Brilliance: Research of Artificial Intelligence is The Scientific Journal. Brilliance is published twice in one year, namely in February, May and November. Brilliance aims to promote research in the field of Informatics Engineering which focuses on publishing quality papers about the latest information about Artificial Intelligence. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the Journal and Association technical committee. All articles submitted must be original reports, previously published research results, experimental or theoretical, and colleagues will review. Articles sent to the Brilliance may not be published elsewhere. The manuscript must follow the author guidelines provided by Brilliance and must be reviewed and edited. Brilliance is published by Information Technology and Science (ITScience), a Research Institute in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

In this study, a device was designed to be able to control devices with sound waves, a smart home control system allows humans to control their home electrical devices such as lights using only voice commands without the need to move from place to place to turn on or turn off an equipment. When the indoor light user runs the system or turns on the light with sound waves, the sound sensor sends an input signal to the microcontroller which is then processed with the microcontroller output in the form of voltage to turn on the load, the system will function when the FC-04 sound sensor gets sound input (sound code) in the form of claps with a value of 1 then accumulated on the Arduino with a value above 400 millis according to the uploaded program to be used as a 5 volt output to turn on/off the lights.

So far, Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAMs) have used conventional methods by taking water samples, measuring all water quality parameters, and analyzing them one by one. In addition, the process of making conclusions on water quality has not been integrated so that it can cause misclassification of water quality and prolong the work. In this study, an expert system was designed to monitor water quality that works in real time so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The water quality analysis process is carried out with a fuzzy classifier realized using Arduino Mega 2560. The fuzzy input variables include the pH value, total dissolved solids (TDS), and turbidity or turbidity. A fuzzy inference system is used to classify water quality into three classes, namely good (meets quality standards), ordinary, and bad (polluted). The expert system of success provides inference results with a 100% success percentage. The results of monitoring and water quality classification can be accessed online using the Internet of Things (IoT) ThingSpeak platform

A wheelchair is an assistive device for patients who are seriously injured or ill. Especially for people with disabilities or people who can't walk using their feet. For patients who experience total paralysis such as pain in the nerves to move the wheelchair, someone needs to push the wheelchair. If there is no one around the patient, the patient has difficulty moving the wheelchair using his hands and feet to change positions. In this research, an electric wheelchair has been created using a load cell control with body position as the driving output. Based on the test results, if the body leans forward then the wheelchair moves forward, if the body leans back then the wheelchair moves backwards, If the body leans to the left then the wheelchair moves to the left and if the body leans to the right then the wheelchair moves to the right. This study aims to analyze the ability of the load cell as the propulsion output of the electric wheelchair to the user's weight. In the results of the study, it can be seen that body weight can have a greater effect if the user's mass is getting heavier.

The high level of criminal cases makes people have to be more vigilant. One of them is theft. Theft does not only occur in private areas such as homes, but often occurs in public locations, namely places of worship. There are many cases of theft of charity boxes at mosques or other places of worship. In this study, a security system was designed that was applied to the charity box. This tool is expected to reduce the rate of loss of donations in charity boxes. The charity box has an RFID sensor installed to unlock it and a motion sensor to detect movement if a thief tries to unlock the box.

Technology in this era is developing very rapidly and can help in daily activities. One of the roles of technology that can help daily activities can be fulfilled through smartphones. This study describes the design of a parking gate access system in a building using a QR Code as a parking gate access medium found in a smartphone application, as well as the use of the MQTT protocol which is applied to the network for data exchange processes, so that using this method can provide convenience for motorists. motorized vehicles to access the parking area using a smartphone. Based on the results of this research test, it was found that the QR Code reading works well at the distance between the smartphone and the camera, which is 15 cm to a maximum distance of 105 cm.

In a statistical research of 100 women diagnosed with urinary tract infections (UTIs) at Al Dhahirah Hospital - Ibn Sina Clinic - Aqaba Laboratory for Medical Analysis in the city of Bani Waleed in 2017, Agrahl (Ibrahim, H. K., Mohammed, A. A., & Omar, O. A. (2018).) and (Ibrahim, Hamza Khalifa). (2017). found that the most affected age group is the most common. The illness afflicted (26-30) years by 39 percent, making it the most affected age group when compared to others. The antibiotic (Augmentin) was shown to be the most important and effective antibiotic used in the treatment of urinary tract infection during this time period, accounting for 49 percent of cases, while UTI is more frequent in the winter, with a 59 percent infection rate. The increasing resistance to bacteria of our isolates under investigation might be related to the widespread use of antibiotics at random, allowing for a rise in bacterial resistance to various antibiotics.

In addition to photovoltaic (PV) power plants, wind turbine generators represent the most ubiquitous renewable energy use today. The stochastic and intermittent character of wind as a key source of electricity is one of the fundamental challenges associated with wind turbines WT. This paper describes an induction generator used in wind turbines. The implemented Turbine utilizes a straightforward output power against wind speed relationship to convert wind speed to turbine output power. When the wind speed is below or above the cut-in speed, the turbine produces no real power. Constantly, the machine consumes reactive power. This implemented block compensates for the machine's reactive power demand. Local load consumption is 75 kW. The electricity grid makes up for any shortage in wind turbine generation. When the generator's output exceeds 75 kW, the excess energy is exported to the grid.

Currently, when going to high school, a selection will be made to select students based on zoning alone. Admissions using zoning are very detrimental to students who are outside the zoning but have better grades. Schools also want to have quality students however, the existence of government regulations makes it a trick if only zoning is used as a reference. The existence of a decision support system using the SAW method helps to make alternatives by having several criteria that are used as a benchmark when making a decision. In making this decision support system can display the results of student rankings based on SAW calculations and the development method using waterfalls and making this system web-based using PHP MySQL and HTML.This research produced a decision support system that can help make it easier for schools to determine the selection of new students based on the existing zoning system and produce rankings. The results of testing accuracy increased from 56% to 100%.

The poultry industry is the one of largest industries in Pakistan but unlucky it is facing a lot of problems. The purpose of this letter is to bring light to infectious Bronchitis and the method to control it. Infectious Bronchitis is a major disease in poultry It is a viral disease it spreads from bird to bird and it is a disease of the upper respiratory tract [1,2,3]. It is like the Human Coronavirus but Human Corona Virus was observed later in 2019 in Wuhan China [4,6] while avian coronavirus was observed many years ago. Infectious bronchitis is caused by Corona Virus which belongs to Corona Viridae. Corona viridae is very large group of viruses causing disease in human [5] as well as in birds. There are some major signs of infectious Bronchitis e.g plague in bronchioles, sneezing, coughing, and off feed. The main issue is that it is difficult to diagnose the disease without postmortem as some diseases have the same signs like gasping, sneezing and cough are also symptoms of Newcastle disease [7]. So for the confirmation of that disease postmortem is compulsory and we can also take help from the laboratory.

Chicken Infectious Anemia is a viral disease in poultry caused by CAV chicken Anemia virus usually effecting chicken and other species of poultry birds. This review will show the role of PCR which is a device used to diagnose disease. In this review I also brief some sign and symptom of the disease which will help a lay men to diagnose the disease. In this review I also discuss the control method of disease by which we can control the disease and save the farmer from big loss. The objective of that review was to aware the people from risk of CIA and give possible solution to combat with disease. The review will help out scholars to understand CIA. This review also bring light toward the use of PCR as in Pakistan farmer are not using PCR and in result there is big difficulty in diagnose of disease. This study will also aware about use of vaccine to the people so people will know the importance of Vaccine.
