Abstract

The rapid growth of TikTok as a digital marketing platform has created a need to understand how content variation influences user purchasing behavior. This study is motivated by the lack of information regarding audience responses to live streaming content, particularly in the context of purchase decision-making. The objective of this research is to identify audience segmentation patterns on TikTok based on content preferences and how these relate to purchasing decisions, using the account @takiboutique as a case study. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing an online survey distributed to 99 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using the K-Means clustering algorithm to group respondents based on dominant factors influencing their buying decisions. The clustering results revealed three main audience segments. The first cluster (53%) prioritizes creative and interactive marketing strategies. The second cluster (34%) considers price as the most influential factor in purchasing decisions. The third cluster (12%) highlights product quality as the primary consideration. These findings indicate that audience preferences for promotional content are diverse, requiring marketing communication strategies to be tailored to the characteristics of each segment. The application of the K-Means algorithm has proven effective in profiling consumers to support more adaptive and targeted digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Security is a crucial aspect in industrial environments, including at PT. NOK Indonesia, a company engaged in manufacturing. To ensure the safety of data, systems, and workers, an efficient and modern security system is essential. As technology advances, solutions such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have become increasingly adopted. RFID enables fast, reliable, and contactless identification, making it highly suitable for automatic door access systems. Currently, PT. NOK Indonesia still relies on a manual key system, which presents risks such as lost keys and inefficient access control. This study aims to design and develop a prototype of an automatic door access system using RFID sensors to enhance security. The research methods include observation, interviews, prototype development, and a series of tests, (such as speed response, solenoid function, buzzer response to registered and unregistered cards, testing with card protectors, and response distance measurements). The system was built using Arduino Uno, an RFID Reader, and programmed with Arduino IDE. Testing results show the system can read RFID cards in under 0.5 seconds and accurately log all access attempts. Integrating RFID and IoT improves both security and operational efficiency, replacing manual systems with a safer, more convenient, and reliable solution.

Abstract

This research creates a website-based information system for recording Posyandu activities using Agile methods that support flexible development. This system is made so that cadres can more easily record data on toddlers and pregnant women and provide appropriate recommendations regarding nutritional status based on weighing results. The Black Box method is used for testing to ensure the application functions according to user needs. The test results show that this system can improve recording efficiency and support health decision making more quickly and accurately. It is recommended for further development that the system can be connected to government health services and has a notification feature to improve Posyandu services.

Abstract

Increasing public awareness of the importance of skin care to maintain health has encouraged the emergence of various products on the market. In recent years, the skincare industry has experienced very rapid growth. This study aims to enable users to choose skincare that is safe, appropriate, and in accordance with their facial skin type with the methods used being Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weighted Product (WP), and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating (SMART). The results of the calculation process based on the level of suitability, it was found that using the SAW and SMART methods was better than the WP method, namely with a percentage value of suitability between 99.85719% in the SAW method, 99.85715% in the WP method, and 99.85715% in the SMART method. So the SAW and SMART methods are the most relevant methods to solve the problem of providing loans.Keywords : Skincare, Simple Additive Weighting, Weighted Product, Simple Multi-Attribute Rating, Decision Support System.

Abstract

Tunas Harapan II Early Childhood School information system as a means of web new student admission. The purpose of this study is to design and build a Tunas Harapan II Early Childhood School information system as a means of web new student admission so that it can determine the impact obtained by Tunas Harapan II Early Childhood School after applying school new student admission information system. The research methodology used is the development method with Waterfall model. The stages of Waterfall method are Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment. The design in this study using DFD. DFD (Data Flow Diagram) is a graphic technique that describes the design of information that is applied when data moves from input to output, the depiction of which is arranged in a collection of interconnectied components. The results of this study are successful in creating a web-based promotional information system with a web-based registration feature at the Tunas Harapan II Early Childhood School to facilitate work in the sales process.Keywords : New Student Admission Information System, DFD, Waterfall, Web, Tunas Harapan II Early Childhood School.

