Abstract

According to UU No. 26 of 2007, zoning laws are one of the mechanisms for regulating spatial usage. Supporting tools that are in line with the characteristics and social dynamics of the community are required, specifically through the development of mobile applications, in order to increase public awareness of how space is used and the active participation of the community in monitoring the use of space. The Global Positioning System (GPS) output on an Android mobile device will be compared with the zoning area using this application. Map-Matching, which compares the path geometries of two sources, is the technique employed. using adapting the projected raw position using GPS to the closest zoning segment, the Map-Matching method matches maps. This application is intended to provide information on spatial use zoning regulations, which include clauses governing the use of space and the space envelope that must, may, and may not apply. On the basis of the Payakumbuh City Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR), application testing was done there. This program uses a map matching method to determine coordinates for spatial use zoning and has a responsive web client server approach

Abstract

Application Store is a platform where users can download several applications and games. Users also can provide comments about related applications. These comments made as evaluation material for developers, who have not yet developed applications in the future. In previous studies, an application user assessment has been carried out based on existing taxonomies such as feature requests, information provision, information retrieval, and problem discovery by using Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Analysis (TA) and Sentiment Analysis (SA). In this study, we propose a model using Topic Modelling (TM) and Minority Synthetic Over-Sampling Technique (SMOTE) to improve classification results. Making user reviews that previously ignored can be taken into consideration for developers in conducting software development. Topic modelling will generate list of topics that representing each review and SMOTE method can overcome the amount of imbalanced data on several tables. Abstract

The behavior of people who often litter is one of the factors that affect environmental cleanliness. For this reason, an innovative tool is needed, namely the Smart Trash Can that is able to manage waste using a water sensor and determine the capacity and distance of the waste object using an ultrasonic sensor and can perform automatic control of the type of waste using a servo output. This Smart Trash can make it easier for users to manage waste on a small scale. How this tool works uses NodeMCU as a microcontroller to retrieve data generated by rain sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and micro servos. Because NodeMCU already has a wifi module, the data is sent to telegram for garbage notification and communication between trash bins.

Abstract

Ganja (Cannabis Sativa) sebagai jenis narkoba terbanyak dikonsumsi dengan persentase sebesar 56,7% dimana penyalahgunaan ganja menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif salah satunya penurunan kerja otak sehingga akan mengalami reaksi halusinasi, ilusi, gangguan berpikir, perubahan perasaan secara tiba – tiba dan menimbulkan efek kecanduan. Tingginya kasus menimbulkan beberapa kendala seperti pengadaan alat yang mahal dalam proses pencarian. Maka dirancanglah sebuah alat E-Nose untuk mendeteksi ganja yang mana sistem ini akan meniru fungsi dari indera penciuman (hidung) pada manusia. Pada penilitian ini akan melakukan pengolahan data ganja yang telah terkumpul untuk menentukan model pendeteksian ganja dengan membandingkan dua buah metode klasifikasi yaitu algoritma Random Forest dan Decision Tree untuk menentukan klasifikasi yang terbaik dalam menghasilkan akurasi pengklasifikasian model untuk mendeteksi ganja. Hasil akurasi model yang diperoleh dari algoritma Random Forest adalah sebesar 100% dimana model yang dihasilkan dapat mengklasifikasikan secara benar sampel ganja kering dan bukan ganja. Pada algoritma Decision Tree menghasilkan akurasi sebanyak 70% secara benar pada ganja kering.

Abstract

Every pregnancy has a different level of risk. Many pregnant women do not know the risks of their pregnancy so that it can cause death for the baby or for the pregnant woman. Therefore we need an expert system that can help detect early risks of these pregnancies. The use of the Poedji Rochjati Score Card in determining high risk pregnancies with reference to the values contained in the Poedji Rochjati Score. With the design of this expert system, it is hoped that it can help pregnant women in knowing the early risks of the pregnancy they are carrying, whether they have a high risk or not for their pregnancy. The use of the Certainty Factor and Forward Chaining methods in making an expert system is expected to assist in making decisions later for pregnant women who will carry out the delivery process so as to avoid risky pregnancies and can carry out treatment quickly and precisely. The test results from the high-risk pregnancy screening expert system from the data tested using the Certainty Factor method are 100%, while the Forward Chaining accuracy rate is 80%.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology is also widely applied in various fields with various needs. Innovations will continue to be developed to create even more efficient technologies for various fields. Based on data from. Various sectors, such as education, business, tourism, to the agricultural sector, widely use websites. There are various implementations or applications of technological developments in agriculture, one of which is the application of calculating an agricultural product—tea production in Kaligua in 2018 experienced ups and downs due to less stable weather conditions. Calculations in determining an agricultural product can use several calculation methods, one of which is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's fuzzy method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In Tsukamoto's method, every consequence has a rule in the form of IF-THEN that must be represented in a fuzzy set with a monotone arrangement function. So this requires a system that can produce predictions in tea production in Kaligua tea plantations to meet market needs. The solution offered is a production prediction system in Kaligua plantations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The prediction results obtained in this study were a 36% increase in tea sales production.
