Abstract

Al-Qur’an Kindergarten (TKA) and Al-Qur’an Education Park (TPA) are non-formal religious education institutions emphasizing studying Islamic values. The development of society necessitates institutions that hold TKA/TPA-related information promptly and correctly. Currently, technology is required to aid an institution in maintaining data and providing TKA/TPA-related information. The data information system aims to provide data for the TKA/TPA coordination agency and ensure the implementation of the administrative order to assure the operational and development sustainability of the IT-based TKA/TPA operating regions. This research intends to develop a web-based information system that can handle the data of students and teachers to reduce the number of errors due to manual data management. A web-based application system for student and teacher data information in TPA in Kasihan was developed utilizing the CodeIgniter framework, the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, the MySQL database, the SDLC method, and the Prototype model. Due to its superiority, the website was selected as the application’s foundation since it is lightweight and could be accessed rapidly using a web browser and an internet or intranet connection to the server. This study has produced a web-based application constructed successfully and could be utilized as a data information system for TPA students and teachers in Bantul.

Abstract

All public and private universities perform new student admission each year, with the number of applicants reaching the thousands. Prospective new students who intend to continue and meet the higher education criteria must re-register according to the university’s timetable after enrolling through their selected pathway and being pronounced passed. Due to the movement of prospective students to different departments or universities, the number of applications typically does not match the number of individuals who have re-registered. If the probability of a new student candidate departing can be discovered early, higher education management can take the necessary steps to retain the prospective student. Data mining and the Naïve Bayes algorithm were employed to analyze the data. The information was extracted from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta’s database of Information Technology freshmen applicants for 2016-2017. Microsoft Excel, RapidMiner, and SQL Server 2014 Management Studio were utilized.

Abstract

Manual processing at the Semoga Jaya Store troubles the owner. This issue necessitates an information system that the business owner and customers can access immediately, at any time, and from any location. The system must offer precise, fast, and accurate information on the available stock. Hence, this study created a web-based information system designed with the Hypertext Processor (PHP) programming language and the MySQL database. The system could ease the store’s financial data management, offer information on its stock, and facilitate customers to discover information on the goods. This research involved needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Functional testing was conducted on this stock list information system, revealing that it could facilitate data processing and provide information effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

A school’s payment administration management system is crucial for its well-being because all activities require payment administration to run successfully. The administration department is responsible for managing the payment, including recording payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP) and other contribution fees and generating reports. Unfortunately, these tasks are carried out manually and have not been digitized, resulting in the possibility of erroneous data and a lengthy recording procedure. Accordingly, it necessitates developing a web-based system for school payment administration management to decrease the risk of payment and recording errors. Laravel was utilized as the application’s framework, with PHP as the language. Database management system employed MySQL. Observation, interviews, and system analysis were performed to create a web application. This application could resolve issues, making payment data recapitulation more effective and efficient while reducing the risk of data inaccuracy

Abstract

Heart health is a basic human right and a crucial component of global health justice. In an ever-more-advanced age, every task becomes simple due to science, technology, and information development. However, certain tasks are still performed manually. Therefore, innovation in computerized system design is required. The human heart area calculation was performed by combining image processing and deep learning techniques. Deep learning is a scientific subfield of machine learning, while image segmentation is a step in image processing. This study employed the U-Net segmentation method to identify different stages of heart area calculation. U-Net could conduct image segmentation with the small training dataset accurately. This study’s population consisted of 800 chest X-ray images obtained from the Kaggle website, with human hearts as the sample. The findings revealed that the training data with the U-Net architecture model acquired an accuracy of 09.98. However, the testing data accuracy was still determined manually. In this work, the U-Net model employed an input shape measuring 256x256, a kernel size of 3x3, and 50 epochs.
