Abstract

Mie sayur berbasis mocaf (Modified Cassava Flour) yang mengandung beta karoten merupakan salah satu produk inovasi hasil penelitian dari tim peneliti Pusat Penelitian Bioteknologi, Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). Ditinjau dari aspek nutrisi, produk ini memiliki kandungan beta karoten, protein dan zat besi yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Selain itu, produk ini juga berpotensi mengurangi penggunaan dan ketergantungan terhadap tepung terigu. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang potensi pasar, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerimaan pasar terhadap produk ini. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan metode analisa data skala likert dan Algoritme Relief. Disimpulkan dari hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan metode skala likert dan algoritma relief, terlihat perbedaan pada hasil analisa : 1) penerimaan responden terhadap tekstur dan rasa mie; 2) harga produk yang diterima responden; 3) faktor yang mempengaruhi responden dalam membeli produk mie. Namun data keduanya menunjukkan bahwa produk mie sayur berbasis mocaf kaya beta karoten dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pasar. Data hasil Analisa menunjukkan bahwa produk mie sayur berbasis mocaf kaya beta karoten memiliki potensi pasar yang cukup baik, dapat diterima oleh pasar dengan indeks presentase penerimaan tekstur mie sebesar 79,47% dan rasa sebesar 80,52%. Sedangkan untuk harga produk, responden menerima produk dengan kisaran harga Rp. 6.500 hingga Rp. 7.500 per bungkus, dengan indeks persentase penerimaan sebesar 86.31%. Hasil analisa data dengan metode algoritme Relief menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan rasa oleh responden memiliki peringkat sebesar 0.05288. Kemudian dalam atribut harga, responden dapat menerima di kisaran harga Rp. 7.500 hingga Rp. 8.500 per bungkus dengan nilai peringkat 0.10439.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang secara khusus melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini dilaksanakan di Dukuh Ngrancah, Kecamatan Musuk, Kabupaten Boyolali, dengan tujuan Membekali mahasiswa kemampuan pendekatan masyarakat dan membentuk sikap serta perilaku untuk senantiasa peka terhadap persoalan yang dihadapi masyarakat. Membekali mahasiswa kemampuan pendekatan masyarakat dan membentuk sikap serta perilaku untuk senantiasa peka terhadap persoalan yang dihadapi masyarakat, Memberi pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dalam kehidupan masyarakat., Memberdayakan masyarakat melalui berbagai aspek pembangunan sebagai upaya mencapai kesejahteraan. Potensi dukuh Ngrancah adalah banyaknya pelaku umkm di desa tersebut, sehingga penulis mengadakan program kerja pokok “sosialisasi dan diskusi teknik pemasaran online untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku umkm di masa pandemic COVID-19”. Dari program kerja tersebut mahasiswa dapat mengetahui potensi dan permasalahan yang ada di Dukuh Ngrancah.

Abstract

Transformational Leadership in an organization has a significant influence on the success and dynamics of an organization. Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as an organization is expected to increase the Village's original income and prosper the village community, based on the mandate of Law no. 6 of 2014. In the increasingly rapid corporate competition, several problems are often faced by business actors. In terms of capital in developing a business, based on this phenomenon, BUMDes are presented and built in the form of an organization with a spirit of togetherness in exploring and recognizing Village Potential. Therefore, one way to succeed in development in village income is to increase village income. The amount of village income is influenced by the performance of BUMDes in managing and maximizing existing assets in the Village. The purpose of writing this literature study is to identify Transformational Leadership in improving the performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The method used a literature study. The results obtained are to measure the influence of Transformational Leadership and Motivation on Community Performance. This study concludes that Leadership in the management of BUMDes in Semarang Regency can reflect Transformational Leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of sharia factors, promotion and product quality on member decisions in choosing savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between the independent variables X1, X2 and X3 to the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all members of the BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the research results it is known that sharia factors, promotion and product quality partially and simultaneously significantly influence the decision of members in choosing savings services, this is because BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch sees a factor that can increase members' decision in choosing savings services, including due to sharia factors , promotion and product quality, so that many members choose savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch due to sharia factors, promotion intensity and product quality. Abstract

Business opportunities for the world beauty business leaders, especially beauty clinics, the high need for beauty care makes a business opportunity for them. Beauty clinics compete with each other to show their competitive advantage through creative, innovative efforts, work effectively and efficiently so that the products and services they produce become choices for many customers. Based on the problem identification and problem limitation in this study, the problem was formulated whether the training and incentive had an effect on the performance of employees at Ellena Skin Care Solo?. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between independent variables X1, and X2 on the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all employees of Ellena Skin Care Solo. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling, so the number of samples taken in this study were 30 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the results of the study it is known that job training has a significant effect on employee performance, this is because Ellena Skin Care Solo is a company engaged in body and facial care services, so that every employee who works at Ellena Skin Care Solo always gets job training to provide supplies skills for employees in providing services to customers, so H1 is accepted. Incentives do not significantly influence the performance of Ellena Skin Care Solo employees, this is due to get incentives, employees are required to work with extra time or a larger portion of work, this is considered to provide incentives only as a substitute for fatigue, so H2 is rejected. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.