Abstract

The availability of adequate blood supplies continues to pose a significant challenge for blood transfusion services such as the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), particularly due to the fluctuating and uneven nature of demand across various blood groups. Incorrectly estimating blood demand can result in either critical shortages that jeopardize patient safety or an excess of supplies that are wasted due to the limited shelf life of blood. The objective of this research is to examine historical blood demand data in Grobogan Regency by applying the K-Means clustering algorithm to identify trends related to time intervals and blood group classifications. The study draws on secondary data involving blood requests across multiple blood groups over a span of several years. By implementing the K-Means method, the research identifies unique trends in demand, highlighting critical periods between 2013–2016 and 2022–2024, during which nearly all blood types showed elevated levels of demand. These insights are crucial for improving blood stock management, refining donor mobilization strategies, and enhancing distribution planning based on empirical patterns. The K-Means algorithm proves effective in handling extensive and continuous numerical data, offering valuable guidance for strategic decision-making in healthcare logistics.

Abstract

AbstractShopee Express (SPX) is an internal logistics service of the Shopee platform designed to improve the speed and quality of goods delivery. Although its presence provides added value, various complaints from users indicate that there are still shortcomings in its implementation. This research aims to evaluate customer satisfaction with SPX services using the ITIL version 3 framework, specifically in the Service Operation domain. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires online to SPX users. The research focused on three main processes in Service Operation, namely incident management, request fulfillment, and access management. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability using SPSS software. The test results showed that all statement items were valid and reliable. Furthermore, the data was analyzed to determine the level of service maturity. The findings show that all three subdomains are at maturity level 3 (Defined), which means that processes are documented and implemented regularly. Nonetheless, further evaluation and systematic improvement are still needed to achieve more optimal service quality.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Shopee Express, ITIL v3, Service Operation, Maturity Level

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the emergence of various mobile application-based services to facilitate daily activities. The Service In application is present as a digital start-up solution that provides online technician booking services via mobile devices. The development method used in this study is the Design Thinking Method which consists of the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The GSTALT principle consisting of; Proximity, Similarity, Common-region, Focal point, Continuity, Closure and Figure/ground is used in designing the user interface of the "Service In" mobile application. In this study, the UI design testing process uses the Usability Heuristic indicator to be able to observe user activity. The testing results obtained a value of 79% which indicates that the Service.in start-up falls into the user friendly criteria.Keywords: Start Up, Design Thinking, GSTALT, Service In, Usability Heuristic

Abstract

Hipertiroidisme merupakan kondisi dengan produksi hormon tiroid berlebihan oleh kelenjar tiroid, sehingga meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh. Diagnosis penyakit tersebut cukup menantang karena memiliki gejala yang beragam. Keragaman tersebut dapat diatasi melalui teknologi informasi data mining dengan memanfaatkan prediksi penyakit berdasarkan data yang tersedia. Berdasarkan pada hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggelompokkan pasien penderita hipertiroidisme berdasarkan algoritma Decision Tree. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer sejumlah 100 pasien dengan 12 atribut gejala. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa model klasifikasi yang terbentuk memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi. Nilai presisinya sebesar 84,81% untuk perempuan dan 85,71% untuk laki-laki. Nilai recall sebesar 95,71% untuk perempuan dan 60% untuk laki-laki. Berdasarkan pada hasil tersebut maka alogritma Decision Tree cukup efektif untuk digunakan pada proses klasifikasi pasien hipertirodisme berdasarkan gejala yang diamati.

Abstract

Klinik Pratama Sanatus Medika merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang Kesehatan, klinik yang sudah berdiri sejak 2015 ini belum menerapkan penggunaan sistem informasi dan masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pelayanannya, terutama untuk pendaftaran pasien masih manual, rawan terjadi kesalahan dalam penulisan, terkadang sulit terbaca, kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan tidak memiliki back-up data jika suatu saat datanya rusak atau hilang, sangat sulit dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pencarian data rekam medis pasien karena belum terkomputerisasi. Untuk saat ini diperlukan sebuah rancangan sistem informasi agar mempermudah dalam proses pelayanan dan mempermudah pemberian informasi kepada pasien Klinik Pratama Sanatus Medika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi rancangan design UI/UX Sistem Informasi berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode design thinking yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan petugas dalam pelayanan, pendataan dan menyimpan data pasien, dan pasien diberi kemudahan untuk mengakses informasi terkait klinik tanpa harus datang langsung hanya untuk menayakan informasi seputar pelayanan Kesehatan. Perancangan untuk sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan metode Design Thinking dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner yang nantinya jawaban dari tiap responden akan mendapatkan penilaian skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) didapatkan skor 87,75 (Best Imaginable) yang menunjukan bahwa rancangan prototype dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna sehingga dapat diterima oleh pengguna lingkungan Klinik Pratama Sanatus Medika.  Kata kunci: Design Thinking, User Interface, User Experience, Website.
