Abstract

Need for beef continues to increase so that it requires an increase in local beef production to meet these needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing a beef cattle business from financial and non-financial aspects. The research method used is qualitative research. The data obtained from the results of the research were then analyzed using descriptive quantitative data analysis using the formula NPV, Net B / C, IRR, Payback Period, and BEP. Based on the research results, it shows that Mr. Romi's beef cattle fattening is carried out by looking at the large opportunity in the market aspect. In the technical aspect of Mr Romi's beef cattle business, he has also been doing well, Mr Romi has chosen a feeder of superior quality. The fattening business has also been used. Fattening that was established by Mr. Romi has been made with due regard to environmental aspects by staying away from residents' houses so as not to be exposed to pollution from cow dung. The results of the risk analysis show that the handling of risks to Mr Romi's beef cattle fattening is carried out properly, namely by treating the sick cows appropriately so that the cows recover quickly and are healthy as before, the risk of death can be avoided by immediately treating the sick cows or selling them immediately to buyers. before dying. The risk of falling market prices due to beef imports can be faced by following market prices. Meanwhile, the risk of feeder cattle failing to grow in Mr Romi's cattle fattening is faced by buying feeders from high quality and fast breeders. The results of the business feasibility analysis through the Payback Period analysis, NPV, IRR, Net B / C and BEP are stated to be profitable for entrepreneurs from a financial aspect so that it can be said that Mr Romi's beef cattle business is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

ujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko kebangkrutan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dapat pada perusahaan perbankan non devisa yang terdaftar di BEI. Adapun Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Non Devisa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2018. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dan teknik Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research). Teknik analisis Altman z-score modifikasi menggunakan beberapa rasio yaitu: Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets, dan Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt. Kesimpulannya, hasil penelitian menggunakan model Altman Z-Score pada perusahaan perbankan umum swasta non devisa yang terdaftar di BEI 2016-2018, menyimpulkan bahwa dari 23 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel 9 perusahaan mendapatkan penilaian buruk sedangkan 14 perusahaan lainnya dinyatakan sehat.

Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a framework, a language that communicates vision, mission, and strategy to all employees about the key determinants of success now and in the future. In addition, the Balanced Scorecard also emphasizes that the measurement of financial and non-financial performance of this study uses descriptive techniques with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of PT. FIF reviewed the perspective of the balanced scorecard as a benchmark in measuring employee performance. In the financial aspect, the results were quite satisfactory, namely an increase of 3% - 5.7%, this was caused by the measurement technique using the balanced scorecard method which was quite reliable. Non-financial aspects, experience a good increase because in each foreign perspective and presence get positive results so that the profitability of up to 4% - 8.7%, it means that the performance of employees in the good category Performance measurement on the financial perspective on profitability ratios is considered quite good because ROE in December 2018 has decreased while ROI and Profit margins are considered stable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah Kualitas pelayanan Publik di desa Wana Kecamatan Melinting Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.   Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi yakni masyarakat desa Wana. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden yakni masyarakat desa Wana yang telah mendapatkan pelayanan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode tabel frekuensi dan t-tes satu sampel dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai Mean sebesar 36,83 dengan presentase antara 26-50%. Nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yakni 152,147 1,98. Dengan demikian H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima, yakni kualitas pelayanan publik di desa Wana dibawah 50% dengan kriteria kurang baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Wana Kecamatan Melinting Kabupaten Lampung Timur masuk dalam kategori kurang baik. Saran untuk pemerintah Desa Wana sebaiknya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dimuali dari aspek bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of incentives on financial performance. This study discusses to study and evaluate the provision of incentives to employee performance, in accordance with the established hypothesis that it is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between providing incentives to employee performance at PT BTPN Syariah Tbk Cibingbin Kuningan Branch. The method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis with the participation of 30 employees. Less than 100 people. Then there is no need for sample calculations. So the respondents in this study were 30 employees.The results of the study concluded that the hypothesis was proven, The results of the hypothesis testing proved to prove between incentives to employee performance through the results obtained a significant level of 0.0000 0.05, which means the hypothesis in this study received H1 means incentives intended for companies.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization excellent service is a major element in hospitals and health units. Hospitals are required to provide health services that serve optimal service standards. The hospital or puskesmas is declared successful, not only in the completeness of the superior facilities, but also the attitudes and services of human resources are the elements that significantly affect the service produced and perceived by the patient One of the medical services in Sukadana Public Health Center East Lampung, is one of the health centers that handle patients who have severedisease. So that needs to be done quickly and precisely. The health unit ofthe puskesmas provides 24-hour service with midwife and paramedic personnel responsible for all emergency services. The purpose of this research his to know empathy relationship with patients at is factionat East Lampung Sukadana Health Center. The type of this research his descriptive research. File collection technique suse primary file and secondary file. The analysis to ol used is a simple regression model with T test. Conclusion, Empathy has no significant effect. Or an employee'scircumstances to fur ther improveits performance in serving Patient Sukadana Puskesmas East Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the positive, quality, brand, and price of consumer buying interest in PP. H. Anwar in Pujo Kerto, Central Lampung. The population of this research is PP consumers. H. Anwar. The sample decision making technique is accidental sampling by sampling for 15 days obtained 62 samples. The method used is a causal association by asking for a quantitative one, namely by interview or questionnaire. In this study the analysis tool used is multiple linear analysis to determine the dependent and independent variables with the SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of research conducted by researchers indicate the existence of product quality, brand, and price on consumer buying interest at the H. Anwar Rice Mill in Pujo Kerto, Central Lampung. Based on the analysis of the data obtained Fcount 306,834 ˃ Ftable 2.76 which is indicated by linear regression with a coefficient of determination (R2) 0941 which means that consumer spending is bought by variables of product quality, brand and price of 94.1% and 5.9% needed by other factors .

