Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kesediaan membayar nilai ekonomilingkungan dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengannya. Kajian inimerupakan kajian eksploratif dengan pengambilan sampel secara Master.Sampel pada kawasan dekat sungai sebariyak 41 rumah tangga, kawasanberjarak menengah 42 rumah tangga dan kawasan jauh dari sungai 23 rumahtangga. Data dikumpulkan dari responden melalui wawancara menggunakankuesioner. Besamya kesediaan membayar nilai lingkungan masyarakatKecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak berbeda-beda, semakin dekat jarak tempattinggal masyarakat ke sungai, semakin besar kesediaan membc^amya. Variabelpendidikan, pendapatan dan kualitas air sungai kurang erat hubungannyadengan kesediaan membayar masyarakat

Abstract

This paper examines the multidimensionality of service quality model in Islamicbanking industry. It adapts the CARTER measure of the importance of servicequality items in one of the leading Islamic bank The analysis uses mehod calledfactor analysis to find out whether all CARTER items loaded positively or not.The findings suggestthat CARTER models is multidimensional and providesdifferent implications for both managers and academic researchers. Themanagers should be aware of religious factors which loaded first and rated thehighest important in the scale and improve ways of providing products andservice to customers.
