Abstract

Public awareness of environmental issues is increasing, encouraging companies to implement green marketing strategies and present environmentally friendly products (green products) to attract consumer buying interest. This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing and green products on purchasing interest in Le Minerale brand mineral water in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who were people in Medan City who knew or had purchased Le Minerale. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that green marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, with a regression coefficient of 0.412 and a significance value of 0.000. This shows that a marketing strategy that emphasizes environmental sustainability can increase consumer purchasing interest. In addition, green products also have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, with a regression coefficient of 0.387 and a significance value of 0.002. However, the influence of green marketing is more dominant than green products in shaping consumer purchasing interest.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent of the evaluation of land acquisition policies for revitalizing dead rivers in Samarinda City (a case study of JL. D.I Panjaitan – JL. P.M. Noor in Temindung Permai Village in Samarinda City). This type of research is qualitative, and the method used in this research is descriptive. This research will focus on policy evaluation by looking at effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in evaluating land acquisition policies for revitalizing the Dead River in Samarinda City. The results of this research illustrate that the evaluation of land acquisition policies for revitalizing the Dead River on Jl. D.I Panjaitan – P.M. Noor Samarinda City has run well based on six indicators from the policy evaluation. The supporting factors in this research are good cooperation between the stakeholders involved and the inhibiting factors in this research. The lack of adequate funding and labor can slow down the progress of river revitalization and conflicts related to land acquisition, causing the dead river revitalization process to be hampered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the restructuring mechanism in the settlement of non-performing financing at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat This research uses a qualitative method to collect and analyze data. The primary data source was obtained directly from the research location at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat. In addition, secondary data is also collected in the form of documents. Data collection was carried out through three methods, namely observation, interviews, and document studies. Thus, this study can obtain a more complete and accurate picture of the phenomenon being studied. The results of the study show that Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat has implemented a restructuring mechanism in accordance with the principles stipulated in Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No. 10/18/PBI/2008 and the circular letter of the board of directors No. 092/Dir/DUSy-PuiB/SE/2019. This mechanism includes three main principles, namely rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. Thus, Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat has shown a commitment to resolving problematic financing in an effective manner and in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of this restructuring has proven to be effective in reducing the level of non-performing financing. The main obstacles in the restructuring process are administrative completeness and difficulties in reaching customers who have changed domiciles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk (CSRA) and PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP) for the 2019–2023 period using financial ratio analysis and trend analysis. The methods used include liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity ratios to assess the efficiency and financial stability of the two companies. The results show that LSIP has a more stable and high level of liquidity than CSRA, reflecting better cash management. In terms of profitability, CSRA experienced a more significant increase in Gross Profit Margin (GPM), but still needed to increase Net Profit Margin (NPM). In contrast, LSIP faces challenges in cost efficiency with a more stable NPM. In terms of solvency, CSRAs have decreased debt dependency but are still above industry standards, while LSIP has a healthier capital structure and lower financial risk. In terms of activities, CSRA shows an increase in the efficiency of asset use even though it is still below industry standards, while LSIP also needs to improve the effectiveness of its asset management. Overall, this research provides insight for investors and company management in designing more optimal financial strategies.

Abstract

Pencurian brondolan sawit merupakan masalah serius yang dihadapi oleh PT. Prima Mas Lestari (PML), yang berdampak signifikan terhadap operasional dan reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi humas dalam menangani pencurian brondolan sawit dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Melalui analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam konteks keamanan aset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. PML memiliki kebijakan keamanan yang ketat dan kolaborasi dengan aparat penegak hukum sebagai kekuatan, sementara keterbatasan sumber daya untuk pengawasan menjadi kelemahan utama. Strategi komunikasi humas yang diterapkan mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian, serta pemanfaatan teknologi modern untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan. Dengan pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan masyarakat, PT. PML berusaha menciptakan rasa kepemilikan terhadap keamanan lingkungan, yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi insiden pencurian. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya komunikasi yang transparan dan proaktif dalam membangun kepercayaan publik serta menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk operasional perusahaan di masa depan. Upaya ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penanganan krisis saat ini, tetapi juga pada pencegahan terulangnya insiden serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The training on using Canva media for students and the tree planting activity at SMA Negeri 1 Sibolangit aim to enhance students' digital skills and foster awareness of environmental conservation. The Canva training provides students with insights into graphic design and the creation of engaging learning materials, enabling them to develop creativity and improve their understanding of digital technology. Meanwhile, the tree planting activity seeks to instill a sense of environmental responsibility, particularly in preserving nature around the school. The activities include interactive training sessions, hands-on practice in designing Canva, and a tree-planting initiative involving the entire school community. The results indicate that students have become more proficient in using Canva for academic and non-academic purposes and have developed a greater awareness of the importance of greening efforts. Through these activities, students are expected to continue to enhance their digital skills while actively contributing to environmental preservation.

