Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) company that operates in the cement industry in Indonesia and even abroad. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is located in Sumberarum Village, Kerek District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province. PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk implements an open pit mining system using the Quarry method. This company is always close to mining activities where they can run if they meet the requirements of the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) requirements per the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1806 K/30/MEM/2018. Mining activity planning is the most crucial aspect in designing mine designs, as a reference for achieving production targets and analyzing stock reserves of production raw materials. Stock taking is a temporary storage place after undergoing the transportation process from the mining front so that it can be ensured that the quality of the limestone can be maintained as originally. (Aliyusra Jolo, 2017). The method used in this research involves field surveys, taking detailed points according to the shape of the appearance, and processing the data using AutoCAD Civil 3D software which has a Triangular Irregular Network (TIN) working concept. The results of the research show that in stock-taking, after calculating the area and volume, we obtained an area of 4634,266 m² for stock opname 1, an area of 2916,728 m² for stock-taking 2, 1669,189 m² for stock-taking 3, and the total area of stock opname was 6298,750 m². And for the volume itself, the resulting volume was 24,204,084 m³ for stock opname 1, an area of 14,263,732 m³ for stock opname 2, 4321,165 m³ for stock opname 3, and the overall stock opname area was 42,788,981m³. As a result, this limestone stock will be used as a supporting material for cement production.

Abstract

PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk is one of of the companies engaged in the building materials solutions industry in Indonesia, with an annual cement production capacity of 14,8 million tons and operates four plant namely in Lhoknga, Narogong, Cilacap, and one of them is located in Tuban, East Java precisely in Mekarwang, Tambakboyo, Tuban, East Java. The mining operation can proceed if it fulfils the requirements of the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) in accordance with the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1806 K/30/MEM/2018. The mine planning is important aspect in planning mine design as the production objective. mine planning is the most crucial aspect in the mine design planning as a reference to achieve production targets. The raw material targets production in 2024 for clay is 2 million tons and the calculated tonnage obtained is 1.95 million tons. The opening of a new area is carried out in two blocks, namely E3 and D3, which are divided into three sections of new open-pit mining. To provide practical, fast, and efficient mapping, mapping is carried out using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) which produces topographic and orthophoto maps. To understand the relationship of slope stress-strain, slope stability is identified using a geotechnical study with the simplified bishop method. The results show that the north-south cut has a safety factor of 1.882, while the east-west cut has a safety factor of 1.845 and categorized as safe because it complies with the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827 K30 MEM 2018, which states that a Safety Factor (FS) value is >1.5. From this research, the researcher hopes for improvements in the quality of aerial photo data to produce accurate and optimal slope stability results.

Abstract

In this sophisticated era, we can do almost anything, and we can get it easily. No exception with the necessities of life that we can get easily from one place and sent to us via transportation services, even goods with a large capacity. One of the transportation services that can efficiently deliver goods in large quantities is sea transportation via ships with a shipping system using containers. Tanjung Perak Port in Surabaya is one of the ports that provides container loading and unloading services. For this reason, in this study an evaluation of the performance of container terminals at the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya will be carried out by looking at the factors that influence customer satisfaction (Y), which consist of several predictor variables, namely price of goods (X1), weight of goods (X2) and Travel Time (X3) using the binary logistic regression method, which is a method used to model the response variable consisting of two categories and is appropriate for modeling data consisting of possible events with response variables consisting of two choice categories. Logistic regression will form a predictor/response variable, which is a linear combination of the independent variables. In this study, modeling was carried out to determine the relationship between whether the predictor variable affects the response variable and the extent to which this variable influences it. After knowing the variables that contribute to customer satisfaction, these variables can then be used as evaluation material, whether they need to be increased or reduced. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variable weight of goods (X2) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction with a classification accuracy of 88.1%, so it must be optimized related to the container capacity that contains customer goods because, if this variable increases by 1 unit, it will increase the probability of customer satisfaction is 1.792 times and this increase is higher than the other variables.

Abstract

The current state of the art of ecosystem-based marine spatial management (EB-MSM), a new approach to ocean management that is being supported all over the world as the best means of ensuring the sustainability of marine ecosystems. It aims to sustain robust, fruitful, and resilient ecosystems that supply essential products and services while withstanding human influences. It concentrates on all interactions within a marine ecosystem, including human interactions. The most cutting-edge science and innovative methods are needed for successful implementation. Focusing on the role of marine spatial planning (MSP) in marine ecosystem management and discussing the use of MSP to manage the risks associated with geohazards and climate change. Including creation of networks of marine protected areas (MPAs), how maritime activities are distributed both spatially and temporally, flexibility in fisheries management, actions to promote coastal resilience, the restoration of vital coastal ecosystems, the establishment of buffer zones between permanent structures and the coastline, and the implementation of risk-mitigation tools like monitoring programs and warning systems. More responsive demands of coastal countries and more actively supporting the economic integration of foreign operators and tourism. Even during disputes or cancellations, innovative ideas and agreements can stimulate the economy. For instance, a third party can create jobs in sub-Saharan West Africa, while a recreation area could increase tourist in Indonesia.
