Abstract

ABSTRAK Valuable company assets are employees so the company must manage well in order to make an optimal contribution. Then, to be considered by the company is the loyalty of employees because employees who work to feel comfort, full of responsibility, and easily develop all the potential that they have then automatically employees can Maximize its work. This research aims to determine how much impact motivation, compensation, and workload on employee loyalty at Pt. Cosmoproft Indokarya Banjarnegara simultaneously and partially. With a sample number of 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews and disseminating questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analyses as well as hypothesis tests. The results showed that the influence of motivation, compensation, and workload has a significant positive impact on employee loyalty. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation And Workload

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research problem is the number of companies that carry out tax management by minimizing the tax burden. The research aims to examine the effect of capital intensive ratio, company leverage on tax management with profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 to 2017. This study used quantitative research methods. The data used in the study was secondary data. The population in the study were the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. The sample selected by using the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study amounted to 69 manufacturing companies. The analytical method used in this study was analyzing the path that processed with SPSS. The results of this study indicated that the capital intenence ratio, company leverage and profitability were unable to prove the influence of tax management, capital intenstency ratio did not affect profitability, company leverage had a significant effect on profitability. In the intervening profitability variable, was unable to prove the influence of capital intenstance ratios on tax management while profitability was able to mediate the influence of corporate leverage on tax management.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to explain the effect of sales and inventory turnover on earnings growth with firm size as an intervening variable. This study took the the automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017 as the object. This research was a quantitative research. The data used in this study was secondary data, the population in this study was the automotive company that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study was a sample purposive sampling and obtained 9 companies. Data analysis in this study used a mediating variable regression analysis with the causal step method with SPSS 16 software. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Sales had a negative and no significant effect on earnings growth. 2) Inventory turnover had a positive and significant effect on profit growth. 3) Sales had a negative and no significant effect on company size. 4) Inventory turnover had a positive and significant effect on company size. 5) Company size had a positive and significant effect on profit growth. 6) Sales had a negative and no significant effect on earnings growth with firm size as an intervening 7) Inventory turnover had a positive and significant effect on earnings growth with firm size as an intervening variable.

Abstract

ABSTRCT This study analyzes the effect of Digital or online promotional media and viral marketing on purchasing decisions in belanjadolo online shop in Banjarnegara District. The sample used in this study is consumers belanjadolo online shop in Banjarnegara District.This type of research used in this research is associative using quantitative descriptive methods. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study is belanjadolo online shop consumers in the Banjarnegara District. The sampling technique in this study uses the slovin formula. Obtained a sample of 82 consumers. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that the variable digital or online promotional media had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Viral marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Variable Digital or online promotional media and viral marketing together influence on purchasing decisions. This study has limitations, namely the period in this study is relatively short, only 8 months. The influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable in this study amounted to 53.6%. Suggestions for further research is to add a period of research time.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Companies can be assessed from the ability to generate profits, maintain investment value, and the company's ability to cope with company expenses that can be seen from the company's financial statements. Ideally banking company sector always experiences profits and always distributes dividends to shareholders, but the reality that banking sector companies are always fluctuative so there are some banks that do showed not distribute their dividends, and bank profits are also unstable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting profit, cash profit, and cash dividend on the value of the company, From the analysis it was found that partially Accounting Profit, had no effect on firm value. Furthermore, cash profit, has a positive effect on company value. And the last partially Cash Dividend has a positive effect on company value. Accounting Profit, Cash Profit, and Cash Dividend simultaneously have an effect of 68.7%. and can be further developed with other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at some private Vocational Schools in Banjarnegara district. The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of family economic income, peer environment, and public awareness in decision making to continue their higher education at collage. At some reasons, students in private Vacational Schools in Banjarnegara basicly need to work for economic reasons, because some parts of region are still classified as families with low economic income. On the other reason students in the region should be more focused and eager to work to help lift their family’s economy, but in this case students also still make the decision to continue their education to collage. The data used in this research were primary data which was obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique was the probability sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 24. In this research indicated that the family economic income affected decision making, peer environment did not affect the decision making, public awareness affects the decision making. Family economic income variables, peer environment, and community awareness simultaneously affected decision making as much as 52.4%, and the remaining 47.6% was influenced by other variables excluded in this study.
