Abstract

Bali is one of the favorite tourist attractions in Indonesia, where the number of foreign tourists visiting Bali is around 4 million over 2015 (Dispar Bali). The number of tourists visiting is spread in various regions and tourist attractions that are located in Bali. Although tourist visits to Bali can be said to be large, the visit was not evenly distributed, there were significant fluctuations in tourist visits. Forecasting or forecasting techniques can find out the pattern of tourist visits. Forecasting technique aims to predict the previous data pattern so that the next data pattern can be known. In this study using the technique of recurrent neural network in predicting the level of tourist visits. One of the techniques for a recurrent neural network (RNN) used in this study is Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). This model is better than a simple RNN model. In this study predicting the level of tourist visits using the LSTM algorithm, the data used is data on tourist visits to one of the attractions in Bali. The results obtained using the LSTM model amounted to 15,962. The measured value is an error value, with the MAPE technique. The LSTM architecture used consists of 16 units of neuron units in the hidden layer, a learning rate of 0.01, windows size of 3, and the number of hidden layers is 1.

Abstract

Investments shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is one of the investment with a high rate of return. Stock investment profit greatly influenced by the selection of the right stocks in a portfolio. Analyzing the uncertainty of a stock investor can involve the process of stock selection in group decision which includes investors, investment bankers, analysts, and brokers. Stock selection as a group can produce a stock portfolio with a higher rate of profit than the results of individual decision-making. Implementation of stock selection in group decision support systems (GDSS) used two economic approaches, namely fundamental analysis, and technical analysis. Fundamental analysis uses data financial ratios which have a significant influence on the development of a company's stock. Technical analysis is a stock valuation based on stock movement data time series. This research using AHP, PROMETHEE, and Borda to accommodate the results of shares in group decision making. This research resulted in ranking stocks as a group that can serve as recommendations for investors stock picking.

Abstract

Yogyakarta was one of Indonesian tourist destinations that had potentials from its art and cultural interest. This was indeed supported mode development that was also one of art-cultural forms. Along with the era development, it was established a mode appreciation in Yogyakarta namely a boutique. The intense of boutiques in Yogyakarta had become various modes created so that it sometimes made customers had difficulties to determine which boutique to visit. This kind of condition was not effective towards time, cost and employees. Therefore, it needed a technology that was able to help customers in selecting boutiques. The study was designed and built using the Android mobile operating system is a variant of a mobile operating system developed from the Linux operating system. Android has a location-based service location-based service that is used to display and manipulate maps. Technology location based services using Android smartphone media can create applications that are useful in the selection of modes available in every boutique and facilitate the search location by using maps and routes that connect to the google map service. The results of this study are based apps location-based service boutique Android for the selection of boutique and can help facilitate in finding boutique location information.

Abstract

The increasing development of information technology, brings developments to the pattern of life of the Indonesian people, especially the pattern of consumption and shipping of goods. Indonesian society is greatly facilitated and spoiled in getting the desired goods and services. This development was caused by the spread of online shopping providers in Indonesia, which can be accessed via smartphones and computers. Indonesia has a very high number of smartphone users, judging from the number of unique audiences at the end of the second quarter, the data obtained from MMX Multi-platform, June 2017. One of the models used in this study is the Profile Matching method, the method can overcome problems ranking by giving weights based on matching two profiles examined on the criteria of each cell phone. The criteria obtained by the user will be the profile value which is then matched with the conformity profile provided by DM. This study uses three decision makers, including economists, IT experts, and the public. To combine the three decisions used the BORDA method approach. The BORDA method is a voting method that can resolve group decision making, wherein its application each decision maker (DM) provides a rating based on the alternative choices available. Furthermore, this research will use the approach of profile matching and BORDA methods in choosing the best marketplace. The results showed that Sophie's marketplace was ranked first.

Abstract

Interests and number of STMIK Balikpapan new student enrollments are increasing every year. The balance of the ratio of lecturers to students is one of the most important components in improving the quality and teaching and learning process of a university. Avoiding shortages in the number of lecturers can be realized by providing scholarship programs to alumni and teaching assistants. This study aims to build a multi criteria decision making application that can assist the Head of HRD in the process of receiving scholarships to advanced and effective study lecturers. The multi criteria decision making application developed in this study uses the SAW method. The implementation of the SAW method includes the process of evaluating the weighting of criteria, evaluating alternative weights, the matrix process, the results of decision making preferences, resulting in the weighting and ranking of each alternative candidate for the scholarship recipient. The results of the evaluation of multi-criteria application decision making in the study are expected to produce modeling with a high degree of accuracy. The results of the analysis carried out can provide alternative recommendations for prospective scholarship recipients to advanced study lecturers in STMIK Balikpapan.

Abstract

Data and information security makes information technology must be updated at all times. Along with the ever-changing information technology development, making information security is very important. Many attacks carried out by irresponsible people to attack the server. These attacks are often performed on open ports, which in turn will allow unauthorized and unauthorized people to easily control ports that have been entered. So to do security on computer network in overcoming attack on ports, one of them is by using Port knoking method. In order to avoid attacks carried out in the open port state a Port knoking method is used and set parameters for this computer device to have no open communication ports to enter, but the device is still accessible from the outside. So as to make people who do not have access rights do not have the opportunity to enter the ports that exist.

Abstract

Abstract Current information can be delivered quickly without knowing the geographical boundaries using the internet. However, the information transmitted can be intercepted by the middle of the road which is not desired, then the security of the data actually becomes a very important issue. The development of computer systems and networks and the interconnection through the Internet has increased, of course, require data security and reliable message in order to avoid the attack. To secure internet data or message network necessary cryptographic encryption methods, one method of data encryption that there is a method of data encryption standard (DES) and subsequently inserted into the Lakeside digital images (steganography) using the method of least significant bit (LSB).

Abstract

This method is a method of time series are used to predict the future by using historical data. Assigning weights to involve periods, so the longer the period that we use, the smaller the final value weighting we use With the abundance of available data, the construction of a system that utilizes past data, in other words, try using a time series model time series of the past to predict, the system will be useful to assist investors in predicting the allegations of the value of equity funds in the future so as to determine the appropriate strategy for investment.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a system that can assist managers in making decisions that are based on the criteria set by the company. Decision Support System helps in the assessment process so it does not happen to be subjective judgment in decision making. Ratings are based on the criteria that have been determined are expected to determine the employee is entitled to a promotion. Many methods can be used in making a decision support system. One method that can be used in making a decision support system that the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching is the process of comparing the profiles of employees with occupational profiles so that the known value of the gap. The smaller the value gap is generated, then the weight value will be even greater gap so that employees the opportunity to get a promotion will be even greater. The results of the calculation with profile matching method in the form of value which ranked based on the largest value. The results of this ranking value will be used as a reference in helping managers to make decisions. Software used in the manufacture of these decision support systems applications with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 with MySQL databases.
