Abstract

Barepan Village is one of the villages in Cawas sub-district, Klaten, Central Java. In 2017 Barepan Village has owned a new building as a means of village administration and obtains assets that support the implementation of government such as computers, tables, chairs, and others. However, asset management is currently not going well and does not have a unique asset database to facilitate the management and tracking of its assets. This caused the difficulty of conducting asset track which made it difficult for asset managers to know the condition of the asset was right, damaged or lost. Therefore, an information system is needed which has the objective to be able to run the business process of asset management to be neat and structured so that asset managers can efficiently manage and track assets. The process of designing an Asset Management Information System using the waterfall model software development method begins with needs analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. From the design stage, it was then created with Code Igniter in the form of a PHP framework with the MVC concept so that a website-based Information System with the MVC concept was produced. Verification and validation are then carried out to determine the suitability of the system design with the Asset Management Information System final results that have been made. Finally, an asset information system can be obtained that fits your needs and archives assets well.

Abstract

BADKO merupakan lembaga pembina dan pengembangan pendidikan Al-Qur’an di lingkungan Provinsi DIY yang memiliki wahana pembinaan dan pengajaran dalam bidang pendidikan Al-Qur’an terutama untuk kalangan anak-anak melalui unit Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Qur’an (TKA) dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA), dengan gerakan M5A yaitu membaca, menulis, memahami, dan mengamalkan Al-Qur’an. BADKO TKA-TPA Kabupaten Bantul mempunyai visi “Menyongsong masa depan Islam yang gemilang dengan menyebarluaskan kesejukan Al-Qur’an”. Sedangkan tujuannya adalah mengkoordinir, membina dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan TKA-TPA di Kabupaten Bantul. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan proses koordinasi menjadi terganggu. Beberapa masalah yang ada di lapangan antara lain dalam proses pengambilan data. Pengurus BADKO TKA-TPA sering mengalami hambatan antara lain; pengetahuan admin tentang penggunaan system informasi yang masih sangat terbatas, koneksi jaringan yang buruk, system informasi yang dianggap masih kurang user friendly bagi user dengan usia > 40 tahun dan juga kendala user yang merasa kesulitan saat menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis web. Sebagian besar user merasa lebih nyaman jika sistem dibuat dalam versi android. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengembangan sistem informasi BADKO dari level kecamatan menjadi level kabupaten dan membuat webview berbasis android. Metode yang dilakukan berupa koordinasi , observasi, studi literatur dan dokumentasi.hasil akhir dari pengabdian berupa webview berbasis android.

Abstract

Dalam era modern saat ini, proses pembelajaran Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Qur’an (TKA) – Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Al Iman masih berlangsung walaupun di tengah-tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum selesai. TKA-TPA Al-Iman dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya masih dilakukan dengan pola standar di mana keberadaan ustadz dan santri akan berinteraksi dengan santri. Pertemuan di masa pandemi ini dilakukan blended dengan langsung tatap muka dan penugasan kepada santri. Permasalahan yang dialami adalah manajemen TKA-TPA masih dilakukan dengan pola pencatatan manual baik untuk rekap capaian pembelajaran berupa kenaikan jilid Iqro, hafalan maupun dalam aktivitas membaca Al Quran. Pencatatan manual lain adalah pada beberapa proses di antaranya pembayaran iuran, pencatatan infak santri, transport untuk ustadz dan item pembayaran lainnya. Proses ini sangat tidak menarik di mana perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat seharusnya memudahkan kerja manajemen dan bisa melihat laporan rekap data yang cepat untuk mendukung keputusan dalam memajukan kegiatan TKA-TPA. Solusi yang ingin dicapai adalah adanya Sistem Informasi (SI) dalam melakukan manajemen untuk memudahkan proses akademik dan pencatatan transaksi keuangan demi majunya TKA-TPA sebagai pilar dasar pendidikan generasi Qurani. Dengan adanya SI TKA-TPA akan meningkatkan manajemen dan ikut berkontribusi dalam pengelolaan TKA-TPA, sehingga akan mampu memperbaiki bekal generasi yang lebih cerdas baik dalam agama dan akhlak budi pekerti.

Abstract

English has been globally used for communication and studied by almost all countries. Therefore, understanding and being able to communicate in English is crucial. A lot of English learning is currently delivered using the lecture method, but there is no medium for learning English vocabulary in an application. This study aims to create a Fun English Vocabulary Card game to improve children’s English vocabulary. To design the learning model, the design of use case and activity diagrams was utilized. Based on the pre-test and post-test results, this game significantly increased children’s English vocabulary. The average pre-test score was 43.625, and the average post-test score was 95, which indicates that the educational game application could improve users’ knowledge and understanding of English vocabulary.

Abstract

Anatomy learning methods are still dominated by using books, in which the material is presented in pictures and writings. The anatomy learning method using books is carried out by redrawing parts and memorizing the location and its terms. Thus, students have difficulties when they forget and want to find terms on the anatomy because it is uneasy and takes a long time. This research aims to create a system to study anatomy, especially dental anatomy, through an android-based application, and provide ease of anatomy of tooth learning using Mayer’s principle of multimedia learning on application. Based on system testing and user testing results, this application can be used as a medium of information and learning about tooth anatomy. It is evidenced by black-box testing and questionnaire results.

