Abstract

Need for beef continues to increase so that it requires an increase in local beef production to meet these needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing a beef cattle business from financial and non-financial aspects. The research method used is qualitative research. The data obtained from the results of the research were then analyzed using descriptive quantitative data analysis using the formula NPV, Net B / C, IRR, Payback Period, and BEP. Based on the research results, it shows that Mr. Romi's beef cattle fattening is carried out by looking at the large opportunity in the market aspect. In the technical aspect of Mr Romi's beef cattle business, he has also been doing well, Mr Romi has chosen a feeder of superior quality. The fattening business has also been used. Fattening that was established by Mr. Romi has been made with due regard to environmental aspects by staying away from residents' houses so as not to be exposed to pollution from cow dung. The results of the risk analysis show that the handling of risks to Mr Romi's beef cattle fattening is carried out properly, namely by treating the sick cows appropriately so that the cows recover quickly and are healthy as before, the risk of death can be avoided by immediately treating the sick cows or selling them immediately to buyers. before dying. The risk of falling market prices due to beef imports can be faced by following market prices. Meanwhile, the risk of feeder cattle failing to grow in Mr Romi's cattle fattening is faced by buying feeders from high quality and fast breeders. The results of the business feasibility analysis through the Payback Period analysis, NPV, IRR, Net B / C and BEP are stated to be profitable for entrepreneurs from a financial aspect so that it can be said that Mr Romi's beef cattle business is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

Perusahaan Telkom Metro Lampung harus mampu memahami strategi promosi pemasaran yang efektif dan efesien agar pelanggan tetap loyal pada produk-produk yang ditawar terutama produk baru yang sedang diluncurkan oleh PT Telkom yaitu Indihome, tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga, ketersediaan jaringan pada keputusan pembelian wifi produk Telkom, penelitian ini mengguna metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya adalah promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Price berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam penelitian ini. Network availability berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta promotion, price dan network availibty secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jika Wifi Telkom Indihome Metro melakukan peningkatan terhadap promotion, price dan network availability maka akan meningkatkan minat beli dan akan meningkat pula jumlah konsumen pada Wifi Telkom Indihome Metro.

Abstract

In business activities in this era of globalization, technological developments are needed to expand business networks. The level of competition that is quite tight makes business actors more innovative in carrying out marketing activities for their products and services. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media and word of mouth on consumer decisions in choosing a wedding organizer. This type of research is quantitative data analysis and in this study using descriptive analysis method to collect data in the field by taking samples from a population of 60 respondents to consumers of Art Project Lampung. Test requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression models, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). And using statistical hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t test, it was found that promotion through social media had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer, while word of mouth had a positive and insignificant effect on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer. From the F test, it is found that promotion through social media and word of mouth simultaneously has a significant influence on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of quality and product design on brand switching of mobile phones at STIE Lampung Timur Students. The population in this study were BPJS Kesehatan patients who had experienced the services of the Sukadana Community Health Center, Sukadana District. The number of population used in this study were 218 people and the sample taken was 100 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. In processing the data, this study uses the SPSS program. This study uses multiple linear analysis. This analysis is used to examine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that the variable Product Quality and Product Design simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Mobile Brand Switching. The results of this study indicate that the determinant coefficient value of R = 0.929, this value means that the level of the relationship between Product Quality and Design on Brand Switching is strong. While the value of R square is 0.987, the value of R square can be called the coefficient of determination which means that Brand Switching is influenced by Product Quality and Product Design by 98.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Product quality has a significant effect on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung Students, as evidenced by the t test where the significance value is 0.00 0.05. Product design has a significant effect on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung Students, as evidenced by the t test where a significance value of 0.00 0.05 is obtained. So that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of product quality and product design on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung students.

Abstract

In accordance with the formulation of the problem stated above, the purpose of this study is obtain concrete (empirical) evidence in the form of data and fact about the effect of dividend policy on the value pf companies listed on the stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. Data collection in this study was carried out with applied research technique, the population in this study are all manufacturing companies sub-sector property and real estate, amounting to 48 companies, so as a sample the researchers took 21 companies. Research result of t-test calculations have significant effect betwen dividend policy on firm value. This means that the size of the dividend value will effect the stock prices of manufacturing companies in 2016- 2018 period. Contibution of divident police to the value of the company where the value of the dividend contributed to the value of the company. The greater the size of the company, the greater of the quantity of the dividend policy prepared by the company so that it contributes to the value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to: Analyze the impact of the increase in soybean prices on the income received by Pak Sardi and to analyze the feasibility of Pak Sardi's tofu industry after the increase in soybean prices. The data used are secondary data, secondary data obtained from literature studies sourced from the annual report of the Mataram Baru District Office, the Central Statistics Agency, as well as the East Lampung City Trade and Industry Service. The results showed that it can be seen that the average income of Pak Sardi's tofu craftsmen before the increase in soybean prices was IDR 6,254,918.00 per 3 months, and after the increase in soybean prices was IDR 5,847,188.00 per 3 months. Based on the calculation of the average R / C ratio, it is known that the tofu craftsman business before the soybean price increase had an average R / C ratio of 2.21. This means that every expenditure of Rp. 1.00 will result in an average income of Rp. 2.21 so that the business of a tofu craftsman is feasible because the average value of R / C ratio is1.The tofu craftsman business after the increase in soybean prices is still feasible because of its the average R / C ratio is greater than one (average R / C ratio 1), which is IDR 2.13.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Effect of Financial Literacy (1), Financial Inclusion(2), and Financial Technology Development (3) Towards Student Interest in the Economics and Business Faculty, Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro when Investing in the Capital Market. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 269 respondents. The sampling technique used is the method of using probability sampling using simple proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula so, it was obtained a sample of 150 respondents. The data in this research used SPSS version 20 by testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that financial literacy had a significant effect on student interest in investing while financial inclusion and financial technology development did not significantly influence student interest in investing in the capital market, as well as financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial technology development simultaneously.
