Abstract

In Islamic economics we not only learn but also the social individual religious man with talent. This is due to the high demand and lack of means, there arises a problem of economics. This problem is essentially the same in both the modern economy and Islamic economics. However, differences arise pleased with the choice. Islamic economics is controlled by the basic values of Islam and modern economics is dominated by the self-interest of the individual. Therefore we expect all economic actors in the country for a moment think that is more attractive to immediately make a real change in the economic system that leads to the welfare of mankind and keadialn. In modern economics is a matter of choice really depends on the kinds of behavior of each individual. They may or may not take into account the requirements of society. But in Islamic economics, we are not in a position to distribute the resources at will. In this case there is a serious limitation based on the provisions Scriptures of the Qur'an and Sunnah upon the power of the individual. In Islam, social welfare is maximized when economic resources are also allocated such that the rearrangement of the situation, no one better by making someone else worse in the framework of the Qur'an or the Sunnah.

Abstract

This study wants to answer two problems. First, What is the concept of consumer behavior setting according to Yusuf al-Qardlawi’s thinking? Secondly, how is the implementation of the concept of thought of Yusuf al-Qardlawi? This research uses normative approach (theory) research. It is hoped that this approach can be seen through the Islamic concept of consumption and in the implementation of the view of al-Qardlawi. The research concludes that according to Yusuf Qardlawi Islam gives the basic norm that underlies the behavior of consumption, ie avoiding or curmudgeonly miser nature, should not be wasteful action and should have simple property and behavior. While, the implementation of the above concepts; The first not conducting the stingy or griping to provide donation either mandatory or Sunnah, both for themselves and for their families, for communities and for the fi sabilillah (in the way of Allah). Secondly, no action redundant, which means it does not spend his money for something without any benefit and for the things that are forbidden, including spending his money to excess that exceeds the limit in terms of kosher, and the last is the attitude and behavior should be modest implanted in every human daily life, by being midway between the curmudgeonly attitude and the attitude of wasteful and excessive attitudes including attitude luxuries.

Abstract

In the current era, the ease of having motorcycle vehicle has can be felt consumers. Proved only by providing a relatively low down payment in the purchase of consumer credit may have a motorcycle they want, even though the credit system of money that they will pay on the installment greatly exceeds the predetermined price. Here not a few practices more direct dealers consumers to buy a motorcycle just to give the option purchases on credit. While the consumer is able to buy a motorcycle in cash. One of them at the dealer UD. Yamaha Raya Mojokerto, have taken advantage of promotional strategies persuade the system to direct and persuade consumers to buy a motorcycle on credit in accordance with the wishes of the marketing dealers. By using this system the dealer to inform and remind consumers about the advantages eight motorcycle purchase on credit regardless of financial ability and willingness of consumers. From these studies if it is associated with a review of Islamic law, a system implemented persuade UD. Yamaha Raya characterized by elements of persuading, encouraging, influencing consumers to buy on credit, show transactions that are prohibited by Islam. Due to what has been done by the dealer marketing, solely in order to obtain greater profits, which are not directly harm consumers.

Abstract

Function halal label on the product under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, kosher label, a product consumed goods can be categorized as dubious goods. So in this case the expected morality on the part of manufacturers to provide good protection to the consumer by the manufacturer in the form of voluntary labeling and lawful for the release of the product. Thus, consumers are becoming more comfortable and avoid worrying, given that the halal food for Muslims is principally because it relates to his religious beliefs. In maslahah mursalah in principle is an attempt in law specifies kemas}lahatan community basing on the legal situation is not contained in the nash or ijma', there is also no denial of it explicitly. And can we assume that their kosher label on the product showed a positive impact or the benefits to all Muslims. In line with the above conclusion, so to guarantee kosher must memeperhatikan things above, can not be home produksen labeled kosher products even though they are already assured of halal production, before going through the testing and monitoring of body LPPOM, that this is done by LPPOM MUI. With the clarity of this label consumers can feel safe when consuming food..

Abstract

Thinking between Yu>suf Qard}a>wi> and 'Abdul' Azi>z bin Baz about conventional banking system, namely Yu>suf Qard}a>wi> stating that not all transactions in conventional banking contain usury, while 'Abdul' Azi>z bin Baz stated otherwise that all transactions in conventional banks contain usury. Equation thought Yu>suf Qard}a>wi> and 'Abdul' Azi>z bin Baz compose their thoughts about the law departed from the conventional banks with the same base, namely that it is prohibited or forbidden usury. The difference is thought Yu>suf Qard}a>wi> assume that the existing systems and transactions in conventional banking is not entirely contain usury, because there are many transactions in conventional banks is lawful, good and there is no prohibition therein. As for working there for the world to be allowed because banks are not controlled by the non-Muslims, not all jobs or transactions in conventional banking classified as usury, a job as a bank clerk forced to accept because of the urgent necessities of life. While the idea of 'Abdul' Azi>z bin Baz assume the contrary that all systems, transactions and jobs that exist in conventional banks is usury, because it helps them participate in sin and transgression. As for the salary earned from working in a conventional bank according to Yu>suf Qard}a>wi> is allowed while according to 'Abdul' Azi>z bin Baz should not be or forbade.
