Abstract

In an increasingly complex and ever-changing business environment, the study of leadership can no longer be as simple as using these two dimensions. Likewise, efforts to find the best leadership style that applies throughout time will be in vain. There is a need to find a leadership model that is more relevant to complex situations like today. Transformational leadership is one of the "breakthrough" concepts that has revived the passion of leadership studies that have almost died over the past decade. Motivation can also be interpreted as providing a driving force that creates the excitement of one's work to be willing to work together, work effectively and be integrated with all their efforts to achieve satisfaction. From the results of the identification of the problems above, the problem can be formulated as follows: How is the influence of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of BPJS Health Officers in Langsa Branch. As for the Results of this Research Performance = 24,007 C +, 195 X1 +, 016 X2 +, 214 X3 explanation can be described as follows: Constant value of 24.007 means that if the overall value of the variable (SinismeX1, Emotional IntelligenceX2, Work StressX3) rises by 1a respectively, the Performance value (Y) will rise to 24.007. Cynic coefficient value of 0.195 means that if the value of Cynicism increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.195. Positive coefficient value means that Cynicism has a positive influence on performance. The value of the Emotional Intelligence coefficient of 0.016 means that if the value of Emotional Intelligence rises by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.016. A positive coefficient value means that Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on Performance. The value of the Job Stress coefficient of 0.214 means that if the value of Job Stress rises by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.214. A positive coefficient value gives the meaning that Job Stress gives a positive influence on Performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence of organization climate on employees  performance. How  influence of work motivation on employees  performance. How  influence of  work satisfaction on employees  performance. How  influence of  organization climate, work motivation and  work satisfaction on employees  performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of  organization climate on employees  performance. For know influence and analize of work motivation on employees  performance. For know influence and analize  work satisfaction on employees  performance. For know influence and analize organization climate, work motivation and  work satisfaction on employees  performance. The sample in this research is 95 employees, with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analyze. The results of this research explain that organization climate effect has a positive and significant on employee performance. Work motivation effect has a positive and significant on employee  performance. work satisfaction effect has a positive and significant on employee performance. Organization climate, work motivation and  work satisfaction effect  have a positive and significant on employee  performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: Does Employee competence affect employee development in the North Sumatra I DGT Regional Office. Does work ethic affect employee development? Does work facilities affect employee development. Does work discipline affect employee development? Does employee competence, work ethic, work facilities and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee development, Research Objectives Are:. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that there was a significant influence between competencies on employee development, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (2.753 1.67) at n = 56 with a significance level of 95%. There was a significant influence between work ethic on development employee, the results of analysis of arithmetic t-table (2.114 1.67) at n = 56 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work facilities on employee development, because according to the results of analysis of arithmetic t-table (1,722 1.67) at n = 56 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work Discipline on employee development, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (2.664 1.67) at n = 56 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (103,996 2, 56) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of employee competence, work ethic, work facilities and work discipline on employee development. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

