Abstract

Introduction: Laughing therapy with puppet video Cenk Blonk is a therapy that is usually performed on the elderly who experience anxiety. Method: The research design was pra-eksperimental with design one group pre-post test design with sample of 20 respondents selected by using total sampling technique with sample criterion. Data collection was done through a HARS questionnaire. Result of The study used the test Paired t-test with a level α=0,05. The results showed the intensity of anxiety felt by the respondents before being given treatment laughter therapy with puppet video media Cenk Blonk being on a lightly numbered level 5 (25,0%), moderate anxienty 13 (65,0%), severe anxiety 2 (10,0%). After being given treatment to have no anxiety amounted 6 (30,0%), mild anxiety 10 (50,0%), moderate anxiety 4 (20,0%). Test results by using test Paired t-test got value p pre and post (0,000) < α (0,05), conclusis That is H0 rejected, and Ha be accepted. So it is concluded there is the effect of laughing therapy with puppet video media Cenk Blonk to anxiety in elderly.

Abstract

This present study dealt with An Analysis of Elliptical Construction Made by the Ninth Grade Students of SMPN 3 Selat in Academic Year 2016/2017. This present study was conducted by answering the research question: to what extent is the acquisition of elliptical construction made by the ninth grade students of SMPN 3 Selat ninth in academic year 2016/2017? The aim of the present study here was to analyze of the elliptical construction acquisition made by the ninth grade students of SMPN 3 Selat in academic year 2016/ 2017. The present study made use of ex post facto research design or non experiment research with descriptive analysis. This present study was conducted by recorded the student answer in the test. The investigation was focused on the analysis elliptical sentences made by the subject under study. After got the data the researcher got important result. The result that could be showed as follow: criterion, that (1) there was no one (0%) out of the whole subjects under study showed excellent ability in mastering elliptical construction, (2) there was only 9 subjects (26.47%) of the whole subjects under study showed good ability in mastering elliptical construction, (3) there was 19 subjects (55.88%) of the whole subjects under study showed sufficient ability in mastering elliptical construction, (4) there was 5 subjects (14.70%) of the whole subjects under study showed insufficient ability in mastering elliptical construction, (5) there was only 1 of the subject (2.95%) of the whole subjects under study showed poor ability in mastering elliptical construction. This finding showed that the acquisition of the ninth grade student of SMPN 3 Selat in academic year 2016/2017 in mastering elliptical construction was average. The subject under this study needed to improve their ability to construct the elliptical sentences whether outside or in the classroom because it was very useful for their study.

Abstract

Diseases caused by fungal infections are one of the diseases that are still a health problem in Indonesia. Fungal infections can be divided into superficial and deep infections. Among the superficial infections that are often transmitted through sexual intercourse are infections by Candida sp. This study aims to determine Candida species obtained from vaginal swabs of commercial sex workers in the Gerokgak area of ​​Buleleng Regency, Bali. This research is a descriptive type of research with the samples used are commercial sex workers in Gerokgak, Buleleng Regency, Bali who meet the inclusion criteria. The sample size in this study used a total sampling method in which all populations were sampled as many as 30 people and only met the inclusion criteria of 25 people. Vaginal discharge was then identified by the germ tube test method. The results showed that 15 samples (60%) were positive including Candica albicans and 10 samples (40%) were negative.

Abstract

Background:This study aimed to determine the parents toward children pre school learning achievement on second semester sdn 1 gunungsari. Method:This research used descriptive corelational with cross-sectional design. This research conducted in SD Negeri 1 Gunungsari, Seririt District, BulelengRegency, Bali Province by the number of respondents as many as 61 students were selected by purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study by using a questionnaire to measure variables parenting parents and observation UAS value of mathematics to measure variables mathematics achievement school-age children in SDN 1 Gunungsari. Result:Based on research conducted found that: 1) the parents of students who have positive (Democratic) parenting that as many as 49 people (80,3%), and negative (authoritarian, permissive) parenting as many as 12 people (19,7%), 2) 14 students have a good learning performance, 39 students have learned quite a feat, and 8 students have learning achievement is less, and 3) Based on the analysis that has been done, get r count equal to 0.552 with significance or value of the probability p = 0.000 (0 <0.05) mean H0 rejected and Ha received, Conclusions:so it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation parenting parents toward children pre school learning achievement on second semester SDN 1 Gunungsari. So that parenting parents should do well, so that students' mathematics achievement can be increased to the optimum.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa perawat sangat diperlukan baik disiapkan dari kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Baik dengan metode bed site teaching (BST) dan self directed learning (SDL). Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan metode pembelajaran dengan bed site teaching dan metode SDL. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pre-post test only dimana dibedakan kelompok yang metode bed site teaching dan metode SDL. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa perawat. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, dengan sampel sejumlah 60 responden. Analisis menggunakan paired t-test dan independent t-test melihat metode yang paling berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Hasil : Rata-rata umur responden adalah 21 tahun, rata-rata pre test dan post test dari kelompok SDL adalah 3,9 dan 5,2 sedangkan rata-rata pre test dan post test pada metode bed site teaching dari 4,2 ke 7,1. Dilihat dari jenis kelamin responden paling banyak adalah jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 39 orang (60%) sedangkan tempat praktik terbanyak pada RSU swasta sebanyak 40%. Hasil analisis paired t-test menemukan bahwa kelompok bed site teaching dan SDL sama-sama efektif namun yang signifikan adalah kelompok bed site teaching. Metode bed site teaching ini merupakan yang paling signifikan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Penerapan metode pembelajaran klinik bedside teaching penerapannya selama ini belum optimal sedangkan manfaat yang bisa didapatkan dari metode ini cukup banyak baik untuk mahasiswa bidan yang sedang praktik klinik di lapangan, pembimbing klinik dan pasien itu sendiri. Sehingga perlu peningkatan keterampilan dari pembimbing dan upaya dari mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to analyze The Effect of the Breathing Relaxion Techniques on Increasing Oxygen Saturation in COPD Patient in IGD Room of RSUD Buleleng Regency. Methods: The design research was pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design. The population used in this research were COPD patient in IGD Room of RSUD Buleleng Regency. Sample used 26 respondents who have been selected by using total sampling technique. The data from the respondents were collected using an observation sheet. This research used paired dependent t-test with significant level α = 0,05. Result: The data shows the average value of pre 90.19 and average value of post 93.27. The result of paired dependent test t-test p value pre and post (0,000) <α (0,05), meaning H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Conclutions: So it can be concluded that there is Effect of the breathing relaxion on increasing oxygen saturation in CPOD patient in IGD RSUD Buleleng Emergency. Therefore, it is expected that the patient and health workers to provide or implement deep breathing relaxion techniques in patient PPOK for saturation can be increased.