Abstract

Given the complexity and plurality of employee conditions in the Pesawaran District Government, the Civil Registry Service employees in carrying out their duties must always improve the quality of morals, morals, faith and of course also be followed by increased professionalism and commitment based on a spirit of service based on honesty and sincerity in public services. In this case, the professionalism assessment related to these problems is seen as a social process and a communication process rather than just a psychological or econometric measurement tool, so that it will answer the question of how important the role of professionalism is to improving the service quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of professionalism on service quality at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran District. The results of the quantitative analysis show that partially professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on Service Quality (Y) at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran District. This conclusion is obtained from the Fount value obtained at 8.644, greater than the Ftable value of 3.255. While partially it is known that professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on service quality (Y) at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran Regency. This is shown from the t value of the professionalism variable (X1) = 2.396 which is greater than the t table value of 2.040.

Abstract

Perusahaan Telkom Metro Lampung harus mampu memahami strategi promosi pemasaran yang efektif dan efesien agar pelanggan tetap loyal pada produk-produk yang ditawar terutama produk baru yang sedang diluncurkan oleh PT Telkom yaitu Indihome, tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga, ketersediaan jaringan pada keputusan pembelian wifi produk Telkom, penelitian ini mengguna metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya adalah promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Price berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam penelitian ini. Network availability berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta promotion, price dan network availibty secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jika Wifi Telkom Indihome Metro melakukan peningkatan terhadap promotion, price dan network availability maka akan meningkatkan minat beli dan akan meningkat pula jumlah konsumen pada Wifi Telkom Indihome Metro.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of the cost of chips production using the full cost method and variable costs to profit in the "MORO SENENG" cassava chips business. The research method used is to use the full cost and variable costs. The results of the calculation of the cost of production with the full costing method amounted to Rp.212,588 with a selling price of Rp.400, the profit that can be generated in November 2017 is Rp.187,412. So the net profit per month obtained is Rp. 16,435,000. The results of the calculation of production costs using the variable costing method amounted to Rp.180,633 with a selling price of Rp.400, the profit that can be generated in November 2017 amounted to Rp.219,367. So the monthly net profit earned is Rp.23,618,000. Calculation of the cost of production with the full costing method and the variable costing method has differences. In the calculation of the cost of production with the cost of production method produced is greater than the calculation of the cost of production with the variable cost method. The difference in production costs between the two methods is: Rp.32,222 per unit, the total production of cassava chips as much as 120,000 packs so the difference in production costs during November 2017 is Rp.3,834,666.
