Abstract

The use of information systems properly to support internal activities is one factor for the success and progress of higher education. One of them is the use of information systems to facilitate academicians in documenting scientific articles. STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri already has an e-journal system with an essential role as a storage container for scientific journal collections. One of the applications used to document scientific articles is Open Journal Systems (OJS). However, the information obtained from interviews with e-journal developers and seeing the current condition of e-journals shows that it has not given maximum influence in carrying out its function. The author improves the appearance and content of the content, the e-journal socialization strategy to the internal academic community, and knows the constraints and evaluation methods when migrating to OJS 3. So that, later it is hoped that it will produce an even better e-journal 2.0. In this study, the author has developed and improved the STT-NF e-journal website by going through several stages. Starting from a preliminary study, conducting analysis, making a system display design, implementing, testing with black-box and UAT methods, evaluation and improvement results, to the socialization process of the new e-journal 2.0. Some of the researchers' features to improve and implement were the addition of ISSN number, Current Issue, About the Journal, and Article Template. However, there is one feature that has not been successfully created is the statistics counter feature. Due to this feature using dummy data.

Abstract

Medinat Art is an online-based business institution that has been established in 2015. It is slowly starting to improve its HR management to make it more structured. One of the efforts made was using the HR Information System, namely the Odoo application, to manage employee leave. The Odoo application is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application made in Open Source. Previously, Medinat Art still needed to fix many things regarding the leave management carried out. One of them is the leave application process which is still manual and unstructured because there is no official SOP. The problem that occurs is that there is no place to find out the history of employee leave, both those submitted and the remaining rights to leave, and there is a sudden impression that there is no planned delegation of tasks before the employee leaves. The module applied in this research is the Leaves module. The results of this research are the use of several features in the Odoo software, including creating types of leave, granting leave rights, submitting leave, providing leave submission results, viewing the results of leave submissions. This research is expected to facilitate the management of leave, especially filing and recording leave history so that it is systemized so that the quality of human resource management is preferable.

Abstract

STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri is one of the institutions that utilize technology in developing teaching and learning activities using e-learning as the primary medium. However, the current condition of eLen still does not support student learning, as evidenced by the unavailability of several features needed by users. This support by the results of distributing questionnaires that refer to usability, that eLen has problems. With these problems, increasing the e-Len STT NF is necessary by designing a design solution based on user needs using User-Centered Design (UCD). User research will carry out; by making a prototype referring to user research results. The prototype that has been made will be tested using usability testing methods and a system usability scale. The results of usability testing state that the prototype of the eLen STT NF website that has been carried out based on UCD is quite good and is by user needs. Meanwhile, the System Usability Scale (SUS) results in a state that the SUS score from the UCD-based eLen STT NF website is 78.61. The next stage will be the implementation of Moodle, which will then be re-tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT). Then the results from the UAT stated that the implementation of eLen STT NF was quite good; it obtains from the average test score based on 14 questions of 83.57%.

Abstract

IT Governance, or in the Indonesian language, means Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi is an integrated part of covering organizational leadership management, structure, and organizational processes to ensure that information technology is utilized as optimally as possible. Information technology governance has a broader scope and concentrates on the performance and the transformation of information technology to meet the needs of today, and that will come from both internal and external [3]. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the UPT the computer applying the COBIT 4.1 Framework and already to where Maturity Level. This research using quantitative and qualitative data methods was taken through literature studies, field studies, interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Then the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires will be assessed and processed to become information. The following domain and the process that had the author previously specified, namely the domain Monitor and Evaluate & Deliver and Support. For the domain Monitor and Evaluate, the authors use the process of Monitor and Evaluate IT Performance & Provide IT Governance while the domain Deliver and Support the author using the process of Define and manage Service Levels & Manage problem.

Abstract

Indonesia Quran Foundation is a foundation engaged in Quran-based youth education. Along with the development, this foundation has increased very rapidly and is included in its financial management. The results of an interview with the Indonesian Quran Foundation Dormitory Treasurer stated that currently the Indonesian Quran Foundation Dormitory is still using manual recording using Microsoft Excel. This manual recording starts from recording the receipt of tuition fees for mahasantri to the financial reports. Based on this, technology is needed to facilitate recording and preparation of accurate financial reports. Therefore, an accounting information system is needed. An Accounting Information System (AIS) is a collection of resources, such as people and tools designed to convert financial and other data into information. In this research, the accounting information system applied is Accurate Accounting Software. Accurate Accounting Software is an accounting and finance program designed to meet the needs of companies in terms of accounting and financial records. The author implements the Accurate application at the Indonesia Quran Foundation Dormitory by going through several series of stages. Starting from a preliminary study, conducting analysis, implementation, testing with the black-box method, to the results of evaluation and improvement. The application of the tuition fee payment system to financial reports at the Indonesian Quran Foundation dormitory has been successfully carried out into the invoice stage and as evidence of financial reports to the Indonesia Quran Foundation foundation.

Abstract

This final project repository information system is an idea that emerged to assist STT NF in managing the final project archiving, which was previously conventionally a new and modern digital system. The final project repository information system is a system that is expected to help STT NF organize the archiving of last assignment data that have done to be neater, safer, and easier to manage. Developed using the unified process method and object-oriented analysis modeling, then implemented using the PHP programming language and YII framework. The result of this study is a website-based final project repository system that can archive student last project data and can be used to search and display existing last project data through the admin or user interface; in this case, students.

Abstract

This research is developing an electronic documentation system to support the Academic archiving and documentation activities that already exist called the repository application developed with the framework yii2. The results of this study are the addition of the Home display feature so that there is a Document category menu to select the type of document chosen and a menu bar for document search. Testing results with black box testing obtained with 75% suitability and with UAT got 55.55% suitability. The courses at STT-NF itself are still interconnected between semesters, and some assignments in the previous semester are still needed. So to facilitate students in accessing assignments, a repository management system for the coursework was created to help STT-NF students manage online assignment archiving.
