Every year the Majapahit Hospital journal publishes 2 numbers, namely in February and November. Abstract

Banana and coconut water contains high levels of potassium which can help lower blood pressure by binding sodium in the blood to be removed through the urine. This study aims to prove the effect of the combination of banana and coconut juice on blood pressure in Panti Wreda Mojopahit Mojokerto. Researchers use quasy research design. The sample is hypertensive patients as many as 20 people were selected using purpoosive sampling, which are divided into 2 groups of 10 people were given the combination juice of young coconut water and bananas and 10 people as control were treated for 5 days. Data tension every 30 minutes after treatment were collected and analyzed using the Friedman test and the Mann Whitney test. The study concluded that there are differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after the given combination juice of young coconut water and bananas.The systolic blood pressure between juice and coconut water group are significantly different, but the diastolic blood pressure was not found any difference in the two groups. Therefore concluded that the combination is more effective of the juice affects the systolic than diastolic blood pressure.

Abstract

Madurese ethnic migrant families often pay little attention to the health and even the majority have children in large numbers so that child development is often not considered. Development (development) is increasing ability (skill) in the structure and function of the body is more complex in a regular pattern and can be predicted, as a result of the maturation process. The purpose of this study is to monitor the development of pre-school children, social mental Madura tribe migrants in Surabaya. This research was conducted qualitatively in the Madura tribe all mothers who wander in the Village Simolawang Simokerto Surabaya who have children under 5 years of age. Each respondent conducted interviews and observation for 2 days. The number of mothers in the period of November 2013 as many as 37 people. The total of all respondents conducted interviews and observations. The results of the study explained that most children in the village Simolawang not impaired in mental development of social (75.7%), only a small fraction impaired (24.3%).

Abstract

Stress is a reaction due to mental stress or load life unable to be processed and ended by the health and function of organs. One of the causes of students stress that affect graduation is the preparation of scientific papers. For the students, is not easy task. The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence of stress in the preparation of scientific papers On D3 Nursing Student in Poltekkes Majapahit Mojokerto The type of this study is descriptive, by using a total sampling as many as 127 students then will be taken by 117 sampling, the instrumentis a questionnaire. The data will be processed by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed that 19 respondents have normal stress (16.2%), 22 respondents have mild stress (18,8%), 26 respondents have middle stress (22.2%), 27 respondents have severe stress (23,0 %), 23 respondents have very serious stress (19,6 %). The conclusions in this study, stress that occurs in students not only psychological stress but also physical stress, so that students easily feel tired, fatigue, and excessive anxiety when they exam scientific papers. The program of mental health, such as counseling, is so needed to the students for the paper adaptation in the environmental changes.

Abstract

This research used pre pre test & post test design. Variable that is the effectiveness of counseling and patient anxiety levels pre SC operation. The population were all mothers who will be birthing in a hospital surgical SC Bhayangkara Watukosek. This study was conducted on 10 to 23 juli 2012, sampling techniques in a way accidental sampling, so we get a sample of 35 men and statistical tests used a statistical test Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results obtained from 35 respondents, indicated that 26 respondents (74.3%) experienced anxiety before being given counseling before the operation and as many as 24 respondents (68.6%) experienced mild anxiety after being given counseling. Results of statistical test Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test using SPSS, the result shows ρ = 0.000 α = 0.05 which is well known ρ < 0.05, which means that there is effective provision of counseling to the patient's anxiety levels pre SC operations in Bhayangkara Watukosek Hospital 2012. Results of data analysis in this research note that - average respondent was experiencing anxiety before their counseling. Anxiety respondents are influenced by education, occupation and learned coping. Respondents who have higher levels of education, work and included in multipara will be able to provide a more rational response when compared with respondents who have low education, not working and are included in the primipara.Conclusions from this study are that counseling is an effective way to overcome the anxiety level in patients who will undergo surgery SC. Health workers are expected willing to provide good counseling to patients pre SC operation to avoid anxiety and occurs not only pay attention to the informed concent alone.

Abstract

One of the important causes of maternal morbiditas and mortalitas and fetus or neonatus is hypertension on pregnancy. Many factor that related with the hypertension of pregnancy, as age, history of abortion, gravida, social economy, decline etc.The purpose of this research is to identify the relations of hypertension from pregnant women with new born baby’s weight in RS DKT Sidoarjo The 2013. The type of researh used correlation analytic. The design is Cross Sectional. The independent variable is pregnant women hypertension, the dependent variable is new born baby’s weight. The Population is all women who give birth in RS DKT Sidoarjo in the 2013 as much 3906 respondent. The technique of sampling that is used on this research is probability sampling type sampling of simple random sampling procuring 363 respondent. Data was conducted by using checklist. The data will be proceed by editing, coding, data entry, scoring, tabulating. The result of this research show 363 respondent, most of the respondent are not hypertension as much 309 respondent (85,1%) and most of the new born baby’s weight are normal as much 338 (93,1%). The Data analysis used fisher exact test, the result showed with significance = 0,78 whereas α = 0,05. Through this result H0 is accepted.There is not relations between hypertension of pregnant women with new born baby’s weight, ofthe results ofthis study indicate the success of the above methods midwife or obstetrician that have been implemented. The method has been used by the Hospitalin order to early detect and deal with complications in pregnancy need to be maintained. As the advice for pregnant women checked her pregnancy in periodikly in order to know indication of pregnancy hypertension earlier, also it preventable earlier.

Abstract

At this time, the social phenomenon of street children is very important in the life of a big city. Millions of children living and working on the streets, and many of those involved in survival sex where they exchange sex for food, money, security and illegal drugs. The threatening of HIV and AIDS cause sexual behaviors and the health of reproductive in the teenagers emerged. The purpose of this study is to describe the perceptions and attitudes about the health of reproductive in the streets teenagers the Orphanage of street children on Gajah Mada street at Mojokerto. Design of this study is descriptive with public opinion survey, the variable is the perception and attitude about health of street all of teenagers reproductive in the streets teenagers. The population in this study is aged 10-24 years amount 41 people, techniques use accidental sampling in order to obtain 30 respondents. The study had been conducted on May 20, 2014 at Jl. Gajah Mada Mojokerto with using questionnaires. The data are collected through questionnaires will then be processed by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. Analysis of the data uses T-scores. Based on the results of the study found that more than 50% have a positive perception amount 16 people (53.3%) and most have a negative attitude amount 22 people (73.3%). Perceptions and attitudes about the health of reproductive in the streets teenagers are affected by several factors consist of age, gender, education. Conclusions, the street teenagers in the study have positive perceptions but negative perception in their health of reproductive. Therefore, the health workers should provide counseling to the streets teenagers in order to solve problems of reproductive health.
