Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Development and theoretical substantiation of methods of physical training for children aged 6–7 years playing football at the sports and recreational stage. Materials and methods. The study included a cohort of 12 children, aged 6-7 years, who were participants in the sports and leisure program of the Regional Institution of Educational Institution Belarusian State. The content and sequencing of physical training for children aged 6-7 years in football were determined based on data acquired from pedagogical testing in a sports and recreation group. Results. three motor readiness indicators, one physical readiness indicator, and two special motor readiness indicators all showed significant variability (ranging from 54 to 200%). Out of 171 potential interspecies links, the correlation analysis of the abilities of children aged 6 to 7 showed 18 connections. Conclusions. The physical training regimen for children aged 6-7 who play football is designed based on the specific characteristics of their age and unique development of motor, physical, and specialized motor skills ready. The physical training program at the sports and health stage consists of three modules that focus on addressing the issues related to developing fundamental movements, improving lagging physical and special motor qualities, and subsequently enhancing leading physical and special motor qualities.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. aims to determine the contribution of leg explosive power and running speed to long jump ability. Materials and methods. a research sample of 30 male students. Measurement of leg explosive power is determined by the ability to jump long without starting (standing broad jump). Running speed measurements are determined by running a sample distance of 30 meters. Measurement of long jump ability is determined by a sample of jumping as far as possible in the jumping. Results. The results showed that leg explosive power, leg length and running speed contributed to long jump ability (r > 0.05). The results show that leg explosive power and long jump ability contribute (r = 0.58). There was a contribution in the correlation test between running speed and long jump ability (r = 0.51). The results of the multiple correlation test of leg explosive power and running speed with long jump ability showed that there was a contribution (r=0.70 and r2 = 0.49) Conclusions. There is a contribution between leg explosive power, leg length and running speed to long jump ability. The influence of physical activity and regular and structured training also greatly influences a person's long jump ability

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This research aims to determine the influence of reaction time on triple jump athletics in high school students in Medan City. Materials and methods. This type of research is a qualitative associative approach with path analysis. The sample comprised of 30 extracurricular athletic male students taken using total sampling techniques. The instruments used are a triple jump test and a whole body reaction test. The data was analyzed using product moment analysis, then continued with path analysis via a structural model at = 0.05. Results. The results showed reaction time contributed to triple jump ability (r>0.05). The results of reaction time with triple jump ability showed that there was a contribution (r=0.847 and r2=0.719=62.41%) Conclusions. Triple jump athletics is greatly influenced by reaction time and we recommend that in training students the role of reaction time is the influencing factor of physical condition.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The aim of the study is to identify particular tactics that enhance the intrinsic motivation and engagement of students in online training activities. Materials and methods. This article presents the outcomes of a training programme that combined e-learning and blended learning on the Moodle platform. The programme involved 90 sports technicians and utilised a cooperative teaching approach, benchmarking, and the forum as the primary teaching resource. Results. The findings of the experiment demonstrate the significant influence that the instructor plays in the advancement of training initiatives, alongside the design of the platform and the resources provided. This demonstrates that the forum, enquiries, tasks, and databases receive more visitors compared to the presentations, videos, and complementing articles. Conclusions. In this experience, it is important to emphasize the significance of the Moodle platform and its resources as effective means of communication and learning for both students and instructors.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This study aims to find out the effect of the training using the wobble board method on the body balance and the accuracy of archery at a distance of 30 metres of archery athletes. Materials and methods. The research used a quasi-experimental research type with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The samples in this study were 12 athletes taken from the archery athletes of Selabora Panahan aged 13-17 years old. The instruments used were the Stork Test and a 30 metre archery. The data analysis technique used the Normality Test assisted by SPSS 16 software and the Homogeneity Test to determine whether the variance of samples taken from the same population was equal or not. Results. Based on the research findings, it can be obtained: analysis of body balance of archery athletes of Selabora Panahan, obtained t value (6.199) > t table (2.20), and p value (0.000) < 0.05, based on data analysis for the accuracy of archery athletes of Selabora Panahan obtained the value of t count (5.437) > t table (2.20), and the value of p (0.000) < 0.05. Conclusions. it can be concluded that there is an effect of training using a wobble board on the body balance and accuracy of archery at a distance of 30 meters of the archery athletes.
