Abstract

A creative economy is based on people"™s use of their creative imagination to increase an idea"™s value. Howkins"™ creativity-based model includes all kinds of creativity, whether expressed in art or innovation. The narrower culture-based models concentrate on arts, design and media and are normally restricted to nominated industries. The problem in this research is how the concept of creative economic development, as well as forms of tourist development policies capable of stimulating the economy and incomes in Sambas district? The method used in this research is the case study approach using SWOT analysis on a matrix approach. Results from this study that the development of the creative economy in Sambas district is to improve the quality of human resources in particular culture-based creative industries such as weaving craft that emerged from the group of small and medium industries, with has a unique and sale value.

Abstract

This research examines the organizationa justice include distributive justice compensation and pocedural justicecompensation to employess performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The population inthis study were all nurse employees in RSU DR. H. RM. SOESELO in Slawi, Tegal District are totaling 142 people.Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questionnaires directly to the resp4.ondent. Data analysistechniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. Theresults showed that distributive justce compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, procedural justicecompensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, distributive justice compensation are not significsantly toemployees performance, procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, jobsatisfaction significant positive effect on employees performace, job satisfaction as a mediating influence ofdistributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

Abstract

The current study was done in March 2016 by involving the cattle farmers from Slorok village, Kromengansubdistrict, Malang. The objective of this study was to investigate revenue of cattle sharing system and toanalyze its contribution on the farmer family's income. There is 18 farmers who used sharing system, wasselected by total sampling method. Primary data was collected by through survey and interview. The secondarydata was gained from institutions and related sources. Data analysis used in this study was income analysis ofcattle farmers (who used sharing system). The result showed that cattle farmer's income at Slorok was Rp.3.259.853/beef/year which was come from cattle sharing income.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the cause of not achieving the demographic bonus in District of Landak from perspective of population-dynamics. To accomplish the study purposes, this study used the basic data from Population Census 2010 and used spectum program as the analysis tool. The conclusion showed that the cause of not achieving the demographic bonus is closely related to the high of fertility (TFR), the relatively low number of mortality (CDR, IMR and MMR) and negative net migration.

Abstract

This paper provides the empirical evidence of corporate growth, maturity, and operating cash flows on the bond ratings. It was conducted on 34 bonds issued by the 16 non-financial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which also issued bonds, registered in the Indonesia Bond Market Directory, and rated by PEFINDO during 2012 - 2014. The hypotheses were tested using the logistic regression analysis. The result shows that corporate growth has significant effect on the bond ratings, while maturity and operating cash flow have no significant effect. Another finding shows that the firm size can also affect the bond ratings.
