Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of index volatility, changes in market capitalization, volume, momentum and liquidity on the difference between net asset value (NAV) return with the benchmark indexreturn of ETFs in Indonesia individually. The sample from this study amounted to 19 ETFs with purposive sampling method for the period 1 January – 30 June 2020. The analytical tool used was multiple regression with time series data. The results of this study include that the volatility of the benchmark index is a significant factor for the six sample ETFs. Meanwhile, changes in market capitalization are not a significant factor affecting tracking error.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aliansi terhadap faktor ketangkasan, adaptasi, ketahanan dan kinerja rantai pasokan dalam industri otomotif dengan tranformational digital sebagai moderator. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei kepada 167 supply chain director, manager dan supervisor. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan 45 indikator dalam kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert 1-5 dan didistribusikan dengan purposive sampling method. Penelitian mencoba mengalisis rantai pasok industri otomotif di area Jakarta dan Tangerang. Analisis dalam penelitan ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) - Partially Least Squares (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan manajemen aliansi / Alliance Management Capability (AMC) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketangkasan rantai pasokan / Supply Chain Agility (SCA), kemampuan beradaptasi rantai pasokan / Supply Chain Adaptability (SCAA) , ketahanan rantai pasokan / Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) dan kinerja rantai pasokan / Supply Chain Performance (SCP) . Sedangkan transformasi digital / Digital Tranformation (DT) terbukti signifikan memediasi hubungan antara Alliance Management Capability dengan Supply Chain Ability, Agility, Risilience dan Performance. Mengingat lingkup penelitian yang hanya terbatas pada industri otomotif di area Jakarta dan Tangerang, hasil penelitian ini tidak untuk digeneralisasikan sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian sejenis di industri yang lain. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Manajemen Aliansi , Ketangkasan Rantai Pasokan, Kemampuan Beradaptasi Rantai Pasokan , Ketahanan Rantai Pasokan , dan Tranformasi Digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan pasien dan kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien terhadap brand image di Klinik Cube Dental. Dalam industri kesehatan yang berkembang pesat, loyalitas pasien menjadi tujuan strategis karena berdampak pada keberlanjutan operasional, reputasi, dan stabilitas keuangan fasilitas kesehatan. Loyalitas ini dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, citra klinik, dan kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Klinik Cube Dental, sebagai salah satu penyedia layanan kesehatan gigi di Jakarta Selatan, berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna memenuhi harapan pasien dan mempertahankan loyalitas mereka. Citra klinik yang positif, pelayanan inovatif, serta strategi pemasaran yang tepat menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, yang pada akhirnya memengaruhi intensi kunjungan ulang. Dengan persiapan menuju akreditasi, Klinik Cube Dental perlu mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pasien sebagai indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berdampak pada keberhasilan manajerial dan operasionalnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke Klinik Cube Dental dengan jumlah sampel 248 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Likert point 1-5 dan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien terhadap lotalitas pasien. Terdapat pengaruh antara loyalitas pasien dan kepercayaan pasien dengan brand image. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun brand image yang kuat untuk mempertahankan kesetiaan pasien dalam lingkungan bisnis kesehatan yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas perawatan dan niat berhenti bekerja terhadap hasil negative pasien terhadap kepuasan kerja di RSGM Moestopo. Kompetensi dan kepemimpinan  manajer rumah sakit menentukan kemajuan dan masa depan rumah sakit. Dalam hal ini, pemimpin sebuah  fasilitas kesehatan seperti rumah sakit harus memiliki sistem dan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke RSGM Moestopo dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Likert point 1-5 dan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh Kualitas perawatan dan Turnover intention terhadap hasil negatif pasien. Kualitas perawatan dan Turnover intention berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas perawatan, dan niat berhenti bekerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil negatif pasien di RSGM Moestopo, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of operations and collaboration on private clinic policies and their impact on clinic performance. Performance indicators include operational efficiency, service quality, and patient satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved health workers and management in private clinics in Jakarta. Data analysis shows that good operations and collaboration have a significant effect on clinic policies, which are mediated by human resource management. The results of the study provide strategic insights for clinic managers to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and ownership structure on bank value, with Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) as a mediating variable, in the context of climate-conscious banking in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used with panel data from 10 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2015–2024. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression and mediation tests. The results show that ownership structure has a significant positive effect on bank value, both directly and indirectly through a decrease in NPLs. This finding confirms that NPLs have a strong negative effect on bank value (measured by Price to Book Value/PBV) and act as a partial mediator. Conversely, ESG factors have no significant effect on NPLs or PBV, indicating that ESG implementation in Indonesian banks is still symbolic and has not yet had a tangible impact. The implications of this study are the importance of strengthening governance and risk management through ownership oversight, as well as the need for more concrete ESG implementation to improve the performance and long-term resilience of the banking sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan medis terhadap niat kunjungan ulang pasien di unit pelayanan rawat jalan dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit DKH Kedungwarining Bekasi menggunakan aplikasi google form yang melibatkan 175 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berisi 30 pertanyaan dengan Skala Likert 1 – 5. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan metode Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasiskan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil R2 menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk kualitas pelayanan medis terhadap kepuasan pasien, kualitas pelayanan medis terhadap kepercayaan pasien, kepuasan pasien terhadap niat kunjungan ulang, kepercayaan pasien terhadap niat kunjungan ulang, kualitas pelayanan medis terhadap niat kunjungan ulang pasien dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien, dan kualitas pelayanan medis terhadap niat kunjungan ulang pasien dengan dimediasi oleh kepercayaan medis semuanya memiliki p value < 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesa menunjukan semua hasil menunjukan hubungan positif dan signfikan, menandakan semua hipotesis didukung. Sebagai kesimpulan, kualitas pelayanan medis yang baik merupakan faktor penting untuk kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien, yang juga berdampak positif terhadap niat kunjungan ulang pasien.