Abstract

Nowadays, young Muslims are so busy with their needs in Dunya (this World) that they overlook the importance of preparing for life in Akhirah (the Hereafter). Afterall, one of the teaching in Islam is to prioritize the Akhirah than the Dunya. Because of the lack of awareness, many young Muslims neglect their religious duties such as Sholat or reciting al-Qur’an. To help introduce, teach, and remind them the concept of balancing life in Dunya and Akhirah, a solution that can pique their interest is a necessity. Therefore, this paper explain the development process of serious game to teach the concept of Dunya and Akhirah. The game implements the main mission and hidden mission that resemble Dunya and Akhirah responsibility respectively. The game’s effectivity was then evaluated with pre-test and post-test method. The result suggested that the game can increase the player’s knowledge in Dua and awareness in Dunya and Akhirah. This shows the potential of the game as learning media.

Abstract

English is the language of international communication, which is why most countries in the world learn it. Therefore, we need to understand and be capable of communicating in English. Today’s English learning is mostly delivered by a lecture method. Moreover, there is no English vocabulary learning media in the form of application. Therefore, this research aims to develop a game application called “Find the Object” to help elementary school students learn English vocabulary by making the learning process more fun and interesting. The pre-test, post-test, and poll results revealed that this game significantly succeeded in increasing the English vocabulary of elementary school students. It was proven through the values of tests tending to increase after playing this game, and students felt more interested in learning English vocabulary.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia periode tahun 2014-2019 mengembangkan konsep membangun Indonesia dari pinggir. Pembangunan Indonesia dari pinggiran yang berfokus pada pengembangan perdesaan dikuatkan dengan disahkannya UU tentang Desa. Perubahan paradigma pembangunan dan kewenangan desa dari kewenangan di bidang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, pelaksanaan pembangunan desa, pembinaan masyarakat desa, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa membutuhkan dukungan sistem informasi desa. Sistem Informasi Desa bahkan telah secara eksplisit tersurat dalam UU Desa, yaitu pada pasal 86 tentang Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Desa dan Pembangunan Kawasan Perdesaan. Pengelolaan Pemerintahan Desa dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Desa telah menjadi kebutuhan mendasar, sehingga pada pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan implementasi Sistem Informasi Desa di Desa Barepan, Kecamatan Cawas, Kabupaten Klaten. Sistem ini dapat membantu desa untuk menyebarkan informasi ke seluruh stakeholder di desa dan dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan desa, yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam aktivitas pelayanan masyarakat, pengelolaan potensi desa, promosi keunggulan desa, dan transparansi pembangunan desa.

Abstract

BADKO (Coordination Agency) TKA-TPA Bantul Regency is an institution that aims to coordinate, foster, and improve the quality of the management of TKA-TPA in Bantul Regency. The management of TKA-TPA in Bantul Regency is currently using a web-based information system but still requires evaluation to improve its management. Some problems that exist in the field, among others, in the data collection process, the BADKO TKA-TPA Management often encounter obstacles, among others; access to information regarding data collection is often late, admin's knowledge of the use of information systems is still very limited, network connections are sometimes a problem when filling in data using a PC or laptop, and information systems that are considered less user friendly for users. The BADKO information system has previously been developed in the first and second years of service based on a website and webview. Development up to the webview level is still lacking, because it still won't be able to match the Android-based system. This third year of service, will focus on developing mobile app information systems using the android platform. The consideration of developing applications from the web to android is because almost all admins under BADKO use android smartphones

Abstract

Pengelolaan data relawan donor darah dan layanan administrasi kegiatan donor darah merupakan layanan berhubungan langsung dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Layanan administrasi dapat berupa peyiapan data pendonor dan koordinasi kegiatan donor darah. Saat ini, pengelolaan layanan donor darah di Paguyuban Kanca Donor Cawas dilakukan secara manual dan dikoordinasikan melalui media sosial. Koordinasi yang dilakukan melalui medsos tersebut seringkali tertimpa oleh aktivitas-aktivitas yang lain. Hal ini mengakibatkan kelambatan deteksi pendonor yang dalam kondisi siap untuk mendonorkan darahnya dan koordinasi lainnya yang lambat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, program ini bertujuan meningkatkan tertib administrasi sehingga layanan meningkat dengan mengembangkan aplikasi pengelolaan donor darah. Metode pelaksanaan program ini terdiri dari 5 (lima) tahapan yaitu persiapan kebutuhan sistem, perencanaan aplikasi, pembangunan dan pengujian sistem, training penggunaan aplikasi, dan evaluasi program. Dengan pembangunan aplikasi pengelolaan donor darah, dapat diketahui data semua anggota relawan donor darah, juga dapat diketahui kondisinya apakah dalam kondisi yang sudah siap donor atau tidak saat akan diperlukan dan tersedia fitur untuk melakukan koordinasi
