Abstract

This study explores the influence of Social Media Marketing on Intention to Enroll, mediated by Consumer Brand Engagement, Brand Awareness, and Brand Image at private universities in Jakarta and Tangerang. Data were collected from 175 respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results showed that Social Media Marketing has a significant positive influence on Consumer Brand Engagement, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Intention to Apply. Effective social media marketing is able to increase consumer engagement with the university brand, which is reflected in increased interaction, loyalty, and support for the brand. In addition, active social media marketing activities and relevant content were shown to increase prospective students' intention to enroll in private universities, making it an effective tool in influencing prospective students' decisions. The study also found that social media marketing increases brand awareness, allowing universities to reach more prospective students and establish more effective communication. Effective use of social media can strengthen brand image and build closer relationships with consumers. High consumer engagement with the brand increases brand awareness and a positive brand image, which contributes to an increased desire to enroll. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of social media marketing strategies in increasing consumer engagement, brand awareness, brand image, and intention to enroll in private universities, especially in the post-pandemic context.

Abstract

As the retail industry for fresh produce in Indonesia becomes increasingly competitive, it creates an urgency for retailers to maintain relevant position in the market. Retailers need to cultivate loyal customers to ensure sustained performance and growth. Prima Freshmart, a specialized retailer that focuses on poultry products, is currently dealing with the challenge of having low customer loyalty rates based on the results of a preliminary survey. In order to understand how service quality, product quality, and brand image impact customer loyalty among Prima Freshmart's clientele, a study was conducted with 194 participants who completed questionnaires. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that service quality, product quality, and brand image have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty and acts as a mediator in the relationship between service quality, product quality, brand image, and customer loyalty. These discoveries offer potential guidance for Prima Freshmart's management to enhance service quality, product quality, and brand image in order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides valuable insights that can be applied to both theoretical and practical aspects of customer retention strategies in the retail sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes user sentiment towards Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Indonesia using the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Data was collected using web scraping and processed with TF-IDF to convert text into numerical representations. Sentiment was determined using the NLP BERT model. The K-Means Clustering method was used to group negative tweets based on content similarity. The data consists of 6.000 negative tweets. The analysis identified three main clusters: technical issues (network disruptions, high prices, slow connections), customer service and interactions, and communication and customer satisfaction. Inter-cluster distances were: Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 (0.460), Cluster 1 and Cluster 3 (0.349), Cluster 2 and Cluster 3 (0.341). Intra-cluster variations were: Cluster 1 (0.140), Cluster 2 (0.113), Cluster 3 (0.064). Managerial implications include the need to improve technical service quality, customer service responsiveness, and billing transparency. The study's limitations include the limited amount of data and potential bias. Future research is suggested to use regression models to predict customer satisfaction based on complaint patterns and user sentiment.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore how the performance of employees at PT. XYZ is influenced by their workload, motivation, and the environment in which they work. This research utilises quantitative methods by administering surveys to employees across different sectors, with a total of 108 participants. The gathered information was analysed using model assessment and structural equation modelling through SmartPLS 4.1.0.2. According to the data analysis, the performance of employees at PT. XYZ is influenced by the amount of work they have, their motivation levels, and the environment they work in. The findings suggest that motivation and work environment play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance, whereas workload does not seem to have a significant detrimental impact. The results of this research can offer important perspectives, proof, and understanding to scholars and personnel managers. Organizations can establish a strong workforce that helps achieve the best organizational objectives by introducing methods to supervise workload, boost work drive, and enhance the work atmosphere. It is recommended that personnel managers create guidelines concentrating on controlling workload, hiring, education, drive, and enhancing possibilities while promoting a forward-thinking attitude among workers. These measures will promote creativity, cognitive flexibility, punctuality, and enhance worker effectiveness and results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relationship quality and information sharing on supplier performance at PT XYZ. The study examines eight hypotheses, including the impact of trust, commitment, satisfaction with the organization, satisfaction with pricing, satisfaction with communication, information sharing on supplier loyalty, supplier communication, and supplier quality. The research method used is a survey with questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents from PT XYZ's supplier companies. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that commitment has a positive impact on information sharing. Satisfaction with the organization and satisfaction with pricing were also found to have a positive impact on information sharing. Information sharing significantly enhances supplier loyalty, supplier communication, and supplier quality. However, the influence of trust and satisfaction with communication on information sharing was not proven significant. These findings reinforce the importance of building high-quality relationships and effective information sharing in improving supplier performance. The managerial implications of this study include strategies to maintain and enhance high performance, resource optimization, simple monitoring, and focusing on improving high-interest, low-performance areas. This study also identifies several limitations and provides suggestions for future research.

Abstract

The aims this study is to analyze the effect of work-life balance, career development, and compensation on turnover intention in Generation Z in e-commerce marketplace companies in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative method, where primary data is collected through online questionnaires from 161 generation Z employees in Jabodetabek e-commerce companies. The data were analyzed using smartPLS 4.1.0.2 to test the research hypotheses. Based on the analysis, it was found that work-life balance and career development have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of Generation Z employees in Jabodetabek e-commerce companies. Meanwhile, compensation has a negative but insignificant effect on the turnover intention of Generation Z employees in the same company. However, this research model does not explain well and has weak predictive ability on turnover intention (R²=0.131, Q²=0.073), so it needs to be tested further with a larger population and additional independent variables. This study can help the management of e-commerce marketplace companies to continue to evaluate compensation, improve career development programs, and offer work flexibility to increase the loyalty of generation Z employees.

Abstract

Technological advancements and the growth of e-commerce have increased the complexity of supply chain management, making it more vulnerable to disruptions. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted this vulnerability, leading organizations to reassess traditional risk management approaches and emphasize collaborative partnerships to enhance supply chain value. This study aims to evaluate the impact of Customer Relationship (CR), Quality of Information Sharing (QIS), Strategic Supplier Partnership (SSP), Postponement (P), Top Management Knowledge Value (TMKV), and Knowledge Sharing Practice (KSP) on Organizational Performance (OP), with Inbound and Outbound Open Innovation (IOI and OOI) as mediating variables. Data was collected from 164 professionals in Jakarta using the Purposive Sampling method through online questionnaires on Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study show that all independent variables positively affect organizational performance, although not all of these effects are significant. This indicates that effective integration between Supply Chain Management strategies and Open Innovation can improve organizational performance. TMKV has a significant positive impact on KSP, KSP also has a significant positive impact on IOI, IOI has a significant positive impact on OP, and KSP mediated by IOI is proven to have a significant positive effect in supporting OP, while OOI mediation is not proven. This study is not intended to generalize a theory due to the limitations in sample size, industry, and geographical area.
