Abstract

To produce a product that is of good quality with a smooth production process, it is necessary to establish a system of Machine Efficiency Capacity and Raw Material Supplies appropriately, this is intended to make it easier for companies to meet the required quantity of production and efficiency efficiently and certainly affect the smooth production. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Effect of Capacity of Machine Efficiency in Production and Inventory Control of Raw Materials on the Smooth Production Process in Bekasi Branch "Galvanized Steel" Company. The type of research used is observation with a multiple linear regression analysis model with 32 samples. The regression test results show that 58.5%, the smoothness of the production process can be explained by the capacity of machine efficiency, and control of inventory of raw materials, while the remaining 41.5% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. F test results show that simultaneously the efficiency of production machinery and raw material inventory control have a significant effect on the smooth production process. The results of the t test show partially the capacity of machine efficiency has a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process while the control variables for raw material inventory have no significant effect on the smooth production process in the branch company "GALVANIZED STEEL" Bekasi

Food and beverage products in great demand are various processed drinks made from coffee or tea, korean snacks, and others. These food and beverage products are also easy to obtain by purchasing online. Therefore, this condition becomes something interesting to observe, especially on consumer behavior. This research is quantitative analsys. This research using SEM PLS. The result of this study shows that hedonic shopping value, utilitarian shopping value, and satisfaction influences repurchase intention on an online contemporary foods and beverages. The biggest influence on the repurchase intention of contemporary food and beverages is hedonic shopping value. This study develops previous research, but in this study, it covers many food and beverage products. Respondents in this study were also from all over Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Performance, Public Service and Accident Prevention on Shipping Safety at the L. Say Maumere Port shipping lane. This research was conducted at the Class IV Maumere Harbormaster and Port Authority Office with Shipping Company Agents located at the Port of L. Say Maumere as the population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interviews, Documentation and Questionnaires. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is obtained: Y = 0.106 + 0.376 X1, + 0.357 X2 + 0.256 X3 + . From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable that influences shipping safety is the performance variable (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.376. With a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.730 or 73%, which means that the safety of shipping on the shipping lane of L. Say Maumere Port is influenced by the variables of Performance, Public Service, and Accident Prevention, which is 73% and other factors that affect Shipping Safety on the shipping lane. port of L. Say Maumere is 27%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Performance, Public Service, and Accident Prevention have a positive and significant impact on Shipping Safety at the L. Say Maumere Port shipping lane

Abstract

Shipping safety is still a problem faced by sea transportation. Empirical data collected in this study shows the number of transportation accidents and fatalities shows a fluctuating number. This means that shipping safety is still a problem faced by the marine transportation industry in Indonesia. To answer this problem, this research is aimed at knowing the effect of ship's seaworthiness, ship health and safety culture, and supervision of the Harbormaster Office and Port Authority on shipping safety performance which is carried out empirically. Every sailing ship must be in a seaworthy condition so as to ensure safety and security while the ship is sailing. Ship's seaworthiness is also assisted with shipping safety facilities and infrastructure. Occupational health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that allows every worker to work in a healthy manner with optimal productivity without endangering himself, his family, society and the surrounding environment. Occupational health efforts are efforts to harmonize work capacity, workload and work environment so that every worker can work healthily without endangering himself or the surrounding community, in order to obtain optimal work productivity. The duties and responsibilities of a porter are very important in providing a ship's seaworthiness certificate, sailing permit, safety and security as well as all sea transportation shipping activities in Indonesian waters. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are produced: Y = 1.957 + 0.762 X1 + 0.531 X2 + 0.244 X3 + shows that, Based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the Shipworthiness variable (X1) has a value t count (10.260) > t table (1.99045) then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Health and Safety Culture Variable (X2) has a t count (2.382) > t table (1.99045), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Port Authority and Port Authority Supervision Variable (X3) has a value of t count (2.280) > t table (1.99045), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Shipworthiness, Health and Safety Culture, Harbormaster Supervision and Port Authority on Shipping Safety

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze contribution of the number of tourists, the number of hotel occupancy, gross regional domestic product, waterfrontcity Pontianak, and openness indicator on locally generated revenue through the tourism sector in West Kalimantan Province with the period 2012 to 2019. The method used in this study is a panel data regression model. Variables of this research indicate that from 2012 to 2019, the number of tourists, the number of hotel occupancy and waterfrontcity Pontianak, gross regional domestic product, and openess indicator. The results of this research indicate that from 2012 to 2019, the number of tourists, the number of hotel occupancy and waterfrontcity Pontianak has a insignificant effect on locally generated revenue. While gross regional domestic product have a positive and significant effect on locally generated revenue. Openess indcator has a negative and significant effect on locally generated revenue.
