Abstract

One of the forms of Balinese culture is wayang as a medium of worship and communication. Wayang Tantri as one of the genres of wayang performances in Bali lived on the art stage in the year - + 1982. This article contains information about the spiritual dimension related to the aesthetic dimension in Wayang Tantri, so as to preserve the existence on the screen of the elderly. This study uses data collection consisting of interviews and documentation. The data in this study are in the form of narrative description with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. Showing shows, the Wayang Tantri show is a puppet creation that began processing since the early 1980s. Using structures that rotate traditional Balinese Wayang Kulit (Parwa and Ramayana). The basis for cultivating Tantri puppets is the Balinese traditional wayang, plays, forms of puppets, and accompaniment. With different forms of puppets, the game techniques are different. Abstract

Hindu religious counselors in providing Hindu religious education to millennials require a new and unique strategy to deal with the dynamics of the times. Comic media, such as @bogbogbalicartoon and @pinsianart as a means of counseling Hinduism, can turn out to be a tool in socializing Hindu teachings because they are expected to be able to convey information effectively and efficiently. Comics are tools that have the function of conveying a message. As a media, messages conveyed through comics are usually clear, coherent, and fun. For this reason, comic media has the potential to become a source of learning. In this case, learning comics play a role as a tool to convey learning messages. Comics are a form of visual communication media that has the power to convey information in a popular and easy to understand way. This is possible because comics combine the power of images and writing, which are assembled in a storyline making images more easily absorbed. Abstract

Hinduism is a strong foundation and acts as a guide and benchmark in every step of human life towards maturity that is in line with values, norms, customs and culture based on dharma, in order to achieve happiness both physically and mentally. The teachings of Hinduism really need to be instilled in today's modern era which is full of moral degeneration. Times may develop, but must continue to uphold local wisdom. Local wisdom refers to Balinese literature that animates the nuances of longing adopted or packaged into an art both in the form of poetry and prose. Classic works in the form of poetry, for example: kekawin, palawakya, kidung, gaguritan, and in the form of prose such as: satua, tutur, text, parwa, and text. As is known from the point of view of Hinduism as a whole many literary works that support it are in various forms of written work (literature). As is known, traditional Balinese classical works have begun to fade in the midst of society along with the times. In this case a media or means is needed which is capable of realizing this, namely through treatments in the form of literary works in the form of text, namely the Text of the Tatwadjnyana. Tatwadjnyana text is a classic literature that stores various teachings of Hinduism which are indeed very necessary to be developed and more intensive research and study efforts are held, so that all contents can be understood, understood, and applied to Hindus especially about the Teachings of Religion of Religion.Keywords: Teachings of Hinduism and Text of Tatwadjnyana

The era of globalization requires excellence, equity, resilience and competition will change the educational paradigm. Efforts to build the quality and quantity of human resource development in entrepreneurship, the business in the field of formal education both at the school and college level has the potential, to build enthusiasm and develop entrepreneurial spirit in students. Entrepreneurship is an ability (ability) in creative thinking and innovative behavior that is made the basis as a resource, driving force, tactics, tips and processes in facing life’s challenges. on. Creating quality human resources, then all managers and teams of educational devices must be able to work professionally and sustainably. School Supervisors are authorized to conduct education supervision in schools by carrying out assessment and coaching in terms of technical education and administration at education units at the preschool, elementary and secondary levels. Efforts to create good and conducive teaching and learning situations are not denied by various negative factors that arise by inhibiting the process of achieving the goals set. To ensure its quality, the education process must be monitored. Analyzing the motivation and performance of school supervisors is very important to improve the quality of teaching of teachers in improving the quality of student learning. Based on the results of research on the analysis of motivation and performance of elementary school supervisors in the Abiansemal District shows that it is not optimal, so that it can make recommendations to the Government as a policy maker to build competent and professional school supervisors in carrying out their duties as educational supervision.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, School Superintendent

