Objective: To address this issue, this research explores the integration of HOTS with the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach in developing Electronic Student Worksheets as a holistic and relevant learning solution. This research analyzes the preliminary development of HOTS-based electronic Student Worksheets with a Culturally Responsive Teaching Approach. Method: This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach and involves fourth-grade teachers in Pasuruan Regency as research subjects. Sampling is done through purposive sampling. Data collection includes observation, documentation, and interviews. Results: The research begins with a preliminary study to identify the foundations that strengthen the development of electronic Student Worksheets. Then, a field study is conducted by directly observing the teaching materials teachers use in their instruction. Curriculum analysis focuses on Student Worksheets and learning materials. The Student Worksheets teachers use need to integrate HOTS and the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach. This preliminary study findings suggest the need for developing HOTS-based electronic Student Worksheets with a Culturally Responsive Teaching approach so that students can improve their critical thinking skills, learn about the culture of their local area, and appreciate both their own culture and the cultures of others. Novelty: This research implies that implementing HOTS with the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach in elementary education can provide a solid foundation for producing students who are not only academically intelligent but also possess character, critical thinking skills, and an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity.

Objective:The challenges of the 21st century with massive technological developments and the energy crisis that is currently plaguing various countries around the world, including Indonesia, are a big task for the world of education to make all elements including students aware and care about the energy crisis that has hit so it is necessary to integrate in the learning process the application of sustainable learning with the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model to train students' critical thinking skills. Methode: The study employs descriptive quantitative methods. The data were processed quantitatively and then interpreted qualitatively. Result: The analysis of the data obtained a significant value on students' critical thinking skills with a fairly good category with a percentage of 52.46%, the average value of students' critical thinking skills was in the poor category with a percentage of 32%. Novelty: This study is expected to be taken into consideration in further developing the application of sustainable learning with the POE model, because this learning has novelty in developing other innovative learning. Another novelty can be found in the material taken in this study is very appropriate with the application of continuous learning POE model to train students' critical thinking skills.

Objective: This research serves as a preliminary study to outline the framework and projection of ethnomathematics studies, particularly concerning the integration of ethnomathematics into mathematics curriculum and the development of mathematics learning objectives using an ethnomathematical approach. Method: The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology involving identifying, evaluating, and interpreting relevant literature on the research topic. Results: The findings reveal that the ethnomathematical approach effectively enhances students' understanding of mathematics. Students exhibit higher motivation and satisfaction with mathematics learning when connected to their local culture. Novelty: This research shows that the ethnomathematics approach facilitates the development of teachers' competencies in integrating cultural elements into mathematics education. Both teachers' recommendations and research findings support the inclusion of ethnomathematics in mathematics curricula both directly in developing learning tools and materials and in curriculum policies. Additionally, there is potential for technology applications to support ethnomathematics learning, enabling students to study mathematics independently. In conclusion, integrating ethnomathematics holds significant potential in improving students' mathematical understanding, connecting mathematics with local culture, and motivating students to learn mathematics more enjoyable and relevantly.

Objective: This research aims to analyze the profile of students' critical thinking abilities in physics learning, especially electromagnetic material, with the help of a problem-based learning model implemented at a university in Surabaya, Indonesia. Method: The research method used was included in preliminary research with a sample of 19 students. Data collection techniques use critical thinking skills tests, student response questionnaires, and lecturer interviews. Then, the data was analyzed using qualitative descriptions to represent the research results. Results: Analysis shows students' critical thinking skills are still relatively low. Critical thinking indicators that get an average score from high to low are interpretation, analysis, inference, and evaluation. An alternative that can be done to increase students' interest and critical thinking skills is to apply the PBL model in physics learning. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in its new contribution to mapping students' initial abilities regarding their critical thinking skills with the help of the PBL model. This mapping helps lecturers evaluate physics learning, especially electromagnetic material, and determine what future steps can be taken to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Objective: This study aims to identify the profile of senior high school students' critical thinking skills in ecosystem material on several critical thinking indicators compiled by Ennis. Method: This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The research used six essay questions prepared to analyze students' thinking skills based on several indicators compiled by Ennis. The population in this study were all high school students at one of the senior high schools in West Nusa Tenggara, with the sample being class X students with a total of 60 students. Results: Based on research findings, it is known that the skills of the students in the sample are divided into three categories, namely very low, low, and moderate. Half of the sample size is in the very low category. At the same time, the rest is divided into the low and moderate categories, where a small number of students belong to the moderate category. Novelty: The novelty of this research is to explore the level of students' critical thinking skills using indicators compiled by Ennis. These results will provide an overall understanding of students' critical thinking skills, which teachers can use as a basis for designing learning designs to train students' critical thinking skills to reach the high and very high categories.

Objective: The Readiness for Change Questionnaire was created to assess readiness and ability to face new things and change. It is still being determined whether this scale is also relevant in the context of governance changes in higher education, especially in Indonesia. Method: This study examines the scale of cross-cultural adaptation and assesses the modified version using higher education as an organizational context. Translation, synthesis, back-translation, engagement with subject experts, and an emphasis on readability were all part of the thorough scale adaptation process by the International Test Commission (ITC) Guidelines for Translating and Adapting Test. The researchers performed an anonymous self-administered survey and gathered 534 responses from two samples of non-academic staff working in different universities. Results: Results showed that the scale, consisting of 25 questions divided into four subscales, had acceptable fit indices using CFA and excellent internal consistency. Novelty: The findings show that the scale is appropriate for assessing organizational readiness for change and may contribute to research and practical implications for higher education institutions experiencing governance changes.
