Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian yang laki-laki lebih banyak dari yang perempuan dan  penyebab kematian akibat kardiovaskuler lebih banyak dari tidak diketahui, sepsis, serebrovaskular, penyebab lain dan perdarahan saluran cerna. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara umur dan frekuensi lama HD dengan pValue 0,05 (>0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin dan frekuensi lama HD dengan pValue 0,372 (>0,05). Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank test menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara BP pre HD1-BP post HD1, BP pre HD 2-BP post HD 2, BP pre HD 3-BP post HD 3 dan BP pre HD4-BP post HD 4 dengan pValue 0,000(<0,05). Hasil uji Mann-White U test menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara amlodipine pValue 0,032, furosemid pValue 0,46 dan valsartan pValue 0,024 (<0,05) dengan tekanan darah sedangkan untuk captopril dan clonidine tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna.
