out his role as an actor individual relations, the public relations program in schools can be represented. The areas of work that are targeted by individual relations in school public relations practices include models, methods, curriculum. This individual relations practice is indispensable for realizing capacity building, teacher professionalism, a dynamic curriculum, reliable facilities and infrastructure, and the latest learning technology in order to face the revolutionary era 4.0. In practice (IR) is determined by the existence of information technology to process, package and display and disseminate learning information which in this study is able to produce virtual learning and and E-learning studies. Abstract

Abstrak Kejadian down sindrom selama 17 tahun terakhir meningkat cukup pesat dengan perbandingan 1:700 kelahiran hidup. Jumlah anak penderita down sindrom di dunia mencapai 8 juta kasus dan di Indonesia diperkirakan lebih dari 3 tiga ribu kasus. Anak down sindrom memiliki masalah dalam tumbuh kembangnya yang berbeda dan terlambat dibandingkan dengan anak normal, sehingga memerlukan terapi khusus salah satunya adalah Padma. Padma adalah Pijat Anak Down sindrom Mastakaraga Shobia, merupakan jenis terapi pijat yang memberikanstimulasi pada jalur-jalur sensori sumsum tulang dan kepala secara lembut melalui jalur persyarafan dan pembuluh darah melalui sub terminal tubuh dengan tujuan tercapainya kelancaran dan keseimbangan proses dalam tubuh.  Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode survey deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Didapatkan hasil positif terhadap perkembangan anak down sindrom setelah diberikan terapi Padma. Keseimpulan: terapi Padma sangat efektif dalam menstimulasi tumbuh  kembang anak down sindrom. Saran: Terapi Padma dapat menjadi salah satu terapi  komplementer untuk menstimulasi tumbuh kembang anak down sindrom.Kata Kunci: Pijat; Down Sindrom; PadmaAbstract The incidence of down syndrome during the last 17 years has increased quite rapidly with a ratio of 1:700 live births. The number of children with Down syndrome in the world reaches 8 million cases and in Indonesia it is estimated that more than 3 three thousand cases. Children with Down syndrome have problems in growth and development that are different and late compared to normal children, so that requires special therapy, one of  which is Padma. Padma is a Child Down Massage of Mastakaraga Shobia syndrome, a  type of massage therapy that provides stimulation of the sensory pathways of the bone  marrow and head gently through nerve supply and blood vessels through the sub-terminal of the body with the aim of achieving smooth and balance processes in the body. This  scientific work uses descriptive survey method with a case study approach. Positive results were obtained for the development of Down syndrome children after being given Padma therapy. Conclusion: Padma therapy is very effective in stimulating the growth  and development of children with Down syndrome. Suggestion: Padma therapy can be  one of the complementary therapies to stimulate the growth and development of children with Down syndrome.Key words: Massage; Down Syndrome; Padma

