Abstract

Currently, the world is entering the industrial era 4.0, namely the creative economy industry which develops creative ideas. Changes in consumers, technological developments and a competitive climate require the industry to renew its strategy by making innovations and constructive efforts so that the creative industry must improve itself to be able to compete in local and global markets. The Batik industry is one of the industries that is interesting to be studied, this is because batik is one of the world cultural heritages from Indonesia which must be protected and preserved. Surakarta is one of the cities which is famous for its Batik characteristics. As a design-based cultural city, batik is one of the leading products. Batik Solo has been proposed as a design-based creative city to the United Nations (UNESCO). The object of the research taken is the batik industrial area in Kampung Batik Laweyan, because Laweyan is the origin of batik created in Surakarta. Competition in the national and world batik industry will affect business development, so it requires a special strategy in facing competition, as well as using a model to structure its business. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategic model of the Laweyan batik industry with a canvas model by describing the facts of the economic potential of the Laweyan Batik industry and alternative business strategies with a canvas model approach in facing competition and maintaining the existence of Kampung Batik Laweyan as a sustainable batik industry icon in Surakarta.Keywords: Batik Laweyan Surakarta, Model Canvas, Creative Industry

Abstract

Every organization has to improve their performance. This condition encourage companies to use information system to carry out its daily task. The implementation of information system in an organization will accelerate and simplify the completion of the task by every employee. This condition is expected to improve the performance of employees in the company.The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Financial Information System and Management to the improvement of performance allowance of non PNS employees at sub-district health center of Kramat Jati. This research is a quantitative research. The data analysis technique has been done by using simple refression analysis. It can be concluded from the result of the research that the implementation of accounting information system has significant and positive influence to the performance of the employees has been applied in the company properly, the performance of the employees in the company will be improved as well. The implementation of accounting information system is strongly influenced by the human resources who are owned by the company. The company should always conduct the competency of the human resource about information and technology. Competency and knowledge of the human resources is needed by the company in maximizing the use information technology.Keywords: Performance allowances, financial information systems, simple linear regression.

Abstract

Bank Is A Financial Intermediary Institution Generally Established With The Authority To Manage Money Deposits. In Giving Credit There Are Several Things That Are Associated With Good Faith (Willingness To Pay) And Ability To Pay (Ability To Pay). Having the Problem Formulation Above Analyzing the Influence of These Factors is Very Important, namely "The Influence of Principles (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition Of Economy) on Credit Decision Making at Pt. Bank Negara Indonesia Kcu Cibinong Year 2020", the theoretical basis used is the Theory of Credit Elements, Credit Provision Procedures, Identification, Legalization and Credit Realization Stages. This Research Uses Quantitative Methods With Results Showing That Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition Of Economy Has A Significant Coefficient Of 0.000 0.005 And Fcount 27.041 Ftable 3.33 It Can Be Concluded That Ha Stating With Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral , And The Condition Of Economy Simultaneously Significantly Affects Credit Decision Making. The Principle of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition Of Economy Has No Significant Influence on Credit Decision Making. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation and Profit Sharing Mudharabah Deposits at PT. Syariah Mandiri. Mudharabah deposits are fund deposits with a scheme of fund owners entrusting their funds to be managed by the bank with the results obtained divided between the fund owner and the bank with an agreed ratio from the beginning. Inflation is the tendency of prices to increase in general and continuously. Profit sharing is the amount of income received by the customer based on the profit provided by the bank. This research method is quantitative research with descriptive design. The research was conducted by looking for secondary data and the data used was time series data. The research data was processed by statistical analysis by classical assumption, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that inflation and profit sharing are simultaneously influential and significant to mudharabah deposits of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah. When tested partially, inflation has no effect and is not significant on mudharabah deposits of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah and the effect sharing and significant effect on mudharabah deposits of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah.From the research that has been carried out for Bank Mandiri Syariah, it is advisable to pay more attention to the company's management in determining the profit sharing policy for mudharabah deposits to be more competitive. Abstract

This research discusses how Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loan To Return On Asset At PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. This research is quantitative research in looking at the relation of variable to the object being studied more cause and effect. The Population and sample of this research is PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk using secondary data of quarterly financial report period of 2007 until 2016. The research data was processed using SPSS 21 with classical assumption test, descriptive statistic and hypothesis test. The results of this research suggest to maintain the bank's function properly and carefully in distributing credit to reduce the high value of NPLs (non-performing loans). Capital reserves need to be considered because the condition of a bank too solvable will make it difficult for the bank itself to gain profit, by reducing the CAR value along to increasing the amount of fund disbursement. Abstract

The more intense competition in the field of construction, making the company needs to pay attention to human factors in order to survive and compete with the labor in the field of construction services is to increase work productivity. If the employee productivity is low then the results of his work will decrease so that the target company is not achieved and the company is unable to compete. This research conducted in PT Hutama Karya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence and safety and health programs on employee work productivity. This research is associative research with causality relationship and quantitative approach by using linear regression analysis technique assisted with SPSS version 20 program. Competence and occupational safety and health variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity in employees from PT Hutama Karya Divisi Gedung. Significant influence is evidenced from the F value = 15.214 which means significant because greater than F table = 2.794. With a significance level of 0.000 which is much smaller than (0.05). Then the competence variable indicates that t value t table (3.562 2.010) or has a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05). And the occupational safety and health program (X2) shows that t value t table (2.258 2.010) or has a significance level of 0.028 (less than 0.05). Both of these variables each have a partial effect on employee productivity.Keywords: Competence, Occupational Safety, Health Program, Work Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The object of research chosen in this study was contract employees at PT. Mutiara Timur Raya. Data was collected through a questionnaire method that was filled independently of 110 respondents / all contract employees in the company using the census method. Measurement of exogenous and endogenous constructs was tested using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and the results showed that the full model feasibility test was within the range of expected values. The results of this study prove and give the conclusion that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance but not significant, (4) motivation has a positive effect on employee performance but is not significant, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (6) job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. Abstract

This research aims to update the analysis of the Internal control system of the sales cycle and the recipient of the cash against the control of accounts receivable On Cooperative Rukun Dwijo Tegal, which is very important for the progress of the cooperative. Cash is the object that is easily perverted for avoiding abuses then required the existence of an internal control system. This study uses qualitative methods, qualitative data is data in the form of words, schemes, drawings. The methods used in data retrieval is to interview, interview with Chief operations, data analysis and compare of the theory with the results of the data obtained. Examples of data taken among others: organizational structure, job description, internal policies, documentation, and internal control system flowchart sales cycle and the receipt of cash. Research results show that the division of tasks / responsibilities that are essential in the smooth running of the cooperative Rukun Dwijo Tegal. The sales system in cooperative Rukun Dwijo Tegal using cash sales system. The information is carried out by a cooperative Rukun Dwijo Tegal in record-keeping is already using the computer so that the resulting information is accurate and likely to occur in human error.Keywords: Internal control, sales, Cash Receipt and control of accounts receivable.
