Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of two-stay two-stray (TSTS) technique to teach narrative text writing on the tenth grade students of SMA N 1 Seponti Jaya in academic year 2016/2017. The purposes of this research were to find out whether the use of Two-Stay Two-Stray Technique is effective or not to teach narrative text writing and to find out the effectiveness of Two-Stay Two-Stray Technique in improving the students’ writing achievement. The method used in this research was quasi-experimental study. The samples were taken from class B as the experimental group and class C as the control group by using cluster sampling. The data were collected by using measurement technique and the tool of data collecting was written test. Based on the calculation, the t-obtained was 14.55 where the degree of freedom was 2.021. It can be seen that the t-obtained was higher than the t-critical. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The effectiveness of the treatment was found by calculating the effect size, and the result of the effect size was 2.91 that categorized as strong effect. Abstract

AbstractThe formulation of the problem in this study is How Parents Perceptions Learners to Learning penjasorkes in SDN 9 Village Sei Kelambu Tebas District Sambas ?. The purpose of this research is to know the perceptions of parents of learners on learning physical education of sports and health (Penjasorkes) at SDN 9 Sei Kelambu Village Tebas Subdistrict Sambas District. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Sample amounted to 27 parents of learners while the population was as many as 108 people. Using indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. Data analysis is done by descriptive percentage. The results of data analysis are: 1) Parents' perceptions of the benefits of penjasorkes amounting to 76.26%, this result shows that when following the learning penjasorkes learners have shown good benefits, especially in SDN 9 Village Sei Kelambu District Tebas District Sambas, the children look very enthusiastic about learning pemas. 2) Perceptions of parents of learners on penjasorkes assessment amounted to 80.55%. This means that parents' assessment of the subject of physical and health education (penjasorkesS) is very good for their children for example can teach children respect each other, bear the risk of making mistakes in exercising, teach children to obey the rules during the game, avoid cheating in playing with his friends, practice responsible attitudes in daily life, and teaches children to accept defeat while competing. Keywords : Perception of Parents.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to result good diagnostic test for reveal student’s misconceptions about projectile motion. This study used Borg and Gall model of research and development design that coursed to product diagnostic test which form of multiple choice with three options for 11th grader in Pontianak. The purpose of this product is to detect student’s misconception.Population of this study is students in MAN Pontianak and sample of this study is MIA’s students MAN 2 and MAN 2 Filial. This research divided by two steps, preliminary range test and main range test. Preliminary range test was limited scala test that do at 11th grader MIA 3 MAN 2 Pontianak. Main range test was unlimited scala test that do at 11th grader MIA 1, MIA 3 MAN 2 and MIA MAN 2 extensive. Result showed that total of diagnostic test that conform good diagnostic test of 30 items. Diagnostic test was developed based on student’s preconception with content validity’s level is 4,5: reliability is 0,93: legibility’s level is 4,8 and difficulty’s level is medium-easy. This research was expected can ease teacher to detect student’s misconceptions about projectile motion.Keyword: diagnostic test, projectile motion

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the experimental teaching methods to remediate misconceptions students on vibration material in class X SMA 6 Pontianak. The method used an experimental method with pre Experimental Design draft form one group pretest-posttest with sample class X MIA 3 totaling 29 students selected at intact group. The average percentage decrease in the number of students who have misconceptions of 78.37%. The conception is found (100%) in the second indicator, the students assume that the mass effect on the frequency and amplitude of the pendulum. Based on an analysis using prices obtained McNemar test  the conception significant changes between before and after remediation implemented using experimental teaching methods. The effectiveness of the experimental teaching method is calculated using Decreasing of Quantity student that Misconseption (DQM) with a value of 78.3 (high). This research is expected to be used as an alternative form of re-learning remediation activities in order to overcome the misconception experienced by students. Keywords: Remediation, misconceptions, experimental learning method, vibration

Abstract

AbstractThis study reviews the application of learning methods of quantum type of concept maps in order to improve the ability to think creatively and student learning outcomes on economic subjects in vocational Kubu Raya Development. The method used in this study is a research method True Experiment Experiment with the shape and the experimental design used is pretest - posttest control group design. The population in this study is a class XI student of SMK AKT Development amounted to 96 students with a sample of 64 students. The data collection tool in this study a test sheet and observation sheet. Data was analyzed using quantitative data analysis and descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of quantum learning method in class experiment goes well. Application of quantum learning methods can enhance students' ability to think creatively on economic subjects in vocational Kubu Raya Development. Through t test, t known at 37.185 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 (0.000 <0.005) showed an increase of quantum methods in creative thinking abilities.Keywords: Quantum Learning Method, Creative Thinking Skills, Learning Outcome

