Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa that results in swelling of the gastric mucosa until  the epithelium is released. The incidence of Gastritis in the world is estimated to affect more than 1.7 billion people. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of diet, stress and economic status of Gastritis disease incidence in patients in the working area of Puskesmas Wawotobi Konawe District in 2020. This study used a case control study design. The population in this study were all patients who checked themselves at The Public Poly of Wawotobi Health Center Konawe Regency in January to August 2020. The samples in this study were 104 samples (52 cases and 52 controls). Sampling using probability sampling technique by means of simple random sampling. The results showed risk factors for Gastritis disease, namely diet obtained p-value = 0,000, OR = 5,127 (CI 95% 2,218-11,850) and stress obtained p-value = 0.000, OR = 4,632 (CI 95% 2,028-10,583), while non-risk factors for Gastritis disease are economic status obtained p-value  = 0.554, OR = 1.367 (CI 95% 0.629-2.971). The conclusion is that diet and stress are risk factors and economic status is not a risk factor for Gastritis disease in patients in the working area of Puskesmas Wawotobi Konawe District in 2020. People are expected to always maintain health by conducting clean and healthy living behaviors and also can maintain a balanced diet by applying balanced nutrition.

Statistical test using univariate analysis test. The results of this study indicate that community activities in the mosque have 243 respondents (64.1%) who have the potential and 136 respondents (35.9%) who have less potential to transmit Covid-19, and the travel history of the community is 109 respondents (28.8%). potential and 270 respondents (71.2%) who have less potential to transmit Covid-19. The conclusion is that community activities at the mosque have the potential to transmit Covid-19 and the travel history of the community has less potential to transmit Covid-19 in Mawasangka District.

Abstract

Indonesia and other countries are still struggling to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic. To date, there have been more than 4 million confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Various control efforts continue to be carried out, one of which is through the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination. However, there are still many people who are reluctant to receive the Covid-19 vaccination, this is due to several factors such as lack of knowledge and people still do not believe in the Covid-19 vaccine.. This study aims to factors related to community willingness to receive covid- 19 vaccination in the working area of the Kulati health center Wakatobi regency in 2021. This research method uses an analytic observational research type with a cross sectional approach and the sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that of the 321 respondents who were willing to receive the Covid-19 vaccination, 130 (40.5%) respondents and 191 (59.5%) respondents who were not willing to receive the Covid-19 vaccination. Based on the bivariate analysis, it was obtained knowledge (p value = 0.000), perception (p value = 0.000), and location affordability (p value = 0.115). The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and perception with the willingness of the community to receive the Covid-19 vaccination, while there is no relationship between the affordability of the location and the willingness of the community to receive the Covid-19 vaccination.
