Abstract

In business operations, performance marketing is very useful. The innovations carried out by MSME implementers also have an impact on the ongoing marketing strategy. The purpose of this research is to identify how innovation affects the marketing performance of MSMEs in Palu. In order to determine how innovation affects the marketing performance of MSMEs in the city of Palu, so that the research design is of high quality in this research. This research uses clause procedures and is quantitative in nature. 70 people who completed UMKM in the city of Palu became a research illustration. The sample used was purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling procedure, used to sort out the sample. On the other hand, validity and reliability tests are used to test the instrument. Simple regression, t test, correlation test, and determination test are the information analysis methods used. According to research findings and subsequent reviews, it can be said that innovation has a positive influence on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Palu. The result of t count is greater than t table 2, 040 > 1, 667 supports this matter. This finding shows how valuable innovation is to increase the marketing efficiency of MSMEs in Palu City.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) has an important role in realizing the economic improvement of the community. But not all people know the special part of BMT. So many people prefer to go to the bank. The purpose of this paper is to find out the role of BMT and the impact caused by the presence of BMT. This writing uses the literature review method with a data collection method using books and previous articles. The results of this paper show that the role of BMT is to make people switch to Sharia transaction activities. Meanwhile, the impact caused by the presence of BMT is to make it easier to develop micro / small businesses that need funds for their business.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Store Atmosphere which consists of Instore Atmosphere(store inside settings) and Outstore Atmosphere(outside store settings) on consumer buying interest in Depati VII Kopi, Sungaipuh City (Kerinci). The research utilizes primary data, accompanied by a Multiple Linear Regression model as a quantitative data analysis tool. This study shows that the Instore Atmosphere and Outstore Atmosphere have a significant effect on the buying interest of Depati VII Coffee consumers, either partially or simultaneously. Finally, opening up space and tracing for further research, by making more in-depth (specific) studies, because much has not been revealed in Depati VII Kopi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of security relationships, guarantees, credibility on customer satisfaction. The total population in this study was 1,939 students with a sample of 96 FEBI student respondents from the 2017-2020 UIN Walisongo Semarang. The research data is in the form of quantitative data with data analysis techniques using SPSS tools. The results showed that the security variable had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, the guarantee variable had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the credibility variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peta perkembangan penelitian seputar Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS). Penelitian dilakukan dari tahun 2009 hingga 2022 dengan melakukan penelusuran pada jurnal nasional terindeks Sinta melalui website Garuda, dengan kata kunci “Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS)”. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran, terdapat 142 artikel penelitian, kemudian diinput ke dalam aplikasi VOSviewer dan dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui studi literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan setiap tahunnya. Dan berdasarkan hasil pemetaan menggunakan aplikasi VOSviewer, penelitian seputar Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS) terbagi menjadi 5 kluster dan 93 item. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil studi literature review, terdapat 6 tema utama seputar Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS).