Abstrak Revolusi adalah perubahan sosial dan kebudayaan yang berlangsung secara cepat dan menyangkut dasar atau pokok-pokok kehidupan masyarakat. (TIK) mempengaruhi pola pengajaran sehingga timbul kecenderungan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menyempurnakan fasilitas atau alat bantu yang digunakan dalam sistem pengajaran, Kebijakan dan standarisasi mutu pendidikan menjadi pondasi yang harus dibangun untuk mendukung pendidikan berbasis TIK yang efektif dan efisien. Implementasi pendidikan berbasis TIK dapat dilakukan melalui model hybrid (dual system) yang mengkombinasikan pembelajaran klasikal (face 2 face) dengan belajar terbuka dan jarak jauh (on line). Sedangkan pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat dilaksanakan secara langsung (syncronous learning) dan tidak langsung (asyncronous Learning). Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi yang cepat dan pesat, berdampak juga pada bidang pendidikan, yang menghasruskan menerapkan TIK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.Pada Negara Thailand, Afrika Selatan dan Slovenia memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan.salah satu kekurangannya yaitu ketidak merataan fasilitas untuk penggunaan TIK, keahlian guru yang kurang maksimal, atau lokasi daerah yang sulit dijangkau yang dapat membuat suatu ketertinggalan. ”. Data ini berasal dari kuesioner konteks nasional (NCQ) (dijawab oleh koordinator penelitian nasional SITES [NRC] untuk setiap negara atau sistem pendidikan).Kuesioner yang diberikan secara online oleh Pusat Pengelolaan Data IEA pada kuartal terakhir di tahun 2016.Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan TV Edu.yang di dalamnya berisikan mengenai pembahsan sautu bahanajar dan suatu permasalahan pelajaran yang di kumpulkan berdasarkan pengajuan melalui telepon, email dan jugasosial media. Pelaksanaan TV Edu di sesuaikan dengan kebijakan serta kurikulum masing-masing Negara, dan program ini berpacu pada model pembelajaran Learning Start With a Question yang dimana satu pembelajaran dimualai dengan pertayaan.Kata Kunci :TIK, Pedagogi, TV Edu. Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), pada hakekatnya adalah pendidikan yang diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Salah satu faktor penting penyelenggaraan PAUD adalah komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua. Program parenting di TK Al-Jannah selama Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 terlaksana secara keseluruhan sesuai program yang direncanakan. Namun dampak dari kegiatan tersebut belum diteliti secara obyektif. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak program parenting di TK Al-Jannah terhadap pola asuh orang tua di rumah. Jenis penelitian yang disajikan adalah “Best Practice”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Setelah dilakukan kajian dari berbagai unsur terlihat kecenderungan hasil akhir bahwa dengan Program Parenting yang telah dijalankan oleh TK AL Jannah melalui komunikasi yang efektif dilakukan baik oleh Kepala TK, pendidik dan orang tua, dapat meningkatkan kesamaan pemahaman orang tua dalam memberikan pola asuh yang baik kepada para putera puterinya hingga 90%, capaian indicator 6 aspek pengembangan mencapai hasil 80% hingga 100%.Kata Kunci : Parenting; Komunikasi; Pengasuhan; PAUDAbstractEarly childhood education (PAUD), in essence is education that is organized with the aim of facilitating children's growth and development. One important factor in the implementation of PAUD is effective and efficient communication between the school and parents. The parenting program at Al-Jannah Kindergarten during 2018/2019 was carried out as a whole according to the planned program. But the impact of these activities has not been studied objectively. Therefore, a study was conducted aimed at finding out the extent of the impact of the parenting program at Al-Jannah Kindergarten on parenting at home. The type of research presented is "Best Practice". The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through the study of documentation, interviews, and observations. After a study of various elements shows the tendency of the final results that with the Parenting Program that has been run by TK AL Jannah through effective communication conducted both by the Head of Kindergarten, educators and parents, can increase the common understanding of parents in providing good parenting to the sons and daughters up to 90%, achievement indicators 6 aspects of development achieved 80% to 100% results.Keywords: Parenting; Communication; Nurturing; PAUD

Abstract

Abstrak Sejak kelahirannya, tiga dekade yang lalu hingga hari ini, IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) telah menjadi perhatian para akademisi dan praktisi di seluruh dunia. Sebagai kajian yang relatif baru, penting untuk meninjau perkembangan IMC yang ditelusuri dari berbagai tulisan yang diterbitkan di jurnal-jurnal internasional terindeks sebagai bentuk manifestasi perkembangannya. Guna melihat perkembangan IMC selama tiga dekade ini dapat didasarkan pada tiga aspek, yaitu theoretical building, topik penelitian dan pengimplementasian IMC. Tujuannya untuk: (1) Melihat sejauhmana perkembangan IMC jika dilihat dari ketiga aspek tersebut dengan membandingkan deskripsi perkembangan sebelum tahun 2005? (2) Aspek apa yang berkembang paling signifikan sehingga beda dengan gambaran perkembangan IMC sebelum tahun 2008? Tahun 2005 dan 2008 dijadikan patokan karena pada saat itu riset perkembangan IMC secara teoretis (2005) dan topik-topik penelitian serta implementasinya (2008) telah dipublikasikan. Dengan menggunakan kajian literatur, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa IMC terus berkembang secara teoretis, namun demikian tidak meninggalkan gagasan dasar yang telah dibangun pada tahun 2005. Hingga kini, teorisasi IMC semakin memertajam bangunan kontruksnya dan lebih bersifat multi-disipliner. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan IMC, Teorisasi IMC, Topik penelitian, Implementasi IMC Abstract Since its inception, three decades ago until today, IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) has become attention of academics and practitioners around the world. As a relatively new concept, it is important to review the development of IMC which is traced from various papers published in international journals indexed as a manifestation of its development. To identify the development of IMC over the past three decades, it can be based on three aspects, namely theoretical building, research topics, and IMC implementation. Aim of this article is to: (1) Describe IMC development that is viewed from three aspects by comparing before 2005? (2) What aspect is developed most significantly so that it is different from the description of IMC development before 2008? Year 2005 and 2008 were used as benchmarks because at that time research on development of IMC theoretical (2005), research topics, and its implementation (2008) had been published. Using literature review, this research concludes that the IMC continues to develop theoretically, but did not abandon the basic ideas that had been built in 2005.