Abstract

AbstractThis research about "the Effect of using of Power Point Media on student learning activity on economy class X  of Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak". The purpose of this research is to know how much influence the use of media Power Point toward the activities of student learning in the subject the economy class X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The method used in this research is the method of the experiment with the form of quasi experimental research design. The total samples in this research as much as 70 students . teknik data collection with direct communication technique (interview guidance), communication technique is not directly (observation sheet of learning activities students), and the technique of documentary studies in this research instrument tests using the validity test and normalitas test. For data processing techniques using independent test sample t test. Based on the results of the test calculations of the test statistics t Mann Whitney obtained the value of the significance (Sig 2-tailed) is 0,000 , the value of the significance < 0.05 (0,000 < 0.05) then the Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research is that the use of learning media based on the Power Point can affect the students learning activities on economic subjects.Keywords: Learning Activity, Power Point Media.

Abstract

 AbstractThis research aimed to find out the effect of apperception of basic mathematical ability on students’ to solve question on equilibrium rigid body and to find out differences in student ability to solve question on equilibrium rigid body reviewed by low, medium, and high  of basic mathematics ability. The method of research used was pre-experimental research with one–Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instruments were essay basic mathematics ability, pretest and posttest. The sample are 25 students’ which were using the intac group method. Data collected was analysed using mean score while t test and anava one way was used to the test hypothesis The result shows that there is positive effect of apperception of basic mathematical ability on students’ to solve question on equilibrium rigid body (P-value < 0,05). There are differences in student ability to solve question on equilibrium rigid body among the groups of low, medium, and high of basic mathematics ability (P-value < 0,05).         Keywords : Apperception, Apperception on Basic Mathematics ability, Equilibrium rigid body

Abstract

AbstractThis study purposes to describe proses and result of the ability learning of analyting the text of the report on the observation through cooperative learning model Jigsaw II type and scientific approach inthe first grade students of Vocational School 1 Mempawah Hilir in accounting program 2. The data  used in this study was obtained from the action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection on the ability learning of analyzing the text of the report on the observation. The data source are 37 studens of the first grade of vocational school I Mempawah Hilir in accounting program 2, teacher/writer and obsever. Data collection techniques is direct observation, measurement value of the ability  learning of analyzing the text of the report on the observation and documentation study. Based on the results of this study concluded that cooperative learning model Jigsaw II can improve the ability to analyze text  of the report on the observation. This success is supported by student interest in the form of response is very active, active, fairly active, inactive, and inactive cycle I, II, and III have enhancement significantly.  Results of learning to analyze texts observation reports also increased. The average class of  cycle I of 66,6 with a level of completeness of 32,4% to 73,3 with a level of completeness 56,8% in the cycle II, and the average class of cycle III of 81,5 with a level of completeness of 83,8%.Keywords: The Text of The Report on The Observation, Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw II Type

 AbstractIn this research, the researcher wanted to research about correlation between emotion and response based on their behavior. The general formulation of this research is main figure psychology.The sub formulations of this research are how the main figure positiveemotion andnegative emotion on Maha Cinta Laila Majnun novelby Syaikh Nizami? The purpose of this researchis to describe the main figure in positive emotion and negativeemotion on Maha Cinta Laila Majnun  novel by Syaikh Nizami.The research method is a qualitative descriptive withbehaviorist psychology approach.This research uses documenter studytechnique as data collectionand the researcher as tool of data collection.Based on the result of data analyses, the conclusionof this research is the main figure haspositiveand negative emotion. The positive emotion of main figureis cover feeling happy and love.The negative emotion is cover feeling angry, sad, hate and afraid.The result of this study. Abstract

 AbstractThe influence of the application of the model of learning picture and picture on the skills of writing narrative essay of fourth grade students of elementary school of North 27 Pontianak. This study aims to determine the influence of narrative writing skills by using the picture and picture model of fourth grade students of elementary school of North 27 Pontianak The method used in this research is experimental method. Form of experimental research used is quasi exsperimental design with type One Group Pretest-Posttest. Population in this research is all of fourth grader of North 27 elementary school of North Pontianak 27 people Based on the analysis of data obtained from the pre-test obtained an average value of 49.5. While the average value of post-test result is 65,13. From result of t-test analysis obtained t count equal to 8,314 and t table = 2,479. This means 8.314> 1.706, then t arithmetic> t table, it can be said Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So it is concluded that there is influence of the use of model Picture and Picture to Writing Skill Writer Narasi Student Class IV State Elementary School 27 Pontianak Utara. Keywords: Influence, picture and picture model, writing skill, narrative essay
