Abstract

The development of business today is experiencing a very rapid growth. The developments are very significant and have a pretty good prospect. So such conditions make competition increasingly competitive especially in the field of culinary. Research was conducted to test the effect of quality of service and facilities to the purchase decision of Soto Seger Mbok Giyem in Boyolali. Accidental sampling technique with sample research samples 100. Multiple linear regression methods. The results of the research of quality of service and facilities simultaneously effect positive and significant against the purchase decision, quality of service and facilities to the decision of each of the influential positive and significant decisions Purchase. The decision to purchase Soto Seger Mbok Giyem in Boyolali can be explained by 38.5%, while the remaining 61.5% is explained by other variables. Abstract

The rate of population growth is so rapid, the needs in the community are also increasing, especially the culinary business. Increased consumer needs, producers are trying to improve the quality of the company. The study was conducted to test the quality of the product, service quality and brand image how it affected the purchase decision of penyet chicken in Surabaya in Boyolali. The study sample used 100 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of research on product quality, service quality, and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of penyet surabaya chicken. Product quality, service quality and brand image in a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of penyet surabaya chicken. Purchase decision variables can be explained by three independent variables, namely product quality, price, and promotion of 48.0% and the others are influenced by other variables. Abstract

Competition in the global market is so tight, companies are trying to meet market demand. To meet the huge market needs, companies are required to meet the increasing market demand. Large demand will be followed by large quantities of production supported by maintenance of tools and production machinery. The study was conducted to examine the effect of competencies, organizational culture and work discipline on the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section (study on pt. Senang kharisma text 2 in sukoharjo). 50 sample research samples. multiple linear regression method. The results of competency research, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section and in terms of competency, organizational culture and work discipline each have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section. the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section can be explained by three independent variables at 54.4% and the other 45.6 influenced by other variables. Abstract

Corruption becomes an important issue for countries in Asia including in Indonesia. The number of cases of corruption to make Indonesia as a nation with high levels of perceived corruption in the world. This study aimed to explore the perceptions of government officials at the State University in Central Java on the effect of pay satisfaction, internal control systems, and organizational culture against corruption tendencies. The sampling method using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 145 employees in the financial sub department of State University in Central Java. Data collection using questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) component -based Partial Least Square ( PLS ) 2.0 M3. The results of this study indicate that the variable pay satisfaction does not effect on the propensity to corruption. Internal control system does not affect the trend of corruption. Organizational culture collectivism dimension negatively affect the tendency of corruption. Organizational culture dimension uncertainty avoidance does not affect the trend in corruption. Abstract

Analysis of Return On Investment (ROI) is an analysis that is able to describe in detail the things that affect the efficiency and operation of the company. This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of sales, operating costs, cash turnover and inventory turnover on Return On Investment (ROI) in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013 – 2018 period. and The factors that have the most significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI) in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2013 – 2018 period. The population in this study is the financial data of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 – 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling as many as 13 companies. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and classical assumption analysis. Simultaneously there is a significant effect of sales (X₁), operating costs (X₂), cash turnover (X₃) and inventory turnover (X₄) to Return On Investment (Y), this is evidenced by the value of sig < 0,05. Partially inventory turnover (X₄) is the factor that has the most significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI) (Y), this is indicated by the sih-count value <0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of sharia factors, promotion and product quality on member decisions in choosing savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between the independent variables X1, X2 and X3 to the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all members of the BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the research results it is known that sharia factors, promotion and product quality partially and simultaneously significantly influence the decision of members in choosing savings services, this is because BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch sees a factor that can increase members' decision in choosing savings services, including due to sharia factors , promotion and product quality, so that many members choose savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch due to sharia factors, promotion intensity and product quality. Abstract

Perusahaan selalu berupaya untuk mengikat karyawan atau pekerjanya dengan berbagai usaha. Satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan teori motivasi menggunakan model kepemimpinan oleh pimpinan unit kerja. Telah banyak penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menerapkan teori motivasi dengan berbagai model kepemimpinan. Penelitian kali ini ingin melihat signifikansi penerapan teori motivasi ERG oleh Alderfer menggunakan model kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap produktifitas karyawan atau pekerja pada UMKM bisnis perawatan kecantikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan teori motivasi ERG oleh Alderfer menggunakan model kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional secara bersamaan berpengaruh sangat kecil terhadap produktifitas karyawan atau pekerja. Kesimpulan sementara, ketidak signifikan pengaruh disebabkan oleh karakteristik responden, yaitu karyawan atau pekerja pada UMKM bisnis perawatan kecantikan. Seluruh responden adalah perempuan, sebagian besar (82,5%) berusia antara 20 sampai dengan 40 tahun. Abstract

Involving the community in the process and business development of tourism will be able to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility so that people take care of and preserve the beauty of these attractions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in the management of Tretes Taman Tani tourism in Samiran Selo Boyolali Village. This type of research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods. Data was collected using interview techniques and field observations and documentation, while also utilizing data from books, journals, theses, theses, dissertations, newspapers, the internet, and other relevant materials. The results of his research are the management of the Tretes Taman Tani tourist attraction involving the participation of the village government, landowners and the community in this case involving youth organizations. Community participation is shown by their active participation in managing the parking lot, entrance window, managing the hall and canteen. The role of the government is expected to be a facilitator by giving a greater role and benefit to the community as well as providing an opportunity to channel aspirations or suggestions as well as criticism of the development activities of these attractions. Tourism education needs to be given to the community. Increasing cooperation between tourism institutions, which aims to increase the promotion of Tretes Taman Tani tourism. And people should be more creative in organizing and innovating their products and stall layout arrangements to beautify and provide comfort to the region

Abstract

Jrakah Village is one of the villages in Selo District, Boyolali Regency, besides having natural attractions, namely the beautiful mountain scenery; it also has cultural tourism in the form of dances which are incorporated in the Krido Budoyo art gallery. This art has its own attraction to attract local and foreign tourists. The tourism program will be successful if the promotion strategy is implemented appropriately. The purpose of this study is to describe Integrated Marketing Communication and to find out the elements of promotion that are applied to cultural tourism in Jrakah Selo Village. In addition, it is also to find out the obstacles faced by the Department of Tourism in promoting cultural tourism in the village of Jrakah Selo. This type of research is descriptive research. The result of his research is that the Integrated Marketing Communication run by the Krido Budoyo Arts group has not been maximized because it has only used a number of social media, other aspects such as a convenient venue are also not yet available. is the absence of synergy between the roles of government, art groups, tourism businesses and local communities who are members of MSE. There needs to be a joint commitment in marketing the Krido Budoyo art and partnerships with third parties in developing and marketing Krido Budoyo art