Abstract

The growth of Indonesia’s creative economy offers significant opportunities for young generations to become entrepreneurs and contribute to the national economy. However, many students still lack the understanding and hands-on experience needed to transform creative ideas into real business opportunities. In response to this, the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH FEB) initiated the Creativepreneur Workshop: Turning Creativity into Business Opportunities at Sekolah Dian Harapan (SDH) Makassar. This workshop is designed to introduce the fundamentals of creative entrepreneurship, foster innovative thinking, and provide practical experience through the creation of simple, marketable products. Additionally, it offers insights on leveraging digital technology and social media for marketing while connecting students with experienced creative business practitioners. The program aims to inspire and equip young people to develop a courageous, adaptive, and entrepreneurial mindset that is capable of creating business opportunities from an early stage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relationship quality and information sharing on supplier performance at PT XYZ. The study examines eight hypotheses, including the impact of trust, commitment, satisfaction with the organization, satisfaction with pricing, satisfaction with communication, information sharing on supplier loyalty, supplier communication, and supplier quality. The research method used is a survey with questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents from PT XYZ's supplier companies. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that commitment has a positive impact on information sharing. Satisfaction with the organization and satisfaction with pricing were also found to have a positive impact on information sharing. Information sharing significantly enhances supplier loyalty, supplier communication, and supplier quality. However, the influence of trust and satisfaction with communication on information sharing was not proven significant. These findings reinforce the importance of building high-quality relationships and effective information sharing in improving supplier performance. The managerial implications of this study include strategies to maintain and enhance high performance, resource optimization, simple monitoring, and focusing on improving high-interest, low-performance areas. This study also identifies several limitations and provides suggestions for future research.

Abstract

Technological advancements and the growth of e-commerce have increased the complexity of supply chain management, making it more vulnerable to disruptions. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted this vulnerability, leading organizations to reassess traditional risk management approaches and emphasize collaborative partnerships to enhance supply chain value. This study aims to evaluate the impact of Customer Relationship (CR), Quality of Information Sharing (QIS), Strategic Supplier Partnership (SSP), Postponement (P), Top Management Knowledge Value (TMKV), and Knowledge Sharing Practice (KSP) on Organizational Performance (OP), with Inbound and Outbound Open Innovation (IOI and OOI) as mediating variables. Data was collected from 164 professionals in Jakarta using the Purposive Sampling method through online questionnaires on Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study show that all independent variables positively affect organizational performance, although not all of these effects are significant. This indicates that effective integration between Supply Chain Management strategies and Open Innovation can improve organizational performance. TMKV has a significant positive impact on KSP, KSP also has a significant positive impact on IOI, IOI has a significant positive impact on OP, and KSP mediated by IOI is proven to have a significant positive effect in supporting OP, while OOI mediation is not proven. This study is not intended to generalize a theory due to the limitations in sample size, industry, and geographical area.
