Abstract

The existence of cooperatives in coffee production, centers is expected to support and help the economy of coffee farmers. One of the best coffee producing areas in Indonesia is Aceh Province, this is proven because coffee produced in Aceh has been exported to various countries such as Europe. America and countries in Asia. Aceh coffee which is better known internationally is the type of Gayo Arabica coffee because it has a distinctive aroma and taste. (Tambarta, 2016) The name Gayo Arabica coffee arises because the best-tasting Arabica coffee comes from the Gayo highlands, namely Central Aceh and Bener Meriah districts. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Quantitative descriptive is a method that describes the research topic with variables that can be measured quantitatively (Sugiyono, 2011). The research was conducted at the Women's Coffee Cooperative (KOKOWA) Bener Meriah Regency. This location was determined intentionally or purposively because the KOKOWA Cooperative is the only cooperative whose members are all housewives and coffee farmers (having dual roles). The method used in analyzing the data is descriptive qualitative analysis using a Likert scale instrument, which describes several question items arranged in a questionnaire and each question is given a score equal to the respondent's choice. Likert scale is a scale used to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a group of people about social events or phenomena. This research produces TKT 1 with output targets in the form of (1) scientific publications in international research journals with accepted status, (2) HKI research reports with granted status, (3) publication of activities in print or online media.

Abstract

The purpose of this researchanalyzed the determinants of oil palm FFB yield on each character of coastal land and mineral land in the eastern region of Aceh Province based on variety and harvest fraction. Research has been carried out using survey methods and experiments in laboratories with36 samples of palm FFB were taken for three parts which would be used as a repeat in determining the yield of CPO and fatty acids from the palm FFB. The results showed that the yield of CPO was determined by various factors, including: suitability for oil palm development areas, types (Dura and Tenera), and maturity fraction. In Dura palms with thinner mesocarf, the yield of CPO is lower than Tenera. The FFB maturity fraction at harvest greatly determines the yield of CPO and the quality of the oil. The best yield and quality of CPO on the F2 and F3 maturity fractions. The KPO yield of Dura palm is higher than that of Tenera, so it is more profitable to plant the Tenera type. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the use of dura and tenera seeds for the development of smallholder oil palm in the east coast of Aceh to obtain the quantity and quality of CPO

Abstract

An innovation that was sparked is an alternative currency to replace conventional currency, namely digital currency that is secured using a cryptographic method called Cryptocurrency. However, cryptocurrency prices cannot be controlled, causing massive fluctuations. Cryptocurrency price changes are very stable due to several factors such as speculation from users and the nature of the follow-up from new to one of the causes. The cause of this bandwagon is due to extreme price increases in a short time, even within a day the price of Crypto can experience a difference of millions of rupiah for each increase and decrease. To answer this question, we need a software that can predict the Rupiah exchange rate. By using the Triple Exponential Smoothing prediction method. In implementing Triple Exponential Smoothing, historical data is needed which will later be processed to produce prediction results, for that we need parameters that can be used as historical data counters, in this study used parameters 0.40 as parameters Xt and S't and 0.60 as Beta parameters. In the process, starting from calculating the first to third smoothing, ensuring Constants, Slopes, and Parabolics, to completing the process by producing Forecasting, the results of the measurement of the margin error level with a margin of error of 0.94638% using data for the final 2021 period, which is between November - December on the Triple Exponential implementation simulation and on the implementation into the system that has been developed is 3.7249% using data from May 2022 to June 2022

Abstract

Indonesia has many Civil Servants (PNS), the Indonesian National Armed Forces and the Indonesian National Police (Polri) who are sure to retire every year. Based on data from the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Thursday (12/11/2020), in the 2021-2024 period there are around 706,438 civil servants who will retire. In 2021, there are 162,484 employees who will retire either because of the retirement age limit (BUO) or non-bup, which makes many financial institutions focus on serving these retirees. One of them is the Nasari Savings and Loans Cooperative which focuses on providing services to retirees in Indonesia. As well as remembering and Departing from the economic crisis that hit Indonesian society in 1998, a group of retirees who cared about the situation at that time, established a Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) named NASARI. The aim is to provide solutions to retired civil servants, military, police in addressing their needs in their old age.The Nasari Lhokseumawe Cooperative seeks to improve the welfare of its members, namely retired employees by using several strategies, namely Improving the Welfare of its Members by improving Services to Members and facilitating the Administrative process, Improving the Welfare of Its Members with Products Owned by the Nasari Cooperative, Trying to provide low interest rates and allowing retirees those aged over 70 years make loans, Increase Cooperative Capital, namely by increasing member's mandatory savings, and opening unlimited deposits. There are 3 obstacles faced by the Nasari Lhokseuawe Joint Welfare Cooperative in improving the welfare of its members, namely limited capital, sharia regulations, and the many competitors who also provide loans to retired customers so that they have to compete with the Nasari Cooperative, the Lhokseumawe branch. And the strategy carried out by the Nasari Lhokseuawe Cooperative in overcoming obstacles in improving the welfare of its members is by opening deposits that are not covered for customers or other people who want to deposit their money, following the applicable sharia rules, and providing the best service to customers so they can compete with another competitor.
