Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable. The type of research used was associative quantitative research locations at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. the results of this study are. Work Conflict has no significant negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on OCB. OCB has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through OCB. Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through OCB.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has changed the business landscape, forcing companies like PT Mazzoni Java Utama to continue to innovate. PT Mazzoni Java Utama, a manufacturer of sauces and condiments, has been relying on information and communication systems in its operations, although it still uses local systems that are not integrated. In an effort to increase productivity and efficiency, this company needs to adopt a centralized and integrated approach by integrating information and communication technology. This research uses a qualitative method with direct observation as the main approach. With the implementation of more advanced information and communication systems, it is expected that this project will result in significant improvements in productivity, operational cost savings, and reinforcing PT Mazzoni Java Utama's position in an increasingly competitive market. Better alignment between departments within the company, improved workflow, and faster decision-making capabilities are expected to be the positive impacts of this project. Thus, PT Mazzoni Java Utama is ready to face the challenges in the ever-changing and evolving business world.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is a science or method of how to manage the relationships and roles of human resources efficiently and effectively and can be used optimally so as to achieve the goals of the company, employees and society to the fullest. This study aims to see the Effect of Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Competence as an intervening variable with an associative quantitative research type. This research was conducted at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. research by distributing questionnaires and primary data sources are also used. The research model uses path analysis and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS 3.3.3. The results of this study are as follows: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on competence. Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on competence. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Competence. Supervision has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Competence.

Abstract

Sharia principles have begun to be rapidly implemented since the existence of Sharia Banks, such as Bank Syariah Indonesia. All activities carried out by Sharia Banks are required to apply sharia principles which are based on Islamic law. All activities carried out by Sharia Banks definitely cause tension. Shooting resolution can be done through litigation or non- litigation. In non-litigation settlement of sharia cases, there is the National Sharia Arbitration Board (BASYARNAS). The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze what benefits are obtained from settlement through Sharia Arbitration and what is the legal certainty in the implementation of Sharia Arbitration execution in Indonesia. This research concluded that by completing settlements through Sharia Arbitration, the parties will gain more benefits compared to litigation settlements. This research also found that there is legal certainty regarding the implementation of Sharia Arbitration decisions as regulated in Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 14 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Sharia Economic Cases which gives permission to Religious Courts to implement Sharia Arbitration decisions.

Abstract

Indonesia almost finished purchasing Su-35 fighter jets that were made by Russia in 2018. But, the purchase was canceled because of the shadow of coercive diplomacy from the United States's CAATSA. Indonesia chose to obey CAATSA by canceling purchasing Russian fighter jets and changing it by purchasing Dassault Rafale fighter jets made by France. This research aims to see what Indonesia would do to its defense development. The answer will be found through the concept of defense diplomacy and descriptive-analytical methods. This research shows that the implementation of Indonesian defense diplomacy aims to build Confidence Building Measures by increasing defense cooperation with other countries and creating independence in the arms sector by Transfer of Technology to Indonesian defense industry.