Abstract

Judul Penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Promosi, Biaya, Fasilitas, Akreditasi, dan Lokasi Universitas Boyolali Terhadap Minat Calon Mahasiswa Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lokasi, biaya pendidikan, fasilitas, dan promosi Universitas Boyolali mempengaruhi minat siswa/siswi kelas 3 SMA di Kabupaten Boyolali untuk melanjutkan jenjang kuliah di Universitas Boyolali. Universitas Boyolali (UBY) merupakan satu-satunya Universitas di Kabupaten Boyolali. Di UBY terdapat 5 (lima) Fakultas yang sudah terakreditasi, yaitu; Fakultas Ekonomi, Fakultas Ilmu Hukum, Fakultas Pertanian, Fakultas Peternakan dan, Fakultas Ilmu Komputer. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan regresih berlipat ganda. meskipun representatif yang pergunakan yaitu non probobility representatif nang memakai absolut sebanyak 362 responden. Berdasarkn hasil dari penelitiaan ini bahwa Promosi (X1), Biaya (X2), Fasilitas (X3), Akreditasi (X4), dan lokasi (X5) secara simultan mempengaruhi minat calon mahasiswa baru terhadap Universitas Boyolali dengan nilai nilai Sig. ( 0,000 ) < dari α ( alfa ) = 0,05. Sbagian hasil uji membuktikan bahwa hanya variabel lokasi dan fasilitas yang mempunyai pengaruh dalam sigmifikan terhadap minat calon mahasiswa baru yaitu dengan nilai < 0,05. The title of this research is the Influence of Promotion, Fees, Facilities, Accreditation, and Location of Boyolali University on the Interests of Prospective New Students. This research aims to find out if the location, cost of education, facilities, and promotion of Boyolali University affects the interest of high school students/students in Boyolali District to continue their studies at Boyolali University. Boyolali University (UBY) is the only university in Boyolali Regency. In UBY there are 5 (five) accredited faculties, namely; Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and, Faculty of Computer Science. In this study the type of research used is descriptive research using quantitative approach. The analytical techniques used in this study are with multiple regressions. While the sample used is a non probability sample that uses a total of 362 respondents. Based on the results of this study that Promotions (X1), Fees (X2), Facilities (X3), Accreditation (X4), and location (X5) simultaneously affect the interest of prospective new students towards Boyolali University with sig value. ( 0.000 ) < from α ( alpha ) = 0.05. Some of the test results showed that only variable locations and facilities had an influence on the interest of prospective freshman with a value of <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk, promosi dan tempat pembelian tahu di industri tahu Dadi Jaya di Boyolali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan random sampling, berdasarkan hasil uji t terhadap keputusan pembelian produk yaitu sebesar 0,295 , harga sebesar 0,022 , tempat sebesar 0,295 dan promosi sebesar 0,364. Berdasarkan kesimpulan dari hasil tersebut bahwa produk, tempat dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price, product, promotion and place of purchase tofu in the Dadi Jaya tofu industry in Boyolali. The sampling technique used was based on random sampling, based on the results of the t test on product purchase decisions, namely 0.295, a price of 0.022, a place of 0.295 and a promotion of 0.364. Based on the conclusion from these results that the product, place and promotion do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions while price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumen yang dilakukan pada bulan mei tahun 2020 sampai juli tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan bertepatan, semua sampel data telah dianalisis dari analisis regresi linier berganda memperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 4,9 % variabel produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan selisihnya 95,1 % berdampak oleh variabel lain seperti ikatan emosional, kepercayaan, kemudahan, kepuasan pelanggan dan pengalaman dengan perusahaan. Hasil pengkajian ini merumuskan bahwa produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan uji secara parsial memiliki dampak berdasarkan relevan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, service quality of Azis Birdfam in Boyolali. The data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and document studies conducted in May 2020 to July 2020. The sampling technique used was coincidental, all data samples were analyzed from multiple linear regression analysis to obtain an adjusted R Square value of 4.9%. product variables, price, service quality have an impact on customer loyalty, while the 95.1% difference has an impact on other variables such as emotional ties, trust, convenience, customer satisfaction and experience with the company. The results of this study formulate that the product, price and service quality using a partial test has an impact based on relevance to customer loyalty to Azis Birdfam in Boyolali.

Abstract

The study that has been conducted by the author aims to determine and prove whether or not the effect of job appraisal and work ability on the performance of PT. Merak Sentausa Abadi which is in Boyolali district. The research used is using quantitative research methods using data collection techniques using a questionnaire and also data from the literature. Similarly, the existing sample in the questionnaire data is 104 employees of PT. Merak Sentausa Abadi and using the questionnaire method directly. In this study, the authors used SPSS 20 to analyze data on multiple regression analysis techniques. Next, it can be seen from the effect of employee job appraisal on the ability of employees' performance to performance which affects the testing of the hypothesis. Seen at the final score, it is found that the percentage of Adjusted R Square is 42.6%, the variable of job appraisal with work ability affects the performance of employees. While the difference of 57.4% can be said to be influenced by other variables. The results of the author's research can be said that the ability and work assessment by partial test has a significant positive effect on the workings of the employees of PT. Sentausa Abadi Peacock.