Abstract

The development of Bali Tourism has implications for the process of cultural transformation and cultural change. In the perspective of cultural dialectics, changes occur largely in the outer structure, whereas in the damal structure it is clear that there is continuity and preservation of culture; (2) The development of tourism, especially the type of tourism developed in Bali, essentially brings the Balinese people squeezed between the two poles of power. On the one hand, they are obliged to maintain their cultural traditions and customs which are commodities that can be 'sold' in tourism. On the other hand, tourism sometimes collides local culture with the modern world. This provides a great opportunity because of the unpreparedness of the community, resulting in local culture with the modern world. This provides local will be swept away in the swift waves of global culture. Phases of local people's attitudes towards tourism start from: (1) Eupharia, which is sympathy because people have high hopes for the development of tourism; (2) Apathy, which is starting to disturb his life because of social disparities as a result of tourism development; (3) Annoyance, that is, people are getting bored and even people feel disturbed by the existence of tourism; and (4) Antagonism, which has begun to openly show its displeasure with the existence of tourism.Keywords: Bali, Tourism, Dialetika Culture

Abstract

The development of science and technology, and the changing times are one of the reasons why moral degradation occurs. This is caused by the unpreparedness of individuals to accept various changes and the completion of these developments. On the other hand, Indonesia as a country rich in culture, which is full of positive values ??that can help people avoid non-moral actions. Bali as part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, is one of the regions that is rich in culture but also faced with the problem of moral degradation. Apparently there is a problem where some cultural products are not able to bring the community away from non-moral activities due to the bias of the meaning of values ??to develop national character, as the main capital that creates superior individuals. Abstract

TRACT Ethics is knowledge of decency. Decency is in the form of rules that contain prohibitions or orders to do something. Thus in ethics we will find teachings about good deeds and bad deeds. Good deeds are to be carried out and bad deeds are avoided, of course ethics in Hinduism is a religious norm used as a starting point for thinking. such patterns of belief, philosophies of Hindu religion have a very important position in Hindu ethics. In Tutur Kumaratatwa, it is also mentioned, if we can control our appetite, we will get a state of silence, not moving, all lust will die, such as: adi astiti, pasingidan, henang-hening, tutur amunah carma, and lina. Besides that, to be able to become a wise man and have noble character, it is necessary to apply the teachings that exist in Hinduism, such as the Trikaya Parisudha, Panca Yama and Nyama Brata, and Dasa Yama and Niyama Brata. Abstract

In improving the economic resilience of the Balinese people, especially in the field of tourism, in addition to seeing the potential that exists the government must also improve the social fabric of the local community, culture, and mentality. Therefore a strong concept is needed which becomes the basic foundation in the development of tourism in the form of Ecotourism. The foundation can be built in accordance with the local wisdom of the local community, or through a philosophical concept that is believed by the Hindu community in Bali that leads to a harmonious community life. One of the philosophical concepts of Hinduism which is also used as local wisdom is THK ("Tri Hita Karana"). Etymologically, the concept of Tri Hita Karana is Tri meaning three, Hita means prosperity, and Karana is the cause, consisting of parhyangan (spiritual environment), pawongan (social environment) and palemahan (natural environment). Broadly the concept of Tri Hita Karana can be interpreted as three harmonious relationships between humans and God, humans and other humans, and humans and the environment to achieve the safety and peace of the universe. Abstract

In YouTube, Watchdoc Image's viral account on social media has generated much speculation for the public. Particularly in politics, because this documentary was released a few days before the simultaneous general elections in Indonesia on April 17, 2019. Overall, the sign in the 7 scenes above uses a brighter background color and indicates sadness when viewing footage in the video documentary film sexy killers. Some of the signs in the scene are explosions in the ground, the ocean, murky water, the Coal Mine Project, the sound of houses collapsing, all-white clothing and tombstones, Basarnas Clothing. From object classification, i.e. icons, indexes and symbols, we can find out the meaning of the relationship between signs and objects. The icons that appear in each scene picture display a model that is closely related to the coal mining project. Some of the objects visible include coal, coal hauling barges, a man bathing in muddy water, the face of Kertha Buana Village, houses that have collapsed due to coal mining activities and damaged roads, demo residents, and the Basarnas team.
