The aim of this research is to examine the effect of profitability on company value with disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX for 2020 - 2022. The sample in this study was 36 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Based on the research results, it shows that profitability has a positive effect on company value. Meanwhile, Corporate Social Responsibility is able to moderate the relationship between Profitability and Company Value in a negative direction. This means that the profitability variable with disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility as moderation weakens profitability on company value. Future research can develop research by using other variables or adding other variables that are more relevant to company value, such as company size and dividend policy.

One of the most significant aspects of Antonio Gramsci’s social theory is his analysis of political strategy, particularly his distinction between "war of maneuver" and "war of position." Gramsci argued that the classical model of revolution through military insurrection (war of maneuver) has been replaced by a much longer and more complex cultural struggle within advanced capitalism (war of position). Despite the importance of these concepts for contemporary Marxism, they have received relatively little attention. These terms have a history rooted in both military theory and Marxism, predating Gramsci’s prison notebooks, as reflected in the writings of Engels, Lenin, and Trotsky, which offer different perspectives on political strategy.

This study aims to evaluatively examine the challenges of accessibility and amenities in the development of Curug Kedung Kudhu ecotourism attraction. Through a qualitative interpretive approach based on constructivist epistemological principles, the study seeks to uncover the complexities of obstacles encountered in transforming Curug Kedung Kudhu into an accessible and comfortable nature tourism destination for visitors. Primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews with purposively selected participants, analysis of institutional records, and triangulation of various data sources to ensure the research's credibility. The findings reveal three main themes representing challenges in accessibility and amenities: (1) inadequate infrastructure accessibility; (2) limited tourist amenities; and (3) suboptimal destination governance. This research highlights the complexity of infrastructure, governance, and amenity barriers that need to be addressed holistically and collaboratively. The resulting policy recommendations emphasize the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration, local community empowerment, and sustainable destination planning and management. By adopting a comprehensive community-based ecotourism approach, Curug Kedung Kudhu has the potential to become a model for the development of an inclusive and sustainable nature tourism destination that provides optimal benefits for local communities and environmental conservation.

Counter-terrorism efforts in Indonesia face significant challenges, including suspect resistance during investigations and resource limitations. This study analyzes the discretionary practices of Densus 88 AT Polri, particularly through humanistic approaches such as reuniting suspects with their families, granting communication access, and respecting spiritual needs. The findings show that humanistic discretion effectively enhances suspect cooperation, streamlines evidence collection, and strengthens legal legitimacy. This approach also upholds principles of justice and human rights. However, the implementation of discretion requires strict boundaries to ensure accountability and prevent abuse. A holistic strategy integrating repressive measures with humanistic approaches has proven successful not only in law enforcement but also in supporting the social reintegration of former terrorism convicts. This study recommends strengthening regulatory frameworks for discretionary practices to ensure effectiveness and alignment with human rights principles.

This study examined the role of investment literacy in reducing cognitive biases in investment decisions, particularly availability bias, overconfidence bias, and herding bias. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 392 stock investors in Indonesia through surveys. The study employed Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) to assess the moderating effect of gender on the relationship between investment literacy and cognitive biases. The findings indicated that higher investment literacy significantly reduced all three biases, enabling investors to process information more objectively, assess their abilities more realistically, and make independent decisions. However, the moderating effect of gender was only significant in the relationship between investment literacy and overconfidence bias, while it had no significant impact on availability bias and herding bias. These results underscore the importance of investment literacy in minimizing irrational decision-making. The findings have practical implications for investors in improving their financial decision-making, for policymakers in designing effective financial education programs, and for academics in further developing behavioral finance research.
