Abstract

Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, character, and skills needed him, the community, the nation and the State (Law National education No. 20 Th. 2003) on quality improvement is one of the pillars of the development of education in Indonesia. School is a system that has a purpose. In connection with efforts to achieve these goals, problems can arise. These problems can be grouped in accordance with the administrative tasks that are the responsibility of the school administrator, so it is the substance of the administrative duties of school heads as the administrator. Among these are tasks grouped into the substance of school supplies. Abstract

Abstract The mathematics learning objectives are to acquire the mathematical skills (mathematical literacy) needed to understand the world around it and for success in life. Problem solving is one of the most important things in learning mathematics. In fact, the problem solving ability was not as expected. Based on data from PISA, Indonesia consistently ranks in the bottom 10 in the last ten years. Therefore, it is necessary to improve learning that can deliver students to a better level. One of the efforts that can be done is to choose the right learning model. The purpose of this study was to examine the use of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model to improve problem solving skills. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The materials and data were sourced from the review of some literature related to the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model, MMP learning syntax (steps), mathematical problem-solving abilities, also reviews and analyzes of the application of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model to mathematical problem solving abilities. Based on the study, the conclusion is that the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model is a good alternative to improve problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

The implementation of Hasyim Asy'ari's thought is quite important, meaning that in the midst of a state of the education system that is trapped in material-oriented. In other words, the teacher views that education is the only place to produce an independent responsible output as an ethical person. So what will happen is the creation of aspects of religious ethics and blessings in education. In the formation of Akhlakul Karimah / Character education at SMP Ma'arif Sangatta Utara applying the Vision and Mission indicators set out in school rules, which must be adhered to by all school members, for example: reading prayers together, students' promises on the page before entering the room. Each class also memorizes short letters before the delivery of lessons as a predetermined schedule. Likewise, when the lesson ended, the students also read the prayers together then left the classroom, shaking hands with the teacher.

Abstract

Fiqh Keindonesiaan is an effort of the embodiment of Islamic Law with the cultural context and personality of the nation. Fiqh Keindonesiaan meniscaya exist for two reasons, the first time and place of different implementation between Indonesia and other Islamic centers. Secondly, the reason that every place has customs and customs varies according to the socio-anthropological and socio-political tendencies of each place; kaedah which reinforces this reason is "taqhayyurul ahkam bi taqhayyiril azlam wa makan". Besides the difference of place and time, differences of customs have their own historical and historical backdrops. The Kaedah is "al-'adaat al-Muhakamaat". While the historical backdrops are different experiences and different legal decisions among the Imams of the madhhab, for example the Hanafi Hanafi in Kuffah, Maliki in Madinah, Shafi'i in Baqdad and Egypt (qaul qadim, and jadid), and the Hambali school of Baghdad. Also fiqh madzhab Indonesia has its locality with a different system with other contemporary community system.Efforts to support the emergence of fiqh Keindonesiaan can be started by growing Ushul Fiqh Keindonesiaan unique. The framework of the method of ushul fiqh keindonesiaan ditumpukan to the practice of al-Urf and maslahah which can become the rest of the law. Meanwhile, the operationalization of fiqh keindonesiaan is an effort to study different cases in Indonesia with other legal cases that have existed in the Islamic world with a way through ijtihad fardi and ijtihad jama'i by every expert and ulul amri in Indonesia by applying the ushul framework of fiqh itself. So fiqh keindonesiaan is not an illusion, but he can be Real.

Abstract

To produce competent graduates in the field of al-Qur'an, learning management is needed. How is the learning management of students in the al-Qur'an educational park in the community of Darus Sakinah? The aim is to find out the management of the students in the al-Qur'an educational park at the Darus Sakinah mosque. This research is a descriptive field research. The subjects of this study were the head of the al-Qur'an educational park, asatidz and asatidzah, the management of the Darus Sakinah mosque, by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The data checking was done by triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques and triangulation of time. The conclusion is that the learning management of students in the al-Qur'an education park Darus Sakinah has been going well. By taking steps in accordance with the principles of management implementation. Namely, there is planning before learning begins, there is organization in terms of scheduling, class grouping, to the flexibility of the learning schedule, then there is implementation, namely the implementation of learning by referring to previous planning, as well as monitoring and evaluation to identify, measure, find solutions to the shortcomings there is.

Abstract

From the exposure to the results of the interview, it can be concluded about the implementation of Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara as follows: First, the implementation of PKG by the principal and assistant has been going well, this is illustrated from the results of observations and interviews in the field of all interviewees who were asked answered that they had been in PKG by the principal and assessors from the element of senior teachers. In principle, teachers are happy in PKG because PKG is a part of the teacher quality development program. From the implementation of the PKG, the teacher knows the location of the advantages and disadvantages in carrying out tasks within one academic year. Second, based on data in the field, there are still many teachers who do not know what components are assessed by the school principal in implementing PKG. The teacher assumes that PKG is the same as the implementation of supervision, which is what is assessed by the learning device and process. Supervision is part of the PKG because the implementation of the PKG also requires class visits by the principal to find out how teachers teach. To provide an understanding that informs teachers about the implementation of the PKG and what components are being assessed, the principal needs to socialize to the teacher about what components are assessed in the implementation of the PKG. This socialization needs to be done so that teachers have the same perception of the implementation of PKG by the school principal. Third, the principal needs to evaluate the PKG implementation that has been implemented. This evaluation aims to determine the extent of the success of the PKG implementation and the contribution of PKG to improving the quality of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara. Things that need to be evaluated include planning the PKG, organizing the PKG, implementing the PKG. The school principal needs to involve and invite discussion of the components involved in implementing the PKG.
