Jurnal Keislaman dengan nomor registrasi ISSN 2777-0176 (media online), ISSN 2798-0200 (media cetak) adalah jurnal yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pengkajian Islam dan Aswaja (LPIK) Universitas Islam Malang. Fokus jurnal ini pada kajian ke-Islaman Interdisipliner yang mengkaji pada masalah bidang Islam dan sosial, Islam dan hukum, Islam dan politik, Islam dan budaya, Islam dan kesehatan, Islam dan ekonomi, Islam dan teknologi. An-Natiq Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisipliner terbit sejak bulan April 2021 tepatnya sejak perilisan Volume 1, Nomor 1, Tahun 2021 dan terbit 2 kali dalam satu tahun. Dewan Redaksi mengundang penulis untuk mengirimkan naskah terbaik yang akan diterbitkan dalam Jurnal ini. Editorial menerima artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa English (Bilingual). Setiap artikel yang masuk akan dibaca oleh tim editorial. Artikel yang dievaluasi oleh editor dan dianggap tidak sesuai dengan kriteria jurnal akan ditolak tanpa tinjauan eksternal. Artikel yang kami nilai berpotensi menarik bagi pembaca dikirim ke peer reviewer. Setelah dilakukan review naskah oleh reviewer, naskah akan dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk direvisi. Tim editor membuat keputusan berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer. Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisipliner (An-Natiq) adalah jurnal yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pengkajian Islam dan Kemahasiswaan (LPIK) Universitas Islam Malang. Jurnal AN-NATIQ menerbitkan hasil penelitian atau kajian konseptual yang memiliki spesifikasi bidang pendekatan kajian Islam interdisipliner dalam bidang filsafat, sejarah, agama, sosial politik, sosiologi, antropologi, sains, teknik, psikologi, kesehatan. , ekonomi, lingkungan, teknologi, dan berbagai disiplin ilmu lainnya. Jurnal An-Natiq membuka peluang bagi peneliti untuk berkontribusi terkait disiplin keilmuan yang bermanfaat bagi perkembangan keilmuan dan kemajuan peradaban Islam.

Based on the description above, the corruption committed by some members of the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) is no different from corruption by other parties. Means of corruption, including acts violating judicial norms. In Islamic studies, corruption is an act which is forbidden in Islam the legal position is haram. Keharamannya can be searched or arguments based on the teachings of Islam as risywah (bribes), saraqah (theft), al-gasysy (fraud), and khiyanah (betrayal).

Perjuangan perempuan dalam mencapai keamanan secara seksualitas belum juga tercapai. Tahun 2020 ini, dengan keputusan yang cukup banyak menuai banyak polemik di masyarakat adalah dicabutnya RUU PKS dari Program Legislasi Nasional (Prolegnas) 2020, dan akan kembali dimasukkan pada tahun 2021 sesuai hasil rapat DPR RI Komisi VIII. Hal tersebut dikarenakan ‘sulit’. Faktanya kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan semakin naik. Namun, RUU tak kunjung disahkan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis kajian pustaka, studi ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana kasus ini ditinjau dengan nalar kritis dan bagaimana prospektif ke depan selama RUU ini belum disahkan. Sebagai hasil penelitian, studi ini merekomendasikan semua lini baik perempuan dan laki-laki bersama menjaga keamanan agar kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan terhapuskan dari Indonesia.

Human Resources (HR) has a very important position in realizing development capacity, which places humans in their function, namely as a development resource. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Banyuwangi in developing the quality of human resources, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in developing the quality of human resources. To achieve these objectives, researchers used a qualitative research type with descriptive methods. The results showed that; (1) The existing education and teaching system in the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, namely using the formal education system, non-formal education, and extracurricular education, (2) The efforts of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in developing quality human resources, which can be proven by the existence of various activities. and the educational activities in it, of which all these educational programs and activities are in order to develop the quality of faith, science and other skills of the students or students, from which all these resources can be created. quality human resources, (3) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in developing the quality of human resources, divided into internal factors and external factors.

The issue of intolerance in the name of Islam has increasingly made people traumatized and restless by the decline in human values. Every day, the world is offered a display of Islam that is delivered by angry Muslims. The world also wonders where is the rahmah's behavior from religion which is said to carry the teachings of mercy and compassion. When there are groups that raise the flag of Islam while destroying humanity, the world is increasingly questioning the practice of Islam that rahmatan lil 'alamin, peace, and respect for humans. The decline in the value of humanity and tolerance is influenced by a weak understanding of the teachings of moderate Islam and the inclusion of Wahhabism as the ancestors of radicalism. This paper is examined as a form of concern for what has befallen Islam with the treatment that has no humanity. The Koran as a source of Islamic religious law with its verses, provides us with an understanding of the meaning of moderate Islam that is true. Whereas Pancasila as an absolute source of law in Indonesia gives the meaning of religious tolerance through all the principles of Pancasila; God, humanity, unity and justice. These two sources of law should be applied in daily life as a solution to overcome intolerance that often carries the name of Islam as a tool to fight other religions that are not in line with the teachings of Islam.

The progress of a nation can be seen from the level of legal awareness of its citizens. The higher the legal awareness of the population of a country, the more orderly the life of society and state will be. This research has a problem formulation: What is the importance of legal socialization in society? What are the inhibiting factors for the socialization of law in society? Basically, the Indonesian people know and understand the law, but they are also consciously committing acts that violate the law. Narcotics users and dealers know that consuming and distributing narcotics against the law is a criminal act, but the fact is that the act is still being committed. The legal awareness of the Indonesian people is still weak which is synonymous with lawlessness. The next factor is the means or facilities that support law enforcement. Without certain means or facilities, it is impossible for the efforts to eradicate narcotics crime to proceed smoothly. These facilities or facilities include, among others, human resources, good organization, adequate equipment and space, adequate finance, and so on.

It's not only the citizen (constituent) who determines the image of mayor election (Pilkada) but also anybody who influences the citizen in order to gain the support from people has big influence through the image of democracy. One of political bad habits and law deviations which blot the image of mayor election (Pilkada) is money politics. It's the time for each people to not mortgage the democracy through money politics, since money politics can only make the future of country becomes even worse as a non-ethics country. In the Islamic doctrine, money politics can be categorized as bribing practice or a forbidden activity

The issue of abortion is still a serious problem in the social reality of people's lives, including in our country in Indonesia. As stated by the Indonesian Child Protection Commissioner (KPAI) for Health and Drug Use to provide on illegal abortion in the world or in Indonesia. In 2016 there were around 56 million abortion women, 2018 decreased to 42 million, while in Indonesia there were around 2 million abortion cases. In this paper systemically will be discussed various ethical foundations of Islam about human reproduction, then the search for the position of abortion-ethical law in various Islamic perspectives which in this case is more emphasized on the results of ijtihad four Imam Mazhab where in the context of Indonesia-ness more dominantly applied the opinions of Imam Shafi'i and MUI. The answer to this abortion case is that abortion is not only underestimated as merely halal and haram in its law but must be considered between the text and its social reality so that the Qur'an and Al-Hadith truly become guidelines for Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin for humans .
