Abstract

Abstract Determination of the best employees in a company aims to improve competitiveness and give awards to employees who have high dedication to the company. Difficulties in evaluating employees are the many assessment factors and characteristics of the appraisal and who will provide the appraisal, so that the appraisal is appropriate and transparent. Employee performance appraisal is carried out by 2 assessors namely the company manager and the head of the human resource management department (HRD) and consists of a number of criteria. The assessment will be difficult if done manually considering that each assessor has their own preferences in conducting the assessment. To overcome this we need a computer system that helps decision making, namely a group decision support system (GDSS) determining the best employees in a company The group decision support system developed in this study uses the AHP and BORDA methods to assist group decision making. AHP method is used for decision making in each appraiser, while the Borda method is used to combine the decision results of each appraiser so that the final result is the best employee in the company. Based on the final results of the best employee determination system in the form of ranking the final value of each employee. The highest value is used as a recommendation as the best employee.

Abstract

Determining the best school is a difficult choice for parents, besides the cost and distance from students' homes, there are other supporting factors that must be considered, namely the National Education Standards (SNP). In the implementation of the program to determine the best school based on the National Education Standards (SNP), the manual is now so the calculation process is complicated. Parents of students who have a lot of business are required to provide the best education for their children, so it is necessary to create a system to choose the best school for students. The decision support system created using the AHP model. The weighting method in AHP is used to determine the criteria weights according to the decision makers. The AHP method is then used to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. Determination of the best alternative ranking in this system refers to the National Education Standards (SNP), costs, distance from home and school achievement. as a criterion that will be assessed by a decision maker consisting of parents of students. The test results show that the system can rank the school correctly according to the manual calculation but the results show differences with the results from the Tabanan district education office. this is due to the assessment of the Office of Education not considering the importance of inter-criteria weight.

Abstract

The development of the nature tourism area is very much needed for the success of the village fund program, which is planned to increase the income of the people around the attractions and nature conservation. In addition to the level of community participation there are several natural attractions in Bukit Turgo, lacking assistance in the form of road improvements, lighting, access in and out and so on. With the limited village funds, the development of natural tourism objects around Turgo Hill cannot be done simultaneously. The selection of tourism objects which should receive development funds for the first time, must have the best evaluation criteria among other attractions. This study aims to determine the natural tourism objects that receive village funding assistance, for the development of tourism in these attractions. Participation in the use of the community in the development of the Bukit Turgo - Plawangan tourism object, based on the principles of ecotourism and formulating a strategy for the development of the Plawangan-Turgo natural tourism object to be of particular benefit to the community. To make the selection process through the ranking process used an approach to the Decision Support System model, using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The weighting method in AHP is used to determine the criteria and sub-criteria weights according to the decision maker, in this study the community is represented by the village head. The TOPSIS method is used to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The test results show that the system can provide a ranking sequence for tourism objects correctly according to manual calculations. The results of the comparison of existing criteria also show the Landscape (Landscape) on Turgo Hill became the first choice and the Japanese cave became the last choice.

Abstract

In determining the best employees in the company can spur employee enthusiasm in working, because the company will provide incentives or bonuses for these employees. However, in determining the best employee, several parameters and criteria are needed so that the assessment is carried out on target. The improved performance of employees will certainly have a direct impact on the quality of company services. The decision support system developed in this study uses the Fuzzy Analitycal Hirarcy Process (AHP) method to assist decision making. Fuzzy AHP method is used for decision making in each assessor. Based on the final results of the best employee determination system in the form of ranking the final value of each employee. The highest value is used as a recommendation as the best employee in the company.

Abstract

Investing or investing money in the hope of generating long-term profits and in the near future, can be done by investing in stocks. Stock investment in the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is one of the investments with high profit levels. The profit of stock investment is greatly influenced by the selection of the right stocks in a portfolio. However, if one chooses shares in a portfolio, there may be a loss. To avoid these losses investors usually buy liquid BUMN shares on the stock market. The problem that reappears is that not all SOE shares produce significant and sometimes stagnant profits. Analyzing the uncertainty of a stock, investors can involve the stock selection process by using a decision support system. Stock selection with SPK can produce a stock portfolio with a higher level of profit compared to the results of individual decision making. Implementation of the SPK stock selection uses two economic approaches, namely fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Fundamental analysis uses financial ratio data which has a significant influence on a company's stock development. This study uses the AHP method to accommodate the results of individual stock decision making. AHP method is used to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. This research produces individual stock ranking which can be used as a stock selection recommendation for investors.