Abstract

This case study is to determine and analyze the influence of worms and risk perception on consumer purchasing interest in Citra Dimsum Medan. The research method used is exploratory research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data collection methods are carried out by interview, with a questionnaire and documentation study. The population in this study were all consumers at the Shifa Medan Cosmetics Counter. totaling 54 people. Sampling using the saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study, the population was relatively small, namely 54 people. Data processing used SPSS version 24 software, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: (1) partially the e-worm variable affects consumer purchasing interest in Citra Dimsum Medan...; (2) partially the risk perception variable affects consumer purchasing interest in Citra Dimsum Medan.; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the e-worm variable and risk perception on consumer purchasing interest in Citra Dimsum Medan.

Abstract

In an era of globalization characterized by digitalization and modernization, the use of technology, particularly financial technology (fintech) like OVO, increasingly dominates everyday life, including among students. OVO, as one of the most popular digital wallets in Indonesia, offers various conveniences for cashless transactions and has partnered with over 200,000 SMEs. This study examines the influence of perceived benefits, ease of use, and trust on the intention to use OVO among students of the English Literature program at Universitas Sumatera Utara. The findings indicate that perceived benefits have a significant positive impact, while ease of use and trust do not show the expected influence. Overall, these three variables together significantly affect students' intention to use OVO. They contribute 49% to the intention to use OVO, with the remaining variance influenced by other factors not measured in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and QRIS-based payment systems on purchasing decisions at FLOC.CO and Eatery in Medan. Brand equity is studied through the dimensions of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. The QRIS-based payment system is identified as a factor that can influence purchasing decisions in the food and beverage business context. The research method used is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have shopped at FLOC.CO and Eatery. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Therefore, the author will use statistical data processing to obtain accurate or definite results that can be systematically explained. The sample in this study is 66 people. The technique used for sampling in this study is accidental sampling. The obtained data were analyzed with statistical acquisitions using multiple linear regression analysis and partial regression tests managed using the SPSS V.20 program, 2024. The results of the data management show that Brand Equity and QRIS-based Payment Method have a contribution to the Purchase Decision. This is indicated by the regression test results showing that the regression coefficient value is positive with a value of b = 0.736. This means that if there is an increase in the value of variable X1 by one point, it will influence the purchase decision value by 0.736, assuming that other independent variables have a value of 0 or constant, and Brand Equity has contributed to influencing the purchase decision by 7.3%. Meanwhile, the QRIS-based Payment System regression test shows that the regression coefficient value is positive with a value of b = 0.249. This means that if there is an increase in the value of variable X2 by one point, it will influence the purchase decision value by 0.249, assuming that other independent variables have a value of 0 or constant, and the QRIS-based Payment System has contributed to influencing the purchase decision by 2.4%. Moreover, the t-value (16.220) > t-table (1.997) and Sig (0.000) < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Brand Equity has a partial positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of FLOC.CO and Eatery. And for the QRIS-based Payment System, it has a t-value (5.200) > t-table (1.997) and Sig (0.000) > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the QRIS-based Payment System has a partial positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of FLOC.CO and Eatery.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of partial profitability on company value, to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy partially on company value, to test and analyze the effect of partial debt policy on company value and to test and analyze the effect of profitability, dividend policy and debt policy simultaneously on company value in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023. The population in this study was 24 companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector listed on the IDX and the sample from research on Food and Beverage Sub Sector Companies was 8 companies with 5 years of observation. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Partial Test, Determinant Test. The research results show that partially Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, partially Dividend Policy has no effect on Company Value, partially Debt Policy has a positive and significant effect on Company Value and simultaneously shows that Profitability, Dividend Policy and Debt Policy have a significant effect on Company Value in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2019-2023.
