Abstract

Corruption that still occurs a lot in Indonesia from year to year, even though it is shown in the perception index that has increased from year to year for the better, is still in a harmful situation for the country. At this time can observe, see and feel that law enforcement is in a position that is can not be trusted. The public questioned the performance of law enforcement officials in eradicating corruption, the spread of judicial mafia, violations of the law in assessing the APBN and APBD among bureaucracy. In 2018 the public was dumbfounded by the mass corruption committed by 41 members of the Malang City DPRD (Regional People's Representative Assembly) during 2018. Malang City is considered the ‘general champion' in the corruption category in the number of suspects. 6 of them have been tried at the Corruption Court at the Surabaya District Court and have been decided by the Panel of Judges as in Decision Number 119/Pid.Sus.TPK/2018/PN.Sby with different sentences. How is the application of the principle of equality before the law against perpetrators of Corruption in the jurisdiction of the corruption court at the Surabaya District Court against the Decision Number 119/Pid.Sus.TPK/2018/PN.Sby? Abstract

EDITORIAL Apart from being a journal that can publish scientific articles from all disciplines of science and technology, Aloha International Journal of Multidisciplinary Advancement (AIJMU) also opens opportunities for authors to publish scientific papers in various forms, both research and non-research articles; what is important is scientific and beneficial to the scientific community. One segment of the scientific community that is in dire need of important information from journals is diploma and undergraduate students. They really need basic level sciences, which can help them to complete their studies. Therefore, AIJMU invited lecturers and researchers to publish articles in tutorial form. The tutorial material is expected to be a new technique or procedure which is a scientific finding that needs to be introduced to the scientific community immediately, but it is also possible to publish other types of tutorials that are considered useful for the scientific community. As an article that is a practical guide, of course, it is likely that the size of the article is relatively long, so especially for tutorial articles, the number of words allowed is not limited, but it is hoped that the author uses a concise and simple presentation style. It is hoped that the tutorial articles published in this journal can really help practitioners, academics and students, who in turn can contribute to the development of science and technology in all disciplines of science and technology.

Abstract

The protection of aesthetic beauty clinic patients is important because of the increasing number and development of beauty clinic businesses, and the emergence of many problems and cases related to its implementation, as a result of implementing actions that are not in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. This raises the need for protection against health risks arising from losses for services in beauty clinics that are not in accordance with statutory regulations in the field of health law and consumer protection law. The state is obliged to provide protection related to the implementation of constitutional rights to legal protection and the right to health, so that beauty clinic business actors obey all applicable regulations related to its implementation, increasing the responsibility as a business actor towards its consumers. In reality, the phenomenon of this beauty clinic case is like an iceberg, large but not visible on the surface, because the majority of patients from the middle to upper economic class feel ashamed and do not want to bother reporting it, ideally organizing aesthetic beauty clinics is based on applicable laws and regulations. The state must be able to provide legal certainty and protection to aesthetic beauty clinic patients with good regulatory and institutional and risk litigation. Abstract

Most of the results of correlation analysis between variables are not equipped with visualization, so it is deemed necessary to explain how best to visualize the results of correlation analysis, especially for numerical variables. In this case, the best way to present correlations between numerical variables is a scatter diagram. If the points on the diagram are closer to the straight line, the higher the correlation coefficient, meaning that the degree of correlation is getting stronger. In this case, the positive correlation is indicated by the line from the lower left to the upper right. This visualization helps clarify the reader's understanding of the results of the correlation analysis, as well as being a valuable lesson for their similar research projects. Keywords: positive correlation; correlation coefficient; visualization; scatter diagram
