Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Sistem Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Umum Kementerian Tenaga Kerja; Pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil regresi Pengembangan kinerja SDM pada regresi diperoleh nilai Y = 22,065 + 0,392 nilai konstanta 22,065. Jika koefisien regresi X1 (Pengembangan SDM) meningkat satu satuan dengan asumsi variabel independen lainnya tetap maka Y (Kinerja Karyawan) meningkat sebesar 0,392. Nilai korelasi Human Development sebesar 0,434 terlihat bahwa tingkat korelasi variabel Human Resource Development berada pada kategori sedang atau sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi r2 atau R square sebesar 0,189 hal ini berarti kinerja 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh sisa Pengembangan SDM yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Reward System secara parsial berpengaruh lemah terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil regresi Sistem Reward terhadap regresi kinerka diperoleh nilai Y = 31,712 + 0,030 X2 nilai konstanta 31,712. Jika koefisien regresi X2 (Reward System) meningkat satu satuan dengan asumsi variabel independen lainnya tetap maka Y (Kinerja Karyawan) meningkat sebesar 0,030. Nilai korelasi untuk variabel Reward System adalah 0,054. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat korelasi dalam kategori rendah. Nilai koefisien determinasi r2 atau R Square sebesar 0,3 hal ini berarti kinerja 3% dipengaruhi oleh sisa konflik yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Regional Population Family Planning Board is an institution / agency that functions to control the population by providing information on contraceptives to the community to form family planning. Family Planning is a government program designed to balance the needs of life and population. The family planning program is carried out by the government so that the family as the smallest unit of national life accepts the Norms of a Happy and Prosperous Small Family which is oriented towards balanced growth. To support this goal, it is necessary to collect data on fertile age couples. The fertile age couples data collection activity that was previously carried out manually is an administrative process as well as routine activities carried out. Based on the reality on the ground, the fertile age couples data collection which is carried out manually is deemed ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a Family Planning Management Information System, among others, for online fertile age couples data collection with the aim of creating transparency in fertile age couples data and facilitating data collection on participants of fertile, targeted, and quality family planning couples. The place of research is the Regional Population Family Planning Board Curugkembar Sukabumi District. From the results of the application of the Family Planning Management Information System, it can be concluded that: The application of a Web-based Family Planning Management Information System at the Regional Family Planning Population Board, facilitates and speeds up data processing. The system also allows setting the service schedule and control. In designing a web-based Management Information System program, it minimizes the possibility of errors in the data entry process for fertile age couples on family planning. With the implementation of this Management Information System, delays in making reports will be minimized every month.

Effect Of Organizational Citizenship Behavior And Employee Motivation To Employees Performance PT Batara Titian Kencana (Xtrans) Branch Menteng - Jakarta Pusat. Based on the results of research conducted on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Batara Titian Kencana (XTRANS) Menteng Branch - Central Jakarta, the writer can draw the following conclusion: 1. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance PT Batara Titian Kencana Xtrans showed a correlation coefficient of 0.736 which means a strong influence between OCB on employee performance, while the diversity of respondents based on OCB variables that have been studied by the authors are dominated by indicators to colleagues who do not understand I am willing to tell about how the use of work tools yag well and true in carrying out all the work we do. 2. Motivation and Performance of employees of PT Batara Titian Kencana Xtrans showed a correlation coefficient of 0.711 which means a strong influence between work morivation variable on employee performance, while the diversity of respondents based on motivation variables that have been studied by the writer dominated by indicators I always try to improve work productivity . 3. In the result of correlation analysis between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Work Motivation to Employee Performance is strong and significant, it is shown figure in table R = 0,736. So it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between OCB variables work motivation together to employee performance. That is, employees can provide the best for companies or organizations, thus will affect both the performance of the employees themselves. This study aims to analyze whether advertising and selling prices have an effect on product sales. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that advertising and selling prices have a significant effect on product sales partially or simultaneously.The method used in this research is to do literature and field research. While the analysis model used is multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, multiple determination coefficient analysis, t-test statistical analysis and f-test hypothesis testing analysis and the method uses the SPSS-21 assistance program.Results Based on the research, it can be seen that the effect of Advertising and Selling Prices on Product Sales, either partially or simultaneously has a positive and significant effect. Influence Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline Against Employee Performance PT. Charoen Popkhand Indonesia Tbk (CPI). This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline Against Employee Performance PT. Charoen Popkhand Indonesia Tbk (CPI).Sample response taken by purposive sampling method where samples taken as much as 55 respondents from 55 Employees of PT. Charoen Popkhand Indonesia Tbk (CPI). The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing is done by using F test and t test.The results of this study show that partially, Leadership variables have a low and insignificant effect on employee performance, Compensation has an effect on and Significantly to Employee Performance, Motivation influence and significant to Employee Performance Meanwhile, and Discipline also influential and significant to Employee Performance. Taken together, Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Discipline significant effect on Employee Performance PT. Charoen Popkhand Indonesia Tbk (CPI).Keywords: Employee Performance is instrument achievement that must be set by PT. Charoen Popkhand Indonesia Tbk (CPI).

