Abstract

Business competition today is very tight and unavoidable. One industrial sector that is not immune from business competition is the consumer products industry which produces daily necessities. The consumer products industry has a fast product turnover in the market. This kind of industry is grouped into the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The research objective is how to build competitive advantage through the implementation of total quality management in fast moving consumer goods manufacturing companies in Indonesia..The samples from this research are managerial personnel with supervisory positions, or managers of manufacturing companies in the FMCG industry in Indonesia. Determining the sample uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling criteria where the researcher provides limits for the sample (Sugiyono, 2016).The minimum sample is 5-10 times the number of indicators, this research uses 23 indicators (23 indicators x 7 = 161 samples). The analysis tool uses AMOS 22.00 Structural method Equations Modelling. Research findings show that there is a significant positive influence of TQM implementation with dimensions of focus on leadership, strategic planning, and customer focus on product quality with a p-value marked *** approaching zero < 0.05 (H1 is accepted). There is.influence.significant implementation of TQM with dimensions of focus on leadership, strategic planning, and customer focus towards competitive advantage with.mark.p-value.as big as.0.001 (H2 accepted). There is.influence.product quality has a significant impact on competitive advantage with.p-value of.0.041 (H3 accepted). From direct effect and induced testsIt is known that the direct effect of TQM on competitive advantage is 0.331 and the indirect effect of TQM implementation oncompetitive advantagethrough product quality (mediation variable) of 0.462, meaning the mediation was successful. Product quality is able to mediate between TQM implementation and competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of adding garlic flour (Allium sativum) and oregano leaves (Oreganum Vulare) to feed on the liver histopathology of broiler chickens. This research consisted of 2 stages, the research material for stage 1 was a descriptive analysis of the histopathological changes in the liver of embryonated chicken eggs (TAB). The research material for phase II was the 200 Day Old Chick (DOC) Ross strain, unsex. Average body weight 38.485 ± 0.90 g. The research method used laboratory experiments and field experiments using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments given were P0: Basal feed (control feed), P1: Basal feed plus 0.25% garlic flour, P2: Basal feed plus 0.5% garlic flour, P3: Basal feed plus 0.75% white onion flour, P4: Basal feed plus 1 % garlic flour. The variables measured in stage I were liver histopathological changes. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The variables measured in stage II, namely the enzymes ALT, AST, and ALP, liver weight, and abdominal percentage obtained will be statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) from a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) and followed by an honest significant difference test ( BNJ) or Tukey's test. The results of the research were that giving garlic flour in feed influenced the parameters used. The use of garlic flour in feed had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on histopathological changes, changes in ALT, AST and ALP enzymes. The conclusion obtained in this research is that the addition of 1% garlic flour to broiler chicken feed provides the best productivity.

Abstract

Research related to Art Therapy on an international scale increases every year. Several studies identified its development through a bibliometric approach referring to various scientific areas. Research generally describes things that are contextual with visual arts-based scientific products as artistic therapies. On the other hand, this development is supported by technological advances, including Augmented Reality (AR). AR is a technology that allows users to gain additional insight into reality from a situation needed. The correlation between art therapy and AR is a fundamental research platform for research teams in developing learning media for people with disabilities. So that literacy analysis is needed related to the two objects of study. This study will review the literacy characteristics of previous research with the aim of gaining objective insight into AR media for learning for people with disabilities. The method used is a literature study with a Bibliometric Analysis approach adopting the five-stage method from Denyer and Tranfield (2009). Research output in the form of data recommendations and concepts that are of novelty value according to user needs.

Abstract

The communication failure factor is one of the factors that causes many accidents in Indonesia, especially to the aircraft. Aircraft experiencing ground-air communication failure in aviation is one of the services that must be prioritized. This study aims to determine the importance of the intensity of the use of a gun light as an emergency preparedness tool that serves to provide an instruction signal to aircraft experiencing communication failures. In this study, the author uses the calculation of the light intensity formula in physics to determine whether or not the intensity of a gun light is contained in the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport Tower in Palembang. If after using this calculation the intensity of the gun light does not meet the standard, the airport party can increase the intensity of the gun light and carry out routine maintenance to ensure that the light intensity does not decrease from the gun light.

Abstract

Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) BMT Alfa Dirham Mandiri Cirebon has been active since 2014 with the main aim of encouraging community economic growth by providing easy and fair access to financing. However, KSPPS has not been fully accepted as the main choice by the community. This research aims to identify the role of KSPPS in community economic empowerment and analyze the factors that support and hinder KSPPS' efforts to improve community welfare. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews with KSPPS employees and documentation that recorded the history, organizational structure, and illustrations of KSPPS financing. The research results show that KSPPS has carried out its role in accordance with sharia principles, by actively providing access to financing, education, training, and implementing social programs for the development of local communities, including infrastructure development and social assistance. Supporting factors that make KSPPS the community's first choice include sharia principles in operations, security, trust, justice, flexible financing, personal service, education, training, fair profit sharing, and social activities. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as lack of education and outreach, competition with other financial institutions, limited capital and technology, unprofessional management, lack of product innovation, and low public trust.

Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Acehnese entrepreneurs who participated in the almsgiving in Mecca, as well as field observations and analysis of related documents. The interview focused on the motivation, implementation process, and impact of the almsgiving. The results of the research show that almsgiving by Acehnese entrepreneurs in Mecca has a strong essence in advancing community welfare. The main motivation of entrepreneurs is to get rewards that continue to flow and contribute positively to society. The process of implementing alms is carried out with high transparency and accountability, ensuring that the benefits can be felt by many people over a long period of time. Abstract

Bank credit plays a vital role in economic development, but is often associated with legal risks such as default, the use of unilateral clauses, and disputes over collateral enforcement. Both creditors and debtors require strong legal protection to ensure fairness and certainty in credit agreements. This article examines the role of notarial deeds as an instrument of legal protection for both parties in bank credit transactions. This research uses a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. The primary legal materials include the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), the Banking Law, and the Notary Law (Law No. 2 of 2014). A comparative analysis was also conducted with the Dutch and German legal systems to highlight international best practices. The results show that notarial deeds provide both preventative and repressive legal protection. For creditors, notarial deeds guarantee legal certainty, enforceable powers, and protect against the risk of default. For debtors, notarial deeds serve to prevent detrimental clauses, ensure transparency of obligations, and strengthen equality in contracts. Furthermore, the notary's preventive role strengthens contractual fairness by protecting both parties from potential future disputes. The conclusion of this study confirms that a notarial deed is not merely an administrative requirement, but rather a legal protection instrument that balances the interests of creditors and debtors. Optimizing this role requires increased notary professionalism, regulatory harmonization, and stricter oversight.
