Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a framework, a language that communicates vision, mission, and strategy to all employees about the key determinants of success now and in the future. In addition, the Balanced Scorecard also emphasizes that the measurement of financial and non-financial performance of this study uses descriptive techniques with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of PT. FIF reviewed the perspective of the balanced scorecard as a benchmark in measuring employee performance. In the financial aspect, the results were quite satisfactory, namely an increase of 3% - 5.7%, this was caused by the measurement technique using the balanced scorecard method which was quite reliable. Non-financial aspects, experience a good increase because in each foreign perspective and presence get positive results so that the profitability of up to 4% - 8.7%, it means that the performance of employees in the good category Performance measurement on the financial perspective on profitability ratios is considered quite good because ROE in December 2018 has decreased while ROI and Profit margins are considered stable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the positive, quality, brand, and price of consumer buying interest in PP. H. Anwar in Pujo Kerto, Central Lampung. The population of this research is PP consumers. H. Anwar. The sample decision making technique is accidental sampling by sampling for 15 days obtained 62 samples. The method used is a causal association by asking for a quantitative one, namely by interview or questionnaire. In this study the analysis tool used is multiple linear analysis to determine the dependent and independent variables with the SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of research conducted by researchers indicate the existence of product quality, brand, and price on consumer buying interest at the H. Anwar Rice Mill in Pujo Kerto, Central Lampung. Based on the analysis of the data obtained Fcount 306,834 ˃ Ftable 2.76 which is indicated by linear regression with a coefficient of determination (R2) 0941 which means that consumer spending is bought by variables of product quality, brand and price of 94.1% and 5.9% needed by other factors .

Abstract

Training activities cannot be ignored, especially in entering the era of increasingly fierce, sharp, intense competition in this millennium century. In this connection we realize that training is fundamental for employees. By following the development and growth, which is marked by the greater diversification of the workforce, the form of organization and global competition that continues to increase, training and development efforts enable employees to expand their obligations and greater responsibilities. The effectiveness of training and development depends on the integrity of the employees with other HR activities. Providing incentive compensation such as stock options and additional benefits, such as an attractive retirement plan, is a temporary effective way to reduce turnover, especially among executives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on improving the performance of the employees of PT. Indomobil Finance Branch of Way Jepara, East Lampung. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. As in this study the population is all employees of PT. Indomobil Finance Branch of Way Jepara, East Lampung, with 15 employees. This study discusses two research variables namely the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) work and employee performance improvement. The analysis technique in this research is a simple linear regression formula. From the analysis results obtained an R2 value of 0.186, meaning that there is a workmanship Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Work to increase employee performance by 18.6% and t count 4,410 values when compared with t table where dk = n-1 is 15- 1 = 14 with an error level of 5% the value of t table is 2.145 (Appendix 4) with a sig value 0.05. This means that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) work has an influence on improving the performance of employees of PT. Indomobil Finance Branch of Way Jepara, East Lampung.

Abstract

Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for the company. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used for supplier selection is the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method, which will develop a partnership relationship with flour suppliers. The problems that will be discussed in this study are: (1) How to determine the priority order of criteria and sub-criteria for selecting the best supplier in accordance with company conditions ?. (2) How to choose the best supplier in accordance with the conditions and capabilities of the company? The sample to be taken in conducting this research is the decision makers and those who know the supplier's performance. The sampling technique uses Judgment sampling because the AHP method requires dependence on a group of experts in accordance with the types of specialists involved in decision making.This study uses the AHP method and is assisted by MS Exel, from the assessment of the importance of criteria in the selection of suppliers to produce priority scale / weight as follows: priority I quality (0.440), priority II price (0.226), priority III delivery (0.142), priority IV services (0.099), priority V payments (0.091). From the results of the assessment of alternative importance levels in the selection of suppliers, the following priority / weight scales are: priority I bell (0.451), priority II gold rope (0.348), priority III supplier red badge (0.199).Based on the results of the analysis above, the advice that can be given is, if the company will develop a partnership relationship with the supplier, the company will prioritize choosing a bell supplier as a flour supplier in the company, because the bell supplier has the highest overall value. With this partnership, the performance of the supplier chain between suppliers and companies will be better and can accelerate the overall production completion target.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze which stocks are efficient or feasible as an alternative to determine the best stock investment decision based on the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) Method. With this method, investors can estimate the expected rate of return at the risk of a stock. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the sample used is 11 shares from insurance subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that the average systematic risk (beta) of 1.539 and Asuransi Jaya Tania Tbk (ASJT) has the highest beta. Of the total 11 companies that were sampled for the study there were 9 company shares that were eligible or efficient ie AHAP, AMAG, ASBI, ASJT, ASMI, ASRM, MREI, PNIN, VINS. and 2 company shares that were not feasible. These Stocks worth having an individual rate of return greater than the expected rate of return. While stocks are not feasible to have an individual rate of return smaller than the expected rate of return.Investors should buy this efficient shares and sell these inefficient shares.

Abstract

Research on Work Motivation and Incentives for Employee Performance at Lampung Province Regional Revenue Service. The population in this study were all employees of the Lampung Province Dispenda who gathered 177 people. The number of samples that will be used in this study are 49 employees from 177 employees in Dispenda Lampung Province. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. This research is quantitative descriptive which can also be interpreted as research that aims to test the facts and prove the relationship that supports and the variables that are supported (Istijanto, 2005: 18). The results showed the Work Motivation regarding the performance of employees in the Lampung Province Regional Revenue Service. Incentives play a role in employee performance in the Lampung Provincial Revenue Service. Work motivation and full incentives for employee performance in Lampung Province Regional Revenue Service.