How does the effect of job characteristics on employee performance in the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. How does boss support influence employee performance at the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. How does the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance in the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. How the influence of job characteristics, boss support and organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province.The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job characteristics on employee performance in the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. To determine the effect of boss support on the performance of employees in the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. To determine the effect of job characteristics, boss support and organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Provinc.The sample in this research amounted to 51 employees. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research partially explain the job characteristics there is a significant influence on employee performance. Partial support from boss has no significant effect on employee performance. Partial organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job characteristics, boss support and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance in working at the Department of Food and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How does the effect of commitment, on employee performance at the North Sumatra I DGT Regional Office? How does the influence of employee behavior on employee performance? How does the influence of employee work ability on employee performance? How does the influence of supervision on employee performance? How big is the influence of commitment, employee behavior, work ability and supervision on employee performance at the North Sumatra I DGT Regional Office? . The purpose of this research is: To analyze and determine the effect of commitment to employee performance partially, to determine the effect of employee behavior on employee performance partially, to determine the effect of employee ability to work partially on employee performance, to determine the effect of partial supervision on employee performance, to know the effect of commitment, employee behavior and supervision of employee performance at the North Sumatra DGT Regional Office I. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that there was a significant influence between commitment to employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (3.107 1.67) at n = 76 with a significance level of 95%, there was a significant effect between employee behavior on performance employees, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (5.306 1.67) at n = 76 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant influence between work ability on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (2,161 1.65) at n = 76 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between supervision on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (3,434 1.67) at n = 76 with a level significant 95%, F-count value F table (17.950 2.72) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect of commitment, employee behavior, supervision, the performance of large employees influence by 28.8%. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: How is the influence of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence partially and concurrently on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi? Research objectives: To determine the effect of work facilities, role conflict, motivation and emotional intelligence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence partially and jointly on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The study was conducted at the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Service Office Jalan Sutoyo Number 32 Rambung Tebing Tinggi, with a population of 83 people, and a study sample. of 82 people.Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (1.953 1.67) at n = 82 at 95% significance level. Role conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office of Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (0.112 ˂ 1.67) at n = 82 at 95% significance level. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tebing Tinggi Primary Tax Office employee, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (3.53 1.67) at n = 82 with a significant level of 95%. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office of Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by the results of thitung analysis t-table (4.01 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%.Value of F-count F table (138,565 2,48) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office . Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: Does Employee competency partially influence employee productivity at the Medan Polonia Tax Service Office, Does communication have a partial effect on employee work productivity, does the work environment partially affect employee work productivity ?, Does the work ethic partial effect on employee work productivity? Does the employee competence, communication, work environment and work ethic jointly affect the employee work productivity in the Polonia Medan Primary Tax Office ?, Research Objectives Are: To determine the effect of employee competency partially on employee work productivity, to determine the effect of employee communication partially on employee work productivity, to know the effect of work facilities partially on employee work productivity, to determine the effect of work ethic in a way rial on employee work productivity, to determine the effect of employee competence, communication, work environment and work ethic simultaneously on employee work productivity. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and deductive analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between employee competence on employee work productivity, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.758 1.67) at n = 59 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant effect between communication on employee work productivity, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (3.183 1.67) at n = 59 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between the work environment on employee work productivity, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.672 1.671) at n = 59 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work ethic on employee work productivity, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (2,029 1.67) at n = 59 with a significant level. F-count value F table (41,324 2.54) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect on employee competence, communication, work environment and work ethic on employee work productivity. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The superiority of a nation no longer rests on natural wealth, but on the superiority of human resources, one of which is the teaching staff (teachers) who are able to answer challenges very quickly. Education is basically an effort to develop human resources, although efforts to develop human resources are not only carried out through education, especially formal education or schools, but until now, education is still seen as a means and vehicle for developing human resources that is carried out systematically , programmatic, and tiered. Performance is an outcome that must be done by a teacher to produce students so that a teacher's professionalism and teacher competence are supported by organizational commitment. Yan Kinerjag becomes the problem in this research is How the influence of Organizational Commitment, Professionalism and Teacher Competence on Teacher Performance in IDI Middle School, East Aceh Regency. As for the results of this study Performance = 19,768 +, 110 X1 +, 118 X2 +, 349 X3 Based on the results of these equations, an explanation can be described as follows: Constant value of 19.768 gives the meaning that if overall the value of variables Organizational Commitment, Professionalism and Teacher Competence) increase by 1a respectively, the value of Performance (Y) will rise to 19,768. The coefficient value of Organizational Commitment of 0.110 means that if the value of Organizational Commitment increases by 1a, the value of performance will also increase by 0.110. A positive coefficient value means that Organizational Commitment has a positive influence on Performance. Professionalism coefficient value of 0.118 means that if the value of Professionalism increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.118. A positive coefficient value means that Professionalism has a positive influence on Performance. The Teacher Competency coefficient value of 0.349 means that if the Teacher Competency value increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.349. A positive coefficient value means that Teacher Competence has a positive influence on Performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of employee engagement on employee performance. How does the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. How is the influence of work discipline on employee performance. How does the influence of employee engagement individual characteristics and work discipline on employee performance.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. To determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance. To influence the influence of work discipline on employee performance. To influence employee engagement individual characteristics and work discipline on employee performance.The sample in this study amounted to 47 people. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study explain that employee engagement has a positive and significant  effect  on  employee  performance.  Individual  characteristics  have  a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement of individual characteristics and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance.

Abstract

A nation no longer relies on the superiority of natural wealth, but rather on the excellence of human resources, one of which is educators (teachers) who are able to answer challenges very quickly. Education is basically an effort to develop human resources, even though efforts to develop human resources. Problems regarding teacher performance are problems that will always be faced by the management of an organization, therefore management needs to know the factors that can affect teacher performance With withdrawal techniques sample in total sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 30 people Middle School 1 Junior High School Teacher Karang Baru District Karang Baru Aceh Tamiang District. There was a significant effect of Discipline on the performance of teachers in the Junior High School 1 Junior High School at 0.353 on teacher performance so that it can be concluded adequate discipline can determine Teacher performance will also be high even though there are other variables that support to see the results of the performance of a teacher -0.281 but it is significant to conclude that Compensation can have high results if the teacher has good Compensation. Teacher creativity influences teacher performance by 0.351 and this significant indicates that Creativity can improve performance, Discipline, Compensation and Creativity together - a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru First Middle School, is 24.6% while the remaining 75.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.
