Abstract

The mastery of the Arabic language is essential for Indonesia's individuals to meet global challenges. While formal Arabic language programs in Madrasah serve as a primary means for Indonesian children, students at MIN Paya Seunara, Sabang City, face difficulties in learning Arabic. This research explores the collaborative strategies employed by parents and teachers to address these challenges. The study aims to understand the approaches used by parents and teachers in overcoming Arabic language learning difficulties among students. It investigates whether parents and teachers provide attention, guidance, and necessary resources to alleviate and prevent learning obstacles, especially in Arabic language studies. The research, utilizing a descriptive methodology involving literature review and field research, includes 50 students, 1 principal, 1 Arabic language teacher, and 40 parents at MIN Paya Seunara. Findings suggest that positive collaboration between parents and teachers significantly influences students' academic progress. Efforts such as providing support, sufficient learning resources, and guidance play a crucial role. The study concludes that effective collaboration between parents and teachers is instrumental in addressing Arabic language learning challenges. Recommendations include increasing the number of teachers and fostering closer collaboration between school staff and parents for an enhanced educational process.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is a vital aspect of human life that must be prioritized, as happiness and tranquility are achieved through religious adherence and the earnest practice of its teachings. This stems from the religion's inherent emphasis on kindness towards its adherents and its regulation of the conduct of relationships with Allah SWT and the surrounding environment. Islamic Religious Education serves as a pivotal academic discipline aimed at shaping the personalities of students. The effectiveness of this endeavor is contingent upon the strategies employed by educators within this field, and notably, the personality of the educators themselves significantly influences the students' character development. In this thesis, the author employs a descriptive research method, providing a problem-solving approach relevant to contemporary issues associated with the thesis topic. Additionally, a comprehensive library research method is undertaken, involving the examination of a plethora of literature within the library that is relevant to the discussed issues. Abstract

Substances classified as narcotics play a crucial role in the realm of medicine and scientific advancement. However, the misuse of narcotics poses significant dangers, adversely affecting individuals and, ultimately, societies, nations, and states. Adolescents are increasingly susceptible to such misuse due to their developmental phase, characterized by experimentation that may lead to addiction. Their vulnerability is exacerbated by a lack of awareness regarding the perils of narcotics. This thesis aims to assess the extent of guidance provided by parents, religious figures, and the Sabang Police in addressing and guiding adolescents on the dangers of narcotics in the Kota Atas Sabang neighborhood. Additionally, it seeks to identify the factors contributing to adolescent narcotic abuse and to explore the efforts undertaken by law enforcement, educators, religious leaders, and community figures in preventing and addressing narcotics misuse among adolescents. The research methodology is descriptive, employing a combination of literature review and field research through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The study includes 80 students from Sabang Public High School, three teachers, religious figures, and parents. The findings suggest that the guidance provided to adolescents regarding the dangers of narcotics is inadequate, influenced by a lack of guidance activities and attention from parents, religious figures, the Sabang Police, and educators. Consequently, it is recommended that community members actively involved in guidance activities intensify their efforts to enhance the effectiveness of these programs
