Abstract

The problem is that the basis for the agreed upon legal source of wakefulness is very limited. The waqf researcher did not find an excerpts from the Koran about his study of waqf. Normally, the basis for the rain is hadis' umar ibn khattab when acquiring part of the land of khaibar and meaning to represent it. This gift can further interpret the practice and management of waqff. It's just that this ambiguous reference to the messenger of god's messenger is also very limited. Ijtihad therefore is the most sound solution for problems in waqf which is increasing. According to clerics of the waaf law sunnah, whereas hanfiyah sheikh hanfiyah said that waqf's law was muaba (may) because in his opinion even non-muslims could forgive part of his wealth and its law is legal. All scholars also agree that the one who agreed to the benefit of some of his assets was a shaleh charity found in the Islamic sharia.

Abstract

The majority of causes of damage to children are due to parents ignoring them, and not teaching various obligations and religious teachings. Many of us also see around us parents or educators frighten children with superstition and other things that are prohibited by Sharia which can be a cause damage to the aqeedah which is the basis of Islam. Early childhood is the most important time for planting the foundation of true faith and teaching the Koran because at that time the nature of the child is still clean. When the creed has been firmly embedded in the heart, the child will become a figure of a faithful person with a strong personality, both in his attitude and deeds because he always feels under God's supervision, and minimizes children from doing bad deeds, such as saying dirty, deceiving, and others can make a useful generation for family, community and country.

Abstract

: Working capital in Islamic finance basically, capital is not only in the form of money, but assets that are used for business purposes for dynamic turnover. working capital in general has a lower financial level compared to fixed asset investment. Because of that small working capital will further enhance the company. conversely, working capital that is too small will increase the risk of the company (especially liquidity risk). from a risk standpoint, higher working capital will benefit the company, because the risk is lower. and there are some imperfect conditions that make working capital decisions important, namely, transaction costs where transaction costs include two types namely explicit and implicit costs, and asynchronous activity. then working capital in Islamic finance is current capital that is used to support the company's daily operations so that the company can operate normally and smoothly.

Abstract

The majority of Indonesian people are muslim. Muslims related to wealth and income there is an obligation in the form of zakat for those who have fulfilled the requirements. As Indonesian citizens, muslims also have tax obligations for those who have fulfilled the requirements, because a law has been made that requires it.Taxes in Islamic law which are a source of state revenue are not known. Therefore, the different scholars agree on the status of tax law in terms of the concept of Islamic economics. In the concept of Islamic law tax is a liability that can be temporarily, obliged by ulil amri as dharibah, due to the lack of Baitul Mal, and can be removed if the condition of Baitul Mal has been refilled, obliged only to rich muslims, and must be used for their interests (muslims), not in the public interest, as a form of muslim jihad to prevent greater danger if that is not done. Second, there are two opinions in this regard, those who argue that tax is permissible in Islam after the obligation of zakat. Others argue that taxation is not permissible in Islam, because in Islam the obligation of a muslim in property is only on zakat.