Human resources have an important role for the company, because human resources are a combination of energy, physical, ideas, talents, knowledge, creativity and skills needed to move the company. An employee's performance is an important start for the creation of company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of placement and compensation on employee performance at PT Primavera International Jakarta. This research method is descriptive quantitative approach method, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing used the F test and t test. This study uses 80 respondents. From the results of the analysis, showing that the results of the F test / feasibility of the model, it was found that the significance value for the simultaneous influence of X1 and X2 on Y was 0,000 0.05 and the calculated F value was 7.297 F table 3.11 so that it could be concluded that H3 was accepted which means that there are simultaneously X1 and X2 influences on Y.Keywords : Placement, Compensation, Employee Performance.

The company always aims to increase the profit that it wants to obtain. one way to monitor the receivable turnover, can increase the company's business income. As well as always monitoring the supply of merchandise so that there is no deposition of manufactured goods. This study aims to determine the effect of operating revenue, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover against net income at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Net income comes from income, expense, profit and loss transactions. These transactions are summarized in the income statement. This study uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data on the financial statements of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. The technical analysis of the data used in this study is the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and f test) and the Determination Coefficient Test using SPSS version 24. From the results of the f test data analysis can be seen f count ftabel (29.152 19.16) with a significant value of 0.033 0.05 that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on net income. And partially (t test) variables of operating revenue and inventory turnover have a significant effect on net income but for accounts receivable turnover there is no significant effect on net income. Through testing the Determination Coefficient obtained Adjusted R Square (R2) of 94.4% net profit can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that operating revenue negatively affects net income, accounts receivable turnover has no effect on net income and inventory turnover has a positive effect on net income. While simultaneously the variables of business income, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a positive effect on net income.Keywords: Operating Revenue, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Net Income.

The Effect Of Work Environment And Compensation To Employee Performance On The Office Of Youth And Sports Dki Jakarta. Based on the results of this study explains that the influence of Work Environment on the performance of employees from the results of research values obtained Work Environment significantly influence Employee performance. The results of this study are supported by previous research conducted by Sugiarti (2012), Ferry Setiawan (2012), and I Putu Sedhana (2012) which said that the Work Environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study explains that the influence of compensation on the performance of employees from the results of compensation research has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study are supported by previous research conducted by Wayan Niko Susanta (2013), Agiel Puji Damayanti (2013) which said that Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study explained that the Work Environment and Compensation have a positive effect on the performance of employees from the results of research values obtained Work Environment and Compensation positively and significantly affect the performance of employees. The results of this study are supported by previous research conducted by Sugiarti (2012), Ferry Setiawan (2012), and I Putu Sedhana (2012) which said that the Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee performance, and this research is supported by previous research conducted by Wayan Niko Susanta (2013), Agiel Puji Damayanti (2013) who said that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the above research and previous research and the results of the coefficient of determination as a whole can be concluded that the variables Work Environment and Compensation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Employees On DKI Jakarta Youth and Sports Office.