Abstract

Introductions : Spirituality is the relationship with the Almighty and the Creator, depending on the beliefs held by individuals. The purpose : Of the study is to find out is there a relationship to fulfillment of spiritual needs with levels of anxiety. Methods : The design of this study was conducted using descriptive correlational research using a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out using the SISRI (The Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory) questionnaire and HRS-A questionnaire. Result : Correlation test results using the Spearman Rho test get the value of p fulfillment of spiritual needs and anxiety level (0.003) <α (0.05), meaning that. Conclutions : Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a spiritual fulfillment relationship with the level of anxiety of the elderly in the village of Bubunan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Complementary and traditional health services are currently global issues, which are contained in the 2014-2023 World Health Organization strategy related to complementary alternative medicine. The manifestation of complementary services can be seen from the practice of gentle birth which is currently the choice of maternity to gain security, nayman and reduced pain where a holistic approach is used in practice. But there is still a difference of views on this method into a complex problem to be discussed. For this reason, discussion is needed regarding the authority of midwives in gentle birth practices through a holistic care approach so that midwives receive legal protection. The purpose of this study is to examine the authority of midwives in carrying out gentle birth through a holistic care approach. Method: The method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive phenomenological design. There were 7 respondents in the study selected using purposive sampling sampling techniques based on inclusion criteria. Data is collected through interview techniques. Results: The results obtained include the implementation of gentle birth practices that support care for mothers and babies through a holistic care approach, and the authority of midwives is regulated in legislation, professional standards, minimum service standards, and midwives' code of ethics. This authority is a form of legal protection for midwives. Conclusion: The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that midwives have authority in the delivery assistance with gentle birth method and through a holistic care approach is the challenge of midwives in carrying out care where this method is an old way with new terms. Abstract

Introduction: Prevention of ca mammae can be done by early detection of breast self-examination where mortality can be reduced by 15-30%. However, in reality only 15-30% are doing BSE. So it takes the BSE movement that is accompanied by the concept of breast awareness of health education. This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of health education of “BSE” using leaflets and phantom to the level of knowledge in prevention efforts ca mammae. Methods: This research uses True Experimental Pretest-Posttest With Control Group design with quantitative research approach. Samples totaling 39 peoplewere obtained through Total Sampling technique. Data colletion using questionnaires and analyzed using Paired Dependent T Test and group comparasion using Mann Whitney Test. Result: The result of statistical test that the value of p value of 0,032 < 0,0. Conclution: hence there is different of effectiveness giving health education “BSE” using leaflet and phantom to knowledge level. Mann Whitney Test result show an effective tool is phantom.

Abstract

Introduction: Clean and healthy life is a set of behaviors practiced by students, teachers, and the environment of the school environment based on awareness as a result of learning so that independently able to prevent disease, improve keshatannya and play an active role in realizing a healthy environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of health education through peer group toward the behavior of clean and healthy life (PHBS) of student (class IV) of elementary school of 6 Batur. Methods: The type of research used pre-experimental with a one-group research design pre-post test design. The data from respondent were collected using an observation sheet bourbonnais. Results: This research used paired t-test with significant level α=0,05. The data show the average value of pre 18,23 and the average value of post 24,08. Conclutions: The result of paired t-test p value pre and post (0,000)<α, meaning H0 rejected and Ha. it can e conclude that there is effect of health education through peer group toward the behavior of clean and healthy life (PHBS) of student (class IV) of elementary school of 6 Batur
